Bravo for the assortment! On the other hand, it’s a shame, the hygiene leaves something to be desired, as does the decoration! (Christmas tree on the tables, for the price of the pastries, maybe take better care of the visual too!! And dust off your hanging lights which are just above the pastries! Not great!

Exceptional breads, sourdough, fruit, corn, fig, an incredible choice and pastries 🥐 from another world. The service by a young woman, Miss Indra, super enthusiastic and we see that she has tasted everything, she knows what she is talking about and gives good advice. An address that I highly recommend!

First time in this address. Great bread and crumble. Will be back for more (and they have 2 more locations!). AND it is open on Sunday morning -bear w the queue ;)

Honestly the best bread I have tasted in the Lausanne region. Their ham croissants are also terrible. Too bad they are closed on Monday and Tuesday.

I've lived next door for 4 years. Better late than never. A real delight, which will cost me a lot of kcal :-P Not to be missed if you're in the area.

There are products that are different from a traditional bakery, all of which are tempting. I tried everything from bread to pastries and sandwiches, everything was excellent. I particularly recommend the large flaky chocolate brioche.

A warm and pleasant welcome. The pastries are excellent (my father, a former pastry chef, approves them, that’s saying something!). Prices are correct for Switzerland. An address that I recommend!

Good morning, Today, Sunday, I went to your shop (ch. Des Eterpeys), near my home in Epalinges, at 10:30 a.m.... Nothing left, but nothing neither on the large wall opposite (special breads), nor breads from yesterday and even less a small batch of baguettes while waiting for closing! Same last week 2 days in a row... Robbed? But still ...

Little choice last weekend, we went at 11 a.m. on Saturday and 9:45 a.m. on Sunday, the shop was already almost empty. Victim of your success....Too bad for us.

Delicious ! Very original sandwich bread marbled with dry ink which caused a sensation with my guests. The bread stays soft for a very long time. I tasted one of their ham croissants which for me is one of the best in Lausanne. The salespeople are very friendly and give good advice.

The problem is the bread is so good you can’t stop eating it!!! Everything we have ever bought from the bread store has been so amazing. The big problem is that their bread is so good, you can't stop. Everything we've purchased there has been amazing!

My rating does not concern the product which is impeccable, but the service (arrogance) and the non-compliance with the basic principles of hygiene. The saleswoman present today handled the products with her bare hands. The excuse, the box is empty. FYI, latex gloves are not appropriate for this type of activity. However, the mitten glove used in other bakeries is and will cost you less, if that is the problem. Axel

Several very positive points: - finally a business in a neighborhood that has been emptied - excellent bread, with lots of choice and originality (I vote for the fennel/raisin, the sourdough (cocoa or not) and the one with chestnut flour and figs. - Karim. We miss him a lot when he is away. A very friendly, personalized welcome and lots of humor. That’s a lot for a business! And his Sunday sidekick isn't bad either :) - the Kouign Amann. Because he is to die for.

Bread as it is difficult to find these days, excellent, which keeps. I don't live far away and I like to go there on Sunday morning. The crowd flocks to the ticket office, the welcome is warm and well informed. Presented by critics as a Franco-Swiss fusion bakery, you can find gourmet breads, rather French pastries and good braids.

Best bakery in Lausanne by far. Boulanger Meilleur Ouvrier de France, uses quality local flours, does natural fermentation for 48 hours, its breads are light and digestible, and the croissants are to die for.

Very nice seller but at the higher level, not really warm. After a courteous complaint about a typically unsatisfactory “Breton” specialty, total silence.

1st passage: Bakery praised by the media. As a bakery “addict”, I was disappointed. Little assortment on a Sunday mid-morning, no more pastries, no wholemeal bread. On the other hand, the quality of the bread is good. 2nd visit, 1 month later, quite early in the morning on Sunday: this time, the assortment is correct and the quality is still there. The prices are unfortunately (very) high, even compared to similar businesses.

Delicious pastries and pastries, small downside compared to the opening hours... Doesn't stay open long enough. The employees are excellent 👌🏾

The same goes for sweet or savory pastries to wake up at night. For late risers, reserve your bread so you can enjoy your lie-in, because from 9 a.m. the bakery is robbed.
