Bar: great atmosphere! Excellent service!

A very beautiful terrace and a warm atmosphere. Unfortunately, we waited more than an hour before being served knowing that the terrace was not full. Value for money for excessive curry rice, mediocre quality, however the brisolée was delicious and abundant.

We went to the Relais des Reines one lunchtime and we were extremely disappointed with this restaurant which, however, looked very good on paper. When we arrived, a waitress laughed in our face for a reason that is still unknown to us today. We order unlimited raclette. After a few portions, we were told, without the slightest apology, that there was no more cheese. Reason: weekly closure of the restaurant the next day and they did not want to start a new cheese (cheese which was good, but not exceptional). Throughout the service, the staff was terrible. After serving us a few times, the waitress looked blasé and told us that there was almost no cheese left each time we asked for a new portion, even though we had taken the all-you-can-eat formula. As we left, the manager gave us a curt “goodbye” without turning her head in our direction. We weren't allowed a single smile during the entire meal. We strongly advise against this address which clearly has no sense of service. There are other much more welcoming restaurants in the area.

Beautifully rendered hotel, with excellent facilities and a professional service . They are willing to be flexible and engage on requests from their guests, which is very much appreciated. Great ski-in, ski-out location. Although there are great restaurants in the broader area, there is not really a central village nearby or within walking distance, but this may improve when other developments next door will be finished. All in all a wonderful experience!
