The welcome leaves something to be desired, not a smile and the saleswoman pressed me to choose even though there were no other customers. I felt like I was disturbing. Otherwise the croissants and pain au chocolat are quite good, the sandwiches are not great. It's well located and since there aren't many shops in the area it does the job!

Very well received by the lady who works on site, the products are excellent and we have the impression of taking a trip back to our childhood with typical Swiss products that we do not find everywhere. A big thank you for your work 🥰

Even in film I wouldn't have thought I'd see that... the waitress, coughing, with the flu, the anti-covid mask worn around her arm, tries to serve me one of the sandwiches by taking it with her bare hands. I ask her if she has pliers? Gloves ? She tries to justify herself, as if it were normal... All this after waiting 2 minutes alone in the bakery, because these ladies seem very busy in their small annex. Extremely expensive / steal (3.10 the pain au chocolat). Very unpleasant service. First negative review on Google for my part, but for the good of all (owners, customers) I hope so

Dishonest! Bad bakery! The 500g braid costs 9 CHF and weighs just over 450g.

6:15 p.m. - The saleswoman responds from the back of the store without even showing her face... in customer service... you have to do it...

Several visits, and always disappointed. Even when you open in the morning, the croissants and bread are from the day before. And the welcome, we will say that it is not the strong point of the shop. This morning an apprentice who is pulling her face, it's a nice way to start the day.

Really artisanal, very warm welcome, large choice of pastries. I thank them.
