Boulangerie Millioud Sàrl in Lausanne

I ordered an iced Vacherin cake with two flavors of ice cream a month in advance. I arrive to collect my order paid 70.-frs with the registration, arrived at my husband's birthday party at the opening and cutting of the cake the total disappointment, it was just ice cream!!! I phone the bakery for my dissatisfaction. The baker called me back and told me that I hadn't specified that I wanted whipped cream and meringue. If I go to a search engine it comes up with an iced Vacherin cake: the base is made of meringue and coated in whipped cream with the ice cream. So be careful when you place an order, I would tell you to call the laboratory directly so as not to have any unpleasant surprises. And in return I received no apology or regret from the baker.

Horrible!! Inhuman staff. I arrive to have a sandwich and feed my almost 2 year old son between two appointments and a rainy day. There was no more sandwich, I didn't have much time, I don't know the area. I ask if I can still sit down to feed him since there is NO ONE in their premises. And there, a big grimace and she blurts out: um without consuming anything? 😒 I didn't even answer I left, thanking her for her kindness. I'm shocked this happened!! Luckily I found a café further away with cupcakes where the lady very kindly let me feed my son!! A BABY!!! To thank her I took some products, SHE DIDN'T ASK ME IF I WAS GOING TO CONSUME AND DIDN'T LOOK AT ME! SHE HELPED A MOM FEED HER CHILD! THANK YOU TO HER! If you are in the area, go to her place for a delicious sweet cake! It's just a few steps away from this Horrible tea room and their obnoxious staff!!

Excellent breads served with a smile

Just disappointed I stopped this morning for my 9am with my usual 15 min break 9:08am no one and people waiting the waitress finally arrives and takes the order at 1 table the greenhouse and then the next etc... strange she could take all 3 tables that we were at once my brief so come first served last too cool I get my tea at 9:12 a.m. it's going to be tense to finish my break on time. Anyway at noon I say to myself I'm going back for my half hour break I order a cream tea and no problem she forgets the cream I tell her and bring it back to me and ask her for a wii ramekin which looks delicious she offers to heat it. Oh well yes willingly... it's 12:25 I pay for my tea and I go back to work the waitress passes me 15 times I think that the ramekin must be completely black from the time it heats up and that will be a diet for me I don't never received them.

Nice little tea room. Be careful if you park at the Coop opposite, you have to put the disc in and it's big!

This is the 2nd and last time we go there, served with a tray filled with croissant crumbs, and do not clean the table, fortunately the students know respect and cleanliness,........

Very dry cream slice. Salami sandwich, soft on the bottom and dry on the top. Questionable ham croissant. Avoid, first time and last.

Small pleasant tea room but no more croissants or bread at 10 a.m., they don't make bread on site so no better

Good bakery with good sandwiches for lunch and very decent bread. I have been a loyal customer for years and never disappointed.

Charged 10 cents more per item because consuming on site when nothing is reported is not very correct. Otherwise the staff is friendly.

Small place, the person who prepares the sandwiches (without gloves) does not hesitate to blow his nose and resume his activity without washing his hands The croissants they offer with coffee are dry and often without salt. When we make a comment to them they tell us that we were unlucky that the rest is good etc... Place not to recommend
