I'm really shocked, I went to get a To good to go basket and I arrived about 9 minutes early. I was rudely told that I had to wait outside the door. I told them I was cold and if it was possible to wait inside. I was refused and had to wait outside in the cold, right outside the door. Friendliness towards customers is really non-existent...

why not remove the hard crust around the couches to encourage chewing?

A real treat. But on the other hand I think the waitress didn't sleep well today 😞. I came with a friend to drink a smoothie. Without any excitement, I asked for chocolate and my friend for hazelnut. The waitress brings us strawberries and hazelnuts and then she makes me look like a liar by saying that I said strawberry. Especially me, I'm allergic. A lack of respect.

Once again a great experience at Suard de la Gare accompanied and advised by Johan, Apolline and Telma, a team full of good humor without putting aside professionalism. It's true the quality is between 80 and 90% of an excellent craftsman. But above all the industrial products of the Coop, Migros, etc... the staff is impeccable, welcoming, helpful and smiling. Thank you very much for existing, especially close to the station. One of the most important places for regional customers and passing tourists. 5 stars for the staff!

We have reserved a top good to go package today. Our train was 2 minutes late. When we stood at the door we were told by two very unmotivated and unfriendly ladies that we were too late and that they had already thrown the package away. When they closed the door in our faces again it was 7:31 p.m. We then saw the two of them running away with two large cardboard boxes of food. So rude and unprofessional. A company I will definitely avoid in the future. A pity.

The croissants are not fresh and soft, but sawdust, the delicacies are anything but generous (seriously, half a slice of onion in the salmon one...!!! and not to mention the salmon... I'm still looking for it .) Once an incredible bakery, now a shameless industrial machine....

The flexibility and availability of staff (at the Station) matches the quality of the products. Suard was an individual signature already 50 years ago, the move to a larger company was made without compromise. The food industry is a daily challenge.

Just perfect, the best baker in Friborg, homemade, environmentally friendly, always well placed, a huge assortment from the roll to the desert, including the canapes, is a chocolatier creation, just perfect to recommend with your eyes closed

We had a traditional chocolate cake. Bad experience: too much cocoa powder (which gives you the feeling of being choked once the spoon is in your mouth) but worst of all the basic biscuits, impossible to cut, too hard to break your teeth, and in excess which sticks to your teeth horribly ... for the price paid it's much worse than industrial 🤨

Please review the hygiene of all your branches. For a bakery it is unacceptable to see bluebottles on cakes and rolls that are not protected. Me who adores Suard, this time I was very disappointed. It made me hungry and as a result, I didn't buy anything.

The products are quite good (although in Bern, there are much better bakeries), but the service is a disaster: no matter the queue, the sellers prefer to chat rather than serve the customer. And the “Smile” option has apparently not yet been introduced by the boss. I go there quite often, but frankly, it's starting to bore me and I'm thinking of looking for alternatives in the nearby shopping center.

Fortunately the quality of the products is good because the service seriously leaves something to be desired, it seems like they don't care... to serve us. And to have a semblance of a smile I think it's 20% more expensive..

The products are, as always at Suard, very good. What bothers me a little are the prices. Sometimes almost double what you can find at another baker-pastry chef, for equivalent quality. Damage !

A good selection of pastries, breads, croissants, desserts, bircher, delicacies, salads and sandwiches. Tearoom next door with good service. The little cup of chewable chocolate cream which is often served with coffee and the little spoon will not leave you indifferent.

New bakery in Givisiez... Nice setting, poor brunch, overcooked bakery, industrial jams and unprofessional service. The receipt was on the table before the drinks.

I don't go there anymore because card payments never work and that causes long queues. The homemade bircher is more expensive per 100 grams than the small one, which is incomprehensible.

It's a shame the quality has been declining for some time and above all the staff is no longer competent. Before there was Madame Suard to manage the waiters and answer more specific questions.

I was recommended the cuchaule and what a disappointment. Not cooked enough, very soft without the beginning of a crust, rubber inside and certainly not risen enough because it is very compact. Really a big disappointment. I had come especially because my usual bakery is closed on Mondays. Next time I will buy a product the day before that will be of better quality.

Totally disappointed. New to Fribourg, I was recommended this bakery, warning me that it was expensive but that it was worth it. I simply had a chocolate éclair and a coffee: the industrial éclair and the coffee not great. And what's more, most of the staff are actually not very pleasant. They barely listen to you and you can hear them complaining among themselves. Which is a lack of education and professionalism in my opinion.

Prices too high, decent bakery, passable pastries, overrated sandwiches, not very creative and not very varied in terms of fillings, very unpleasant staff, not smiling, stressful and urgent. Everything breathes industrialization and assembly line work. The authenticity, creativity and proximity to the customer seem to have been lost along the way... Too bad, because it was a renowned brand, and now it looks more like expensive Aperto, minus the smile. Bertherin on rue de Lausanne or Saudan on rue de Villars are far superior.
