DUNKIN´ DONUTS FRIBOURG in Fribourg

I love this place, the donuts are so good, especially the fall ones 😍 the employees are so friendly and know what they are doing. I see advice on this place.

The donuts were good but expensive for the quality and one of the kinds I had was dry as if it wasn't fresh today. The staff were welcoming and very friendly.

Although the stuff is nice and the service alone completely fine, I have to say that after being there a couple times, I keep being disappointed by the donuts; Most of them are just cloyingly sweet and do not taste anything like their promoted flavor, not worth their price. Apple cinnamon is the only one I found rather good among those I tasted, it's tender and not overly sweet. Cheesecake dream, blueberry, vegan Bischoff and snowman donuts are all cloying and disappointing, so sweet you don't feel much of their intended tastes. The worst is probably the pumpkin spice donut which does not taste the least like its name, it's just a regular fried, sugary, tasteless donut. All in all, not worth your money, in my opinion. Is this store popular ? Maybe. Do their products compare to those from local bakeries of the same price range? I do not think so.

There is no American distilled coffee that characterizes Dunkin', only machine coffee??!!!

The waitress is very rude. Arriving in the store, she was sitting in the back, feet up in her chair. Beyond that, she speaks very badly to the other employee who is learning and who is very smiling and friendly. The way he behaves with him, in front of customers, I find it very disrespectful.

Delicious donuts! Helpful and courteous staff, quick service, the donuts are a joy for the palate, the milk and iced caramel coffee are also excellent!

Good but even more expensive than at Starbucks...I don't know if they made a mistake in the size of my drink but paying 7.50CHF for a very small chai latte drink (the size of a single coffee) is really expensive...

There's no point in raging about the price

New in town. quite a good range of options available. Think their doughnuts are not as fresh as I had in other branches, but still good enough.

Okay so already they forgot part of my order knowing that there were 2 of us in the thing I know how they did it, not all the coffees are available with vegetable milk it was a hassle to find one and plus they don't know what a cold brew knows, I find myself drinking rancid vanilla soy milk... just the donuts were good.

Good but nothing more for the donuts. The coffees are good. But way too expensive. If you want to eat donuts why not but they won't be better than the ones you can buy at the store. In short, overrated and I'm a fairly forgiving person. I'm not going to spit in the soup but mixed opinion.

Umm pleasure to finally have a Dunkin Donuts in Fribourg. The choice, the tastes, everything is there. On the other hand, the staff isn't that nice (but it's just the beginning) and the prices are really exaggerated, even for Switzerland.

Their vegan donuts are so good! Frankly we don't even feel the difference from other non-vegans, it's so fatty and sweet!! 😜

I can only advise you against making any purchases here. Unfortunately the prices of donuts are exaggerated and not worth it. Certain donuts are from time to time filled with oil grease from fryers (this is not a good thing in terms of food quality, thank you to the pastry school which taught me to recognize this) some were dry inside and others Was just tasteless apart from sugar. It is possible to buy “Dunking” donuts in supermarkets cheaper and better, which doesn't make sense. The service is average, the employees are stressed like at "Burger King", who can end up making mistakes, the staff having to read the list of ingredients for the drinks, which shows that no training has been done to these poor people . The atmosphere was also bad, the store being small, with a large space in the middle of the main room, the ordering machines which are too close to a ripe content, etc... Unfortunately I was not at all satisfied with "Dunking" here, my girlfriend who was in the USA for 6 years was also very dissatisfied, even though she herself loved "Dunking" in the USA. I won't come back again.

Ugh, definitely not worth the price. Above all, don't have coffee, it's too expensive for what it is. Ultimately, it's a Starbucks that sells donuts. Big negative point, the price. Much too expensive, especially for a chain.
