Boutique Arthenia in Lausanne

I love this store. You can find as many local products, such as soaps, oils, solid shampoos, cleaning products, clothes, candles, incense as there are types of coffees and teas. I love their Bialetti coffee makers in all sizes but also in several colors. I just bought a yellow one. The staff are welcoming and friendly

Today I went to this store to offer a product to Mr. Gonzalo. Unfortunately, although I approached him in a cordial manner, he showed his lack of politeness and attention to the customer. I understand that he may not have had time, but he could have expressed himself in a more human way and in the way a cordial man should address a lady. It is a shame that we lack a touch of education, humility and good treatment. It's a store that is not in keeping with the image it wants to give.

Just the best place in the world for good coffee and tea. I love the “maze” side of the store. I've been going there for centuries. The staff is friendly and always has a little time to chat about things and others. No, but frankly, it's in the top 5 of my favorite shops in Lausanne.

You can find everything there; clothes, soaps, incense, homemade teas, jewelry, chocolate, etc. Without forgetting the unmissable coffee corner with specialties from around the world, some of which are roasted on site! Good quality craftsmanship, fair trade, eco and also often in direct contact with the producer. The icing on the cake is that part of the shop is a small tea room with excellent homemade products. The kind of shop I'd like to spend the day in.

Pretty amazing store with a huge diversity of items from clothing to cosmetics and food items, including lots of bulk coffees some roasted on site. Really super friendly and competent staff. The coffees are surprisingly affordable given the quality, around 30.-/kg. A great address. Highly recommended.

Warm welcome and professional staff! I like coffee, but I didn't want to buy a coffee maker with a capsule (not ecological, and generates a lot of waste...). And I found a “Bialetti” coffee maker (Italian coffee maker) at their place by chance, I also bought my coffee beans, I was very well advised. I also tasted “Momos”, Tibetan ravioli. In short, quite a few things to discover! Gorgeous ! I warmly recommend.

This great #fairspot has existed for many years. They are very committed to fair trade, but also to organic and vegan. And yes, it's the first good café with a large vegan choice of sandwiches and other very good things. Coffee and tea tasting possible without worry, then you can buy in bulk and grind on site :)! Not to mention the hundreds of clothes and objects from around the world for fair shopping... fan!
