Great place to spend time, whether playing bowling, darts, snooker or anything else. Excellent space and very entertaining. Good service. They serve drinks and food. Good place to go with friends and family.

The staff was friendly, the slopes were very decent and maintained. The material is also good. It's just the machinery that a big overhaul would do really good, almost every game, the game freezes or the balls don't return. Moreover, the staff was understanding and reduced my price due to these problems, very professional of them! Aside from the machinery which is for me the only big fault of this place, I highly recommend it!

We organized a meeting with 11 friends as we really like this place which reminds us of childhood memories. The installations are indeed very old; we had to change tracks twice due to technical problems, poor pin resetting as well as blocked and long ball returns. I am well aware that the staff does their best to be as responsive as possible, but I think there would be enough to do elsewhere. Also had a money problem because at the end of the game I had to compensate myself a certain amount of money which, according to the manager, concerned 4 games that had not been paid by 2 of our friends. The fact of paying everyone their share was clear from the start and this is indeed what was done because following this difference, we asked for confirmation of payment from everyone present at this evening, noting that everyone had been correct with that. . We were finally able to certify that there had especially been a big problem with the accounting of consumption as well as with the system for calculating bowling games! It’s a shame that we have to come to this kind of situation where trust and service are not optimal. As a result, it unfortunately does not encourage people to return there.

I have always gone to the bowling of gland and have had a lovely time and a lovely experience with the staff. HOWEVER there is 1 member of staff who is extremely unpleasant and quite rude. I do not know his name but he is an older man. He is rude, does not have any manners and should not be in a job that involves human contact. My friend had a drink from McDonald’s, we did not see the signs saying that we could not bring external drinks. This man came over to my friend and very rudely asked him to throw away the drink that was already empty. This is understandable since it is policy, we understood and would have complied. however my friend was up next to bowl and to not slow things down my friend was going to throw the empty cup after his turn. 30 secondes later the member of staff came back very aggressively and snatched the cup off the table and muttered something to himself which sounded quite rude and inappropriate. We have always had a good experience with the staff however this man has never been friendly at all. Everytime we have come to the bowling and he has been there, we have always had an unpleasant experience due to him. After this experience, and knowing that he will be working there more often, we do not want to return. The point is we want to come and have fun and not be spoken to or treated rudely by a member of staff who can’t control is mood swings or anger issues.

Beautiful bowling alley unfortunately full (December 31st in the rain) so we played billiards. Smiling and adorable staff.

FYI, you can no longer access McDonald's from the bowling alley. The new manager only sells his pizzas. It's true that there aren't enough pizzerias for an acorn! New setting but bad atmosphere.

We came to play plool and found Jean-marie to be the most welcoming, helpful and hospitable host. A good surprise from previous years before.

Very poorly managed...we celebrated our children's birthday...we arrived, no one explained the services to us...when I asked I had the impression that it bothered them to answer me... The bowling alley gets blocked every 2 minutes, the staff really didn't pay attention to that! 2 bags of popcorn, 2 times syrup and 2 rounds of bowling 23 fr per child…

A very big thank you to Sylvie and Sébastien, for welcoming and organizing our last activity, of our Club, in 2023, on Sunday November 19. Our 35 members present, 32 of whom played with pleasure and above all appreciated Sébastien's wise advice, as well as the guided tour of the facilities. A real success. A bit old-fashioned bowling (the facilities stop working from time to time in the middle of the game) and the decor has never changed in 10 years but that doesn't bother me because this place brings back good memories, I love it <3 The staff, a gentleman with glasses and gray hair if I remember correctly, very pleasant and responsive and the owner who responds to reviews with indifference and who is not afraid to say what she/he think, frankly incredible! Change nothing, especially the 3D animations on your screens, a return to the 2000s guaranteed.

I would like to thank the lady at the bar who insinuated that I couldn't read and that I needed to open my eyes to better understand a drink that had been ordered. Moreover, when leaving we asked for still water but the execrable young lady sold us sparkling water, namely that we told her that this bottle was carbonated and did as she pleased to make us understand that we were stupid and that we were wrong. Otherwise the new billiards are great but I won't come back again. Unfortunately the staff has changed a lot compared to before, I understand better why Signy's works much better.

Great place for bowlong. Staff is awesome and always welcoming, and you might run into the commune's bowling team whose member took a lot of time helping us improve our game. A great place to drill you ball as well if you need an address. A great place to hang out, have a drink, and play some ball!

we arrived at 2:50 p.m. for 2 games and left at 5:50 p.m. The tracks were totally defective. For each shot we had to call the staff and they were very unpleasant. We were very poorly received with each request for help from them. In short, I do not recommend this bowling

the staff is disrespectful when asking where the toilets are, we were told that we just had to open our eyes because there are signs, we had the impression that we were being filmed, the defective tracks, when we reported it, we were answered very unpleasantly without help in the end. so we spent 2h30 for 2 games and they didn't like it.

Hello, I will give you my opinion on this “bowling”… the lanes are defective, the staff is execrable and unpleasant, I don’t know but I had the impression that the staff were filming us for whatever reasons, the drinks were been more expensive than bowling games, The reason for the defective lanes was that there was the mechanic behind it who took care of it but in my opinion you either have to change the mechanic or change the machines and maybe the bowling alley but that might be a little too much for them . I thought I was in Monaco!, but after seeing the dilapidation of the building I understood that it was the Gland bowling alley with the Monaco price!!!1😄 Machine in poor condition. 2 frs and 1 minute after the game is over, track 4 Child barriers which are taped!!! never seen before wwoooww!!! Best wishes !!!!

Great bowling, reservation for an evening with colleagues. I live in Gland and I know this bowling alley well, whether it’s for bowling or playing billiards, it’s a great place!

Nice place for bowling, billiards and games, too bad people don't go there often, it's good to be able to laugh and have fun in all simplicity. The only downside is the slightly cowboy coffee that needs to be improved.

If you want to bowl in a place that actually cares about Bowling, go here. Don't go to la Praille or Balexert, this is where it's at. Lad that runs the place as of writing adapted a Bowling Ball I had lying around to my fingers at 22:00 at night without breaking a sweat and was even happy to coach me while I was getting used to it. Very sweet lad. Some games were being played by the local club and had monstruous 1000+ points score. (An average player that plays twice a year scores 80-100 points) Super good ambiance and alley.

The animations are funny but the tracks are not great, replacing the pins is long and hazardous in particular.

Top place! If you like playing boules with your friends! Even more so if you like frozen pizzas from Lidl!

We celebrated our 9 year old daughter's birthday with her friends and everything was very well organized. Little info, maybe add some decorations in the birthday corner but otherwise absolutely nothing to say. Thanks again to the whole team who were at the top

Bowling aside, which has nothing more or less than other bowling alleys, I would like to compliment you on the welcome and kindness, I have rarely seen anyone so attentive to the customer's needs. If I really have to find a flaw, the pizza arrived a little burnt but still better than others eaten in the area. We will come back for sure.

I went there with my children for a pizza and bowling evening. The staff (a man and a woman) were not very friendly (no smile, abrupt in the way they spoke and gave the shoes). The children made the comment to me and it was not pleasant for them or for me. I find that the pizzas leave something to be desired. The price was right.

A warm place and welcome. We had a great evening and enjoyed a well-served pizza.

We went on a Thursday evening as a couple, it was very nice. the one who was serving was very nice. We ate a good pizza. We went bowling three times with no problems encountered. What a pleasure. Perhaps the only drawback is that it was not hot in the room but a good sweater for those who are cold and you have a great time.

One is the lowest i can give. Seriously poor customer service, rude on the phone when trying to book or just to enquire about karaoke. The woman literally said "I am too busy to talk to you right now" and hung up. We did not book in the end, and we will stay away. As I cannot find a way to respond to the response: No apology was given, and no "call back later" I am sorry- no excuse for rudeness. This is quite a reputation you are getting by the way. A few others have told us the same.

The bowling alley and pool hall are not very busy on a weekend night, which is a great thing when you want to play a round or two. The drink options are good and the snack foods are fine (popcorn!). The staff is friendly and welcoming. The interior is a bit out of date and dark, but to me that is what bowling alleys are supposed to be like.

An extraordinary atmosphere thanks to the staff, but also to the people who frequent this place.

I played a game of bowling, we only had one lane but not enough places to sit for 5 people. The prices are correct otherwise.

To let off steam, you have the choice between bowling, American billiards, Chinese billiards or video games, just to have a good time with friends or family.

Very friendly boss even tried to teach us a particular bowling shot!

Better than before with the new management. But it's a shame that the billiards part hasn't been updated, like redoing the markings on the tables, buying the pieces of blue chalk and redoing the tips of the billiard cues. Just little things that would make a big difference.

The new managers are much better than the previous ones, this is clearly felt in the general atmosphere. Just a small downside in terms of the music that plays which is frankly not great... Anyway, I highly recommend it! 😃🤘
