All for 73 CHF. The price is exorbitant and above all not justified. We were placed under radiant toasters (heating for the room), after 10 minutes we were feeling hot. What a desappointment! We have been going there for several years for the perch fillets with homemade sauce. The terrace and its view in summer are magnificent. The difficulty with the former manager was that he was a victim of his success and it was impossible to go there on a whim, it was always full. It was therefore necessary to book well in advance. The sauce was excellent and very different from what you find almost everywhere and the price was absolutely right, 36.- for the single service on a plate, which was more than sufficient because it was well served with a salad with homemade sauce, it was not uncommon for him to offer us a limoncello or coffee. We go there in July when the new managers have just taken over, we note with joy that the sauce has not changed and neither has the price. We are going back this week to celebrate a birthday, and when we opened the menu we had a shock. The plate of perch fillets went from 36.- to 44.- (49.- for double service) and the salad sauce is unfortunately, as is often the case, an industrial white sauce. I hope that in view of this sharp price increase the staff are paid correctly. In any case, it is certain, we will not return there again, unless the price is readjusted. Besides, the room was far from full. Stop taking customers for cash cows, you'll only lose them.

Only on the restaurant side! Shameful to be so expensive for a very ordinary dish with frozen fries. 98€ only for two dishes. The view is very expensive!

We greatly regret the former managers. Reserved Thursday evening for a Saturday evening 7:30 p.m. Already, we were placed inside while a table outside was requested on the phone, no one apologized...then waited 1h30 for drinks and taking the order...a lot too much waiting time, people who arrived later were served before us, not at all enough staff to manage the rooms. It's really chaotic, and the manager who could help a little by taking orders or serving drinks or a few plates does nothing apart from staying behind her counter and seating people...We finished eating at 10 p.m. not to mention the plate errors (potatoes instead of rice and more than 20 minutes of waiting for the correction...). We didn't dare to have coffee or dessert because we would probably have waited at least 1 hour more...Perch fillets and homemade sauce not up to the standard of the old one (softened fish, liquid and less tasty homemade sauce). Unfortunately we will not return there again.
