Great setting, I recommend the menu package + 2 bowling games + coffee for 33.-, on the other hand I don't recommend the small pizzas, so small that a good eater will need 3.

2 Saturdays in a row that we are going there and that we cannot play because all the slopes are reserved for birthdays. No information on their site and impossible to reserve a track from their site. Result: 2 Saturdays to lose 1 hour of driving not to be able to play and the disappointment of the children. Catastrophic organization and unfriendly staff.

Friendly bowling alley with a very nice young girl at the cash register even if disappointed by the arcade part which has changed a lot, restaurant part good but restaurant staff bordering on unpleasant! To begin with, I go to the bar to order and they ask me to go and sit down, they come to take our order without having given us a card and when we ask what there is to eat, they tell us said orally (still no card in hand to choose quietly). After the bowling game, we decide to have a coffee and we sit down, order and then, when the coffees arrive, I ask for the bill. The waiter was surprised: (same waiter who had welcomed me earlier at the bar) “but you’re not eating? Ah but you settled there without asking (I’ll pass on the sighs)! This time it's okay but next time you'll have to ask! Look, there are other tables (no, there weren’t any that weren’t set for the evening meal)! » You no longer understand anything about it and it really doesn't make you want to drink there again: enough to ruin a pleasant afternoon!

Team in a hurry to see us leave/close shop. We went to eat at the bowling alley, there were around twenty of us and we took the meal plan with 2 games. During the second they started to put pressure on us like we were taking too long (we had to wait to start the game due to lack of space) Not recommended in the evening.

We had a great time. On the other hand, the young lady who was at the checkout is very unpleasant. When cashing out raises eyes and sighs at customers and many details which are not only disrespectful and a total lack of respect which is highly unpleasant as a customer and disturbing. We had a good time but just small details with the staff who should perhaps pay more attention to customers and the treatment of customers.

We went to Bowling Miami for a family birthday party. 20 people, adults, children and teenagers. Everyone had a great evening! Very nice atmosphere, music to the point, a game of bowling, a few aperitifs at the bar, pizza-burger dinner which delighted everyone, and we brought our cake for dessert. Perfect organization and service, warm welcome and very friendly and professional staff. We will go back!

On the other hand, there could be more staff. That said, big disappointment last time. 60% of arcade games have been removed, the remaining part is not great. Far too long a wait before being able to bowl (arrived at 7:30 p.m., meal served around 8 p.m., and wait until almost 11:30 p.m.

The waiter upstairs doesn't understand the orders. He confuses coke and coffee, but also coliséo instead of Tunisian.

The bowling is very good, a small downside that day because to celebrate something I had gotten double cream meringues. I was served meringues drowned in an extraordinarily sweet caramel topping with two dollops of commercial whipped cream in a bombon.

Nice place for a family outing. With parking space. Against a 1h40 wait for 4 Margaritas.. Menu 25.-👍🏽with a drink/pizza/part/coffee (which we are still waiting for) served without knives (which we requested but we are also still waiting for them). Thanks to the quality of the service, this was a nice evening but a long wait.

Excellent restorations but for bowling the balls are too heavy. Think about people who have problems with their hands. I played three times and had to give up because of the weight and difficulty holding the balls.

Horrible, we were a group of 10 people and then we waited 15 minutes in front of the cash register so that we could have a free lead or any contact with one of your employees. Very very very disappointed because after 15 minutes we saw that the man at the cash register took the other groups who came after us, moreover, judged us when we spoke another language. At the end of these 15 minutes we politely asked how much we were going to wait and we replied with, rolling our eyes "I don't have time I'm busy" so there is no customer is king at your place. A big regular at Miami bowling during the week, I have always found the price/quality/quantity ratio to be very good. (perhaps the wine by the glass a little expensive). Very good to spend some time with the family or celebrate birthdays. Two games were 62.- The toilets are clean and the staff is friendly. The shoes run large, so I recommend taking a size smaller.

I couldn't give 0 stars so one star. The staff is not welcoming! They are arrogant. And unfriendly, I strongly advise against this bowling. No patience with children on their birthday. Speaks badly to children and threatens to hit them with a broom if they misbehave. Really NULL we won't come back, go to Flon or Vidy, they are so much better there.

They rarely answer when they answer they are stressed and dishonest on the phone. I don't recommend it if you want to be served in the same way once there.

Miami bowling in Lausanne, We had vouchers to play and eat, so we called to reserve. They told us everything was good, when they got there they tried to deny it. They didn't let us play. Not only were they disrespectful but they also lied. If you want respect I advise you to go elsewhere. It's not the first time this has happened to me, the last time they told me to come and in the end they made the same scene. This is unacceptable.

The atmosphere of the bowling alley is frankly cool, the atmosphere for eating is much less so, the food is not bad, but the service is much less so... even execrable if you count the bowling service. I'm talking about the man in the red polo shirt with too much gel thinking it hides his baldness who takes care of the shoes etc. Really worth redoing from the establishment. it is shameful.

I have known this place since their beginning but frankly the last times I have been there, the welcome really needs to be seen again AT THE GENTLEMEN, the ladies are adorable but the person who takes care of the reservations for the bowling is unfriendly and not very welcoming even though it is their business.
