Centre Espagnol in Echandens

Passing through Switzerland and more so infinity 🥰, we were looking for a good and well-rated restaurant and we came across "the Spanish center". Already a fan of Spain, we wanted to try it. Very warm welcome, very family atmosphere, we were very well received. We had a sangria (1/2 liter 🥰), some tapas (obligatory 😍), and an assortment of grilled fish with a good salad). It was certainly a little expensive, but it's Switzerland, so no surprise. Absolutely not disappointed, everything was perfect for us and with nice portions. Thank you for this good time.

We made reservations for a working meal two weeks ago. We have already tried to contact them to order paella. It was impossible to reach them. When we arrived, quick service from the waitresses. The food was passable or not great. except the Tapas which was good. When it was time to pay, the gentleman almost forced us to divide because there were about twenty of us, we told him no. They look angry, without any kindness. We will never go back there again. There are many other better quality establishments with good service.

Correct food quality. The unfortunate thing is: 9.- portion of NON-homemade fries 12.- Liter industrial lemonade 0.40 Mayonnaise if you order more. It's a shame because the place is nice.

Total disappointment no taste no sauce nothing…

Very questionable and inedible beef steak, the explanation was that it was cooked on the same grill as the fish but an unconvincing explanation because the meat really had a rotten taste. Very disappointed because I had some very good tapas there a few years ago. Never again at this restaurant unfortunately... the little one had no appetite for the rest of the meal even though his dish was changed. Expensive bill for this quality. Dishes also too salty. Very low dose sangria. In short, big disappointment.

Terrible. Located between a road and the industrial area (other than in the middle of nature) this place looks like a canteen for the rich. The food is just enough and the prices are exaggerated.

Great place to eat paella, it was really delicious, plus it was the first time I had been and it was during a friend's birthday. The quality of service was impeccable even though there were 12 of us, the staff were warm and very friendly. But I give it 4 stars out of 5 because when I had the Catalan cream, it wasn't really to my liking.

Paella to take away for 4 people. A shame, not to mention theft. A large pan of very salty rice with a few small weights, mussels, a few pieces of defrosted chicken. The prawn and scampi garnish were still frozen. When I informed the boss his reaction was: next time I would make a move! For my part there won't be any. Ciao
