Unreliable working hours, closes 20min before indicated time

Very practical gas station, with good bread and pastries. On the other hand, it often closes early… (around 9:50 p.m. instead of 10:00 p.m.)

Sandwich bought today the bread is stale it must surely be dated the day before unacceptable

Today 6:30 a.m., a stop to refuel and have a hot chocolate and an ovomaltine choc bread. Unprofessional staff, not welcoming, then once I leave I drink my hot chocolate = fermented taste. Then I bite into my bread, like the stuff that's not crispy, like it was reheated from yesterday. In short, it's all very laborious. I don't stop at this station often, but I'm going to leave it there!

this Sunday the station was supposed to close at 10 p.m. I arrived at 9:48 p.m. the cashier had already closed the station doors, all of that was unacceptable!!!

It's been more than 7 years since I refueled my car at this station, for other repairs no problem, but not refueling, it's so cool to finally have a decent price on fuel, correct… I dare say quite correct even. I hope it continues once the work is finished and this energy crisis ends. In any case, good initiative. 👍🏻

Great service and a good selection of basic refrigerated foods, drinks, croissants and breads. Ice creams and chocolates also available. Four external parking spaces also available in case no petrol is needed.

Really disappointed by the sellers or hello I pause a question I am answered aggressively I went often but I won't go back there anymore.

Hello, I am shocked by some unpleasant comments. Personally, I stop at this station regularly and have always been warmly welcomed by the members of the team. The staff reminded me of the instructions for wearing a mask and the rule of distancing with another customer, with humor and a smile. In short, I don't share what some people say, the team is overall very pleasant. You feel good there and it’s a good place to start your day.

The friendliness of the staff leaves much to be desired since the new owner. A general letting go. We always feel like we're disturbing. There are several of us Bellevistes who are disappointed with the service. Gone are the days of our small, welcoming village resort. Wearing a mask is apparently optional too. We only go there now if we really have no choice and prefer to go to the Eni station in Chambésy where the service is much more cordial.

Staff - for the majority - unpleasant and unfriendly. Wearing a mask and hand disinfection appears to be optional for some employees. The disinfectant at the entrance is often empty. Since the change of owner/manager, we rarely come here and prefer to go to the Eni station in Chambesy, the welcome there is much friendlier and more pleasant.

Masks are not worn or worn under the chin, unpleasant employees who prefer to chat with each other about their weekends than serve customers.. It is impossible to pay for your fill by card when the station is closed, making it impossible to use yourself. The customer service which also does not respond to emails sent to point out that their employees do not wear masks when they work... Avoid if possible

Salespeople who turn their backs on you, ignore you and blow when you ask to pay after standing around for 5 minutes in an empty store. Covid hours are already reduced, but given how customers are being received, we might as well stay closed. Impossible to come in the evening because their automatic machine is perpetually broken/does not take cards.

It's been a year since your ATM hasn't taken cards, wake up. Be careful, your air pump no longer works.

A difference in treatment between men and women with certain female employees. If you're not a man, you're unlikely to get a smile.
