bp in Bussigny

Came to fill up around 6:20 a.m. a while ago and was treated to a welcome as cold as the weather outside. The young girl present doesn't take the time to do things right and only wants to see us leave as quickly as possible without a single smile. Negative comments should make you change your way of doing things but apparently not. Sorry but we end up going elsewhere..

I am very disappointed by the coffee I bought this morning at BP in Bussigny, just before the motorway exit. Charged at 3.90 CHF, I expected a pleasant experience to start my day. Unfortunately, the taste was horribly bitter and far from satisfying. It was not at all what I expected for the price paid. I hope BP takes this comment into account to improve the quality of their coffee in the future.

You can remove your ad for your Hot dogs since your saleswoman has no desire to waste her time taking care of that. Very poor welcome, and cold staff, well it depends if you are a woman or a man. I won't waste any more time stopping at your station.

Lamentable! The Brazilian saleswoman who has no problem flirting with all the customers during her shift. She asked for my boyfriend's number and without embarrassment went out to smoke a cigarette with him even though he didn't want to. It's not professional at all to act like a hottie. Pay attention to your boyfriend or husband!

Lamentable. The saleswoman barely looks at the customer, busy chatting with her colleague or an acquaintance. She collects and leaves the customer there, the empty basket on the counter and the paid merchandise right next to it. The customer only has to put away the basket themselves. However, I have known this gas station for 18 years. I have never been received like this.

The payment was doubled when paying by card. The operator asked to attach the card to the terminal twice and 2 payments were made. The gas station staff said it was my problem and didn't even try to help with a refund.

Certainly the price of gasoline is expensive at the moment but we find what we need, for breakfast, sandwiches etc.

Good convenience store and great car wash

Well, I was here with my truck and was able to fill up with diesel, but it was only the one pump, but whatever, I did it. The guys were friendly too 👍😉😊

There are toilets available inside. Quite a few choices of emergency food products. Super friendly and helpful staff. There are also flowers and some small toys for children, a good choice of items for your car.
