I'm going to find another cafe in the neighborhood. Pre-made or frozen croissants, undrinkable cappuccino, honestly it’s not great. Fairly friendly service but it depends who is there. And I see that despite some rave comments from customers, nothing is changing. Too bad for them...

Hello, I am delighted with the quality of service in Bussigny. The staff is very professional and fun. I laugh a lot with the waitresses who are great, fast. The Albanian is magnificent, funny and very professional. Product quality can be improved. The ham sandwiches and croissants lack finesse compared to other artisanal bakeries.

I went to get a Too good to go basket. What a disappointment, the basket wasn't ready, she made it for me with the "leftovers" and I'm not even talking about the welcome. How surprised I was when I saw A FLY in my sandwich. This bakery is dirty, BE CAREFUL!!!!!! 😷

In my personal opinion: It's much...too expensive...the bread Cake, pastry...etc..etc.. The table is not always cleaned.... See you soon

1 slice of ham in a sandwich costs almost 7.- but what a shame! this chain continues just because they are well placed in various locations and unfortunately good artisanal bakeries are becoming more and more rare

Average coffee and a bit cold welcome!

I went to the bakery in the middle of the afternoon to get something to eat. Wanting to have a sandwich and a pastry. I quickly turned to another establishment when I saw big blue flies landing on the sandwiches. I only had tartlets. I don't question the hygiene of the establishment but I think it's a shame. It directly cuts your appetite when you see this.

The baked goods leave a lot to be desired (worst almond croissant I’ve ever tasted). And prices are quite high. The bakery in the apartment complex further down rue de l’industrie is much better. Go there instead.

Disappointed with the quality of sandwiches and pastries for fairly high prices. Some employees are very haughty which doesn't make you want to go back at all. Even for a coffee. Bakery full of flies every time. (Setting traps to have less would not be a refusal.)

Tuna sandwich without tuna faded salad not good so and all that for 7.10 frs and to finish yesterday's apricot tart I think We are workers not Americans

Unpleasant experience, I had a tuna sandwich whose bread turned out to be a little dry and especially the quantity of tuna could be described as homeopathic. The longer it goes, the more the quality of this channel deteriorates. On the other hand, the price does not drop.

The waitresses are unfriendly and don't say hello, they don't look at the customers being served, so it's up to us to get up to order their coffee! And what's more, they get the orders wrong

It's going down Fleur de pain, you have to look for the ham in the sandwiches and they are bland, tasteless but still at the same price...😡

We are generally disappointed with this bakery chain... too industrial... not too much choice... not very good... anyway, I don't set foot in their stores anymore, there are so many small bakeries which are much more worth stopping at! ABE 🙋‍♀️🥐☕

We tried several items, bread (really nothing exceptional) and pastries and after 5 visits, we are sorry to see that the pastries are neither good nor bad. Too much sugar, uncontrolled dough, your taste buds will have no trouble forgetting these tasteless pastries. It's a real shame because it's the only bakery in the middle of Bussigny but after 5 months, I think we have given enough opportunity to see an improvement that was never there. Thank you to the owner who responds to our comment to stop thanking us and inform us that he will forward this to the store manager... act instead, the comments have been bad for months, wake up!

Everything is good with them except the wines on a Sunday 9:00 a.m. everything is dry, it’s unacceptable

I ordered 25 buns and only received 5! My order was not tracked. I put 2*, and not 1*, because the saleswoman was really sorry and did everything to find the missing 20.

Aside from the quality of the products offered, the staff is as friendly as a prison door. After changing my mind about a tuna sandwich, the saleswoman glared at me and pointed out that “changing my mind” is not an option. In summary, if you are hungry, this is a good place.

Most of the staff are extremely cold and rude.

The service was totally inefficient. 25 min to get a daily special. I even had to go and order at the counter. The salmon tartare is decorated with a sauce which takes away the fishy taste. I did not like. Failed experiment.

Cold welcome, a really unpleasant feeling of being disturbed. And I am very disgusted to see a HUGE quantity of flies and midges on the items for sale, the hygiene is really questionable, I do not recommend this bakery.

Bakery well located in the city center with often parking spaces. On the other hand, no formula offered, rare for a bakery and therefore expensive to eat every day.

Coffee is drinkable and there are some food options which are limited. Panini tend to run out fast, but ice cream is quite good. If you look for a unique experience this is not the place for you.
