This situation repeats itself regularly and it is clear that it requires significant improvement. Despite my loyalty to this station, each visit leaves a bitter taste. I have often been tempted to share my opinion, but I decided not to hold back any longer. It is really necessary to take measures to improve this situation, because this is becoming unacceptable, in addition to the other problems noted.
