Great brewery! The food/beer pairing menu was great. Very nice to be able to try several kinds of beers with the meal. Hearty and delicious meal! And the setting is incredible with the view of the vats and a modern industrial spirit which gives a lot of charm and conviviality to the place.

We came to visit the brewery with the meal afterwards, perfect welcome, the lady who took care of us at dinner was very pleasant and attentive, great visit and excellent meal, my son took vegetarian and he was not disappointed , he loved it. Had a wonderful time. THANKS

The service is top notch, with Vanessa, the bar manager, at the forefront, always attentive. The menu is renewed very often, and of very good quality. The team is also super dynamic, organizing concerts, guided tours, and more. Really, well done, and thank you for these moments of pleasure!

Very nice and varied beers but rather mediocre food

8-10' walk from Bex station, microbrewery, bar and restaurant in a pleasant and modern setting all in one place. Visit to the brewery at a fixed time/day. 8 draft beers from the brewery available at the bar + 2 seasonal beers. Also 6 bottled beers from other breweries. The food menu changes every season. Reasonable price, beautiful tasty plates. A very good place both for drinking one (or two 😁) beers and for eating.

Great discovery at the exit of Bex, the brewery is decorated with great taste, it invites you to sit there and chat with everyone, the vats located next to it add something extra to the environment. Beer lovers will find it there. Ideal for aperitif time or après-ski

Very interesting and informative visit with a perfect guide. A regret all the same, for all those like me who discovered this brewery, a mini cup with a little of each of the beers produced would have been perfect.

Normally I never post comments but frankly I was amazed! The brewery is beautiful with a large window overlooking their manufacturing location. The beers are delicious as well as the food.

Although the outside suggests otherwise, the inside looks very attractive. A warm welcome and a delicious meal, highly recommended if you are in the area.

The visit to this brasserie is really worth it. They offer a selection of very unique beers but even if you are not a beer lover, the food is elaborate and beautifully presented and you can tell that they take pride in doing a good job. Located in an industrial area the atmosphere of the restaurant is stylish. Wood, steel and leather come together to create a great decor. If you sit upstairs by the window you can enjoy an amazing view of the Dent du Midi and watch the trains passing by. The service was super friendly.

Coming for a tasting and visit we were very well received, the visit from the owner of his brewery was very interesting and the aperitif boards were of very good quality. And of course the beers...a choice of various kinds; I'm not a big beer fan, but I've tried several that I really liked. We'll come back for the restaurant!

Amazing brewery! It is possible to see the tanks through a large window. The food is just delicious and plentiful. A dish could almost be eaten by two people. The beers are very good and diverse. And very friendly service. Good atmosphere!

Easy parking. Super friendly welcome. Our young waiter with trendy hair was very efficient and discreet ;) Bone marrow very well prepared and seasoned just right. Very good tartare, top quantity. The seasoning was just how I like it. Mini downside for the fries ;) But they were good. No more room except for a scoop of ice cream, classic but well served. And the beers... the red one is really great like the white one and the others for that matter. First visit, but we will come back with pleasure.

Plate of the day during a work meal. Good but I will reissue it another time to taste their artisanal virgin and the à la carte menu.

Great places to taste very good dishes, in this case hunting in this season. The setting is good and the view of the brewery vats is great. The only downside is the giant screens on all evening which attract too much attention.
