Good quality food despite the mass food prepared for lots of people

Buffet (mostly Asian) all you can eat. 2 prices for kids, depending on age. Sushi are very good. Large choice of other cold and hot dishes, find what you like. Service is very efficient and polite (no conversation). Crowded, families, a bit noisy, people have to walk to the buffet (and back, don't about anyone not returning to their table 🤪).

Very nicely designed buffet, located close to the harbor. The variety of the buffet also has to be praised, considering how "small" the restaurant is. The service is also good. You are served quickly and the dirty plates are cleared away quickly.

Very good value for money in Neuchâtel. Buffet with very varied choice and the possibility of making your own wok plate is fantastic. Children love the dessert buffet with all the sweets and are captivated by the big screen with aquatic images. The servers are fast and efficient. We always have a good time as a family. I knew that China was not THE country of sashimi and I have proof this evening. I'm not going to detail all the dishes I tried, as there are so many. I can just describe the sensation in my mouth an hour after finishing my force-feeding: An oily sensation with an aftertaste of burnt meat, salt, invert sugar, glucose syrup and sodium glutamate. These last four are the essential ingredients for the success of this palate of bad taste. That some people love the concept, I can understand it; after all, at Wok Royal, you feel like you're on a cruise on a floating, polluting city that the Western masses love. Still, I'm surprised that this place of decadence gets such a good rating on rating websites. To sum up : - 42 francs per adult, it's expensive. - Nothing original and the feeling of an "all inclusive" Majorcan holiday without the swimming pool, without the sea, without the luxury suite and without the cocktail bar - A good point anyway: Excellent organization to swallow hundreds of customers per day. It's a lucrative business.

We ate for lunch and were quite satisfied with this experience. Used to coming in the evening, I am happy to see that there is a lot of choice at lunchtime as well. We were in the veranda and unfortunately the front door let in the cold. We had to put our jackets back on to be comfortable. In terms of cooking, the dishes were good, but as I noticed several times during my previous visits, the hot dishes were lukewarm or even cold, which is a shame. The service was pleasant. I will happily go back, hoping that it will be less cold and that the dishes will also be warmer.

Went for a Too Good To Go order and they made us feel like rats. Supposed to bring your own container which we didn’t know but the woman was really nice and let us have one, should’ve cost but she gave it free but looked angry. They rush you in like you’re the scum of the earth. Food was ok though. So awkward.

Very well eaten, different, varied dishes, prepared with care, some with a little "umami" taste. The staff is a little shy and reserved but efficient and helpful and focused on satisfied customers. The prices are absolutely correct.

It took a while until a waitress came to take our orders. We did not have enough forks and knifes and it was almost impossible to catch someone to take it for us. Food was great better than expected. Worth the value for money considering swiss price.
