Food top, cordon bleu is huge and very tasty. What I found very unfortunate was that, contrary to my written reservation, it was claimed in an extremely angry tone that I had allegedly increased the number of people over the phone, which is not true! In my opinion, an internal organizational error was passed on to the customer.

The Braui in Baar has become our regular restaurant, the atmosphere is very warm and cozy, the food has always been very good 10/10 and the employees are all great and super friendly. It's a day to look forward to every week.

Such a charming, homey and wonderful family owned restaurant! Home cooking and generous dishes made with local ingredients. Comfort food and 'fitness plates' to fit each diner. A regular staple for locals in the know, and an essential part of a Zug visit, whether you go to the Brauerei or not.

Always an absolute culinary delight, the Filet brewery served in the Pfännli. Deliciously seasoned and heavenly tender. An unconditional recommendation. The service is great. The female cannot outperform the male, but as a guest you can feel that she loves this job. Unfortunately, there is a star deduction for the road traffic, for which the restaurant is not responsible, but it is still annoying when you are sitting almost directly on the road. Once again, if you want very good food at reasonable prices, this is the right restaurant.

Good solid and tasty Swiss food, served in this relaxed atmosphere at the brewery's restaurant, inside or in summertime also outside. Very large portions an option for the very hungry. And the beer they brew themselves, of course. Really top class beer. The beer is in fact world famous in Zug :-)

Very good food and large portions

I was there on Friday evening with 3 colleagues. We didn't have a reservation, but luckily we got there early enough so we got a nice corner table. The order went quickly even though the restaurant quickly filled up. The decor is rustic. But hey, it's a brewery restaurant, so it's fitting! I had the Braui Cordon Bleu (see photo), specifically that it was rolled like this. You can have it in pork or beef, regular or huge. My pork was tender, the filling (ham, cheese) was good but not overly seasoned. The fries were fresh and crunchy. My companion had the perch fillet (perch), which was also good. And I don’t understand why the other two took chicken nuggets 😜. In addition to lots of meat, it has a selection of Italian dishes. Vegetarians have to take a closer look, I don't think there is such a thing as vegan. But ok, it's a brewery restaurant so I don't expect that 😄. Next door is the brewery shop, so you can buy drinks and fan merchandise. The only negative point: it gets pretty loud with the handful of men's groups (as I said, it's a brewery restaurant 😜 so beer, beer, more beer). I paid 48 CHF for 2 small beers, the Cordon Bleu and a small dessert. Was worth it!

Had the house cordon bleu with salad. The portion was very small, not much salad especially. The price for it is extremely high at 45.-

Large portions and friendly staff. However, good quality has its price. The sanitary facilities are in need of improvement. Generally good and honest impression.

If you like traditional swiss cuisine, this place is for you. I had early dinner, so the place wasn't too crowded and the waiters were quite fast. The food was great and they even prepared a "Meringue Glace" dessert, although it was not on the menu. Prices are quite reasonable for swiss standards. Will visit soon again to try something different of the diverse menu.

Good, friendly, reasonable prices

Cordon bleu wasn't good at all. Thin like a Wienerschnitzel and completely dry. When we complained to the boss we were laughed at and the whole thing was made ridiculous. Price performance is no longer right at all. What's nice is that the staff was very friendly.

The Braui is still a real restaurant without any modern frills. The service is ok, "Dad" brings the food to the table. The food wasn't great. The hash browns were soggy on the inside and very salty. Oh well. Fry them first in small pieces and only at the end for flatbread. Then let them crispy. The liver meat was good, but the sauce didn't have much flavor.

Super tasty, very nice service We were here with a group and luckily we made a reservation. It was well attended, almost all the tables were full - which speaks for itself. The food was really tasty - and anyone who goes home hungry has only drunk one of the fine beers or been to another restaurant :-) I was glad I only ordered the normal Gordon Blue. That was already XXL and therefore more than enough, the larger portion was more like XXXXL, I wouldn't have been able to manage it. Served with fries, followed by a salad and, for dessert, a beer brandy with ice cream. Everything around 70 francs and worth every franc. I'll come back here, definitely.

The Cervejeira Brauerei restaurant is so far my favorite place to eat in Baar. The diversity of dishes on the menu and the price/quality/quantity relationship are an added value. The atmosphere is very pleasant and when you go there, you always know what to expect and it doesn't disappoint. I never tried the wine... because it would be a "sin" "in a blacksmith's house, to use a wooden skewer" :-D I will definitely come back!

Had dinner there yesterday. The prices are astronomically expensive for a so-so Viennese schnitzel with fries that have been fried for far too long at 60.- and they charged my colleague 10.- for an empty plate???? Hello, it's okay, that's cheeky and really bad

Great beer and good food. The Rösti are fine and you get a really big portion. The employee is just super friendly and if you've been there once, he'll remember you straight away. In terms of price, the Röstis are really fair for the portions, I think the meat dishes are a bit overpriced, but I just assume that they buy local and very high-quality meat... During Corona they developed a great idea with the food truck. Here too, the portions were appropriately large, tasty and freshly prepared. Recommended if you want to spend a chilled evening or lunch without pressure with good beer and delicious food.

We love this local spot in Baar. Mainly because of the outside seating area, their early opening hours, and because its one of the few places you’ll find bacon and eggs on the breakfast menu. They have a relatively good lunch menu too, with all the Swiss favourites, with average pricing. Their pork gordon-bleu is huge! And the service is top-notch and very friendly. They have their own parking, and the Baar Brewery shop is next door.

Incredibly poor quality and overpriced. Under no circumstances should you take fish crispies in the fitness plate for 33.50 a salad made from poor, cheap quality, crispy crisps are a disaster. Other menu was equally poor quality. It's incomprehensible that anyone here ever returns. A case for the restaurant tester.

The authentic restaurant with hearty food is fantastic. The standard Cordonbleu with 450g was very good. Not too heavy, not too salty, nice breading, fine ham and good raclette cheese - simply a dream. Just right for my taste. The portion is very large, there is no need for an appetizer. The service is super fast, super friendly and you can see that they really enjoy their workplace. I'd love to come back...

Good beer, large portions. But it takes a while to digest...

Spontaneously went to the brewery for lunch. With luck we got a table. And it was worth it, the food was simply first class and I had a hard time eating everything and that rarely happens for me. The staff was very attentive even though the restaurant only had a few seats left at 12 p.m. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Home cooking. Cordon Bleu are recommended. When it's full, it's sometimes quite loud and the background noise is a bit unpleasant. But it's still worth eating there and the staff is in a good mood and friendly.
