The beer is really good. Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open on Wednesday evenings and you can't get through without a reservation. The food with two choices is meager and rather expensive. Unfortunately we also had longer waiting times. But it is completely incomprehensible that payment with card is not possible - and that during Corona times! There is also no reference to this payment method anywhere. Card payment is possible in every small stall, why not here?? We didn't get an invoice or receipt either!

The Quöllfrisch light is characterized by its mildness and light fruitiness. It is brewed from pure Pilsner malt and three different types of hops from Stammheim and Hallertau.

It all started when we made a reservation. We unexpectedly got into a traffic jam and wanted to call. Twice. We just ended up on the tape without a call back. So we assumed that they were aware of our delay. When we got there and sat down at the table, I immediately noticed that the chair was shaking so violently that I was afraid it would break soon. So the time passed and we waited a little more than 20 minutes before we were finally served. Now we are in a brewery, the workshop for producing the liquid gold. It was clear that me and my brother-in-law ordered a beer. The shock came when the waitress explained to us that there was no size larger than 25dl. This is about as absurd as going into a chocolate factory and being told I can't buy a bar of chocolate, only small, individually wrapped pieces. We were then asked about the food. We were given exactly 1 menu. Hamburger with chips. Without salad. Without fries. To be fair, I have to say, and that's why I get the second star, the hamburger was really great. Unfortunately, the operator was unable to close the huge factory doors to prevent cold air and smoke from entering. I think they didn't want it because the factory had an entrance door with a winter lock. My wife had ordered her second Cola zero and noticed that the glass tasted like beer. Apparently she was given a used glass. Returned it and got a new one, that was fine. Luckily, our waitress understood our anger, apologized and gave us a little concession on the price. Conclusion: I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Not just for beer either. In every bar you can get half a liter or at least a bar. Addition: If you proudly proclaim beer from here instead of beer from there in the slogan, you are alluding to the Basel tradition. You should also wait that the employees are not Alsatian, right? (Nothing against the French, they are just doing their job) So: Beer and here and service from there!

Echte Braustube. Lange Bänke, währschaftes Essen, sympatische Bedienung und das beste BIO Bier weit und breit. Was will man mehr, am Feierabend Bier mit Freunden, oder an einem Nachtessen?

Geschäftsanlass bei Bier ist immer gut... die Führung war sehr unterhaltsam das Essen mittelmässig das Bier dafür wiederum Gut.

Reservamos Unser Bier como el lugar de nuestra boda. Tuvimos un par de reuniones amistosas y un buen contacto por correo. Eran muy flexibles (cambiar de planes, traer un perro, limpiar, etc.)Amo el estilo industrial. La comida era buena, carne a la parrilla de Jenzer y diferentes tipos de ensaladas y guarniciones. Solo que el helado no vino, supongo que se olvidó.No hay sorpresas con la factura. :)En general, una gran experiencia y servicio que le dio un toque especial a nuestro hermoso día.

The taste can be debated, but in my opinion, the tastiest beer from Basel. In addition to the standard offering, many seasonal beers are brewed. All organic. Good value for money. You will always be treated courteously at the ramp sales and events (GM, tastings, etc.)!

大手のビール会社とは一味違う、手作り感のあるビール醸造所で、3種類くらい飲んでみました。作り方のガイドもあり、楽しかったです。ホワイトアスパラの季節料理とデザートのみですが満足です。

If you like the beer you it's your must go place in Basel. Very cosy place. Far away from luxury restaurant, just easy going with various locally preapared beers.

Encontré la información que está abierta los jueves y los días de la semana. PERO cuando llegué entendí que por la nueva tabla de tiempo están abiertos solo los miércoles. Lanzó las ventanas, se veía bien. Pero nada más. La camarera me sugirió que volviera el miércoles. De todos modos, es más fácil encontrar más cerveza en la tienda. Encontré toda su cerveza en el alkostore en la estación del tren. Pruébalo si tienes mucho tiempo y paciencia.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ziemlich schlecht. CHF 160 für Degu von 6 Whiskys (in 45min!), Würstchen/Salat/Fertigkuchen und 1 Flasche Unser Bier Whisky. Eher Massenabfertigung wie was ordinäres. Aus dieser Bewertung würde ich jedoch die Brauerei als Ganzes rausnehmen. Das Bier schmeckt ausgezeichnet.

Il faut aller la bas pour acheter de la bière et non pour avoir une dégustation payante dans un hall relativement peu confortable. Il y a beaucoup d'améliorations à faire pour rendre cet endroit confortable et attrayant

Das beste Bier "Unser Bier" gibt es im Unser Bier. Eine tolle, einzigartige Atmosphäre in einer alten Industriehalle, direkt bei der Produktionsstätte des Bieres.. Freundliche, zuvorkommende Bedienung. Das Essen ist einfach, passt aber absolut in diesen Rahmen.

Sehr nette Bedienung, gelassene Atmosphäre im Gundeldingerfeld, schöner Biergarten und Bierhalle mit diversen Bio Bieren nach Art " unser Bier".Spezielle Basler Biersorten. Sommerbier, EM-Bier, Amber-Bier, Whisky-Bier,Blondes Bier, Brezel und Würste.Spezielles Bierbrettli mit div. kleinen Stangen Bier um die Sorten zu probieren.Nach Absprache Braubetrieb zum Besichtigen. Direkt neben Backpacker Hotel.

Had a fantastic corporate beer brewing event here. Very informative and fun (and last but not least delicious) at the same time.

Cozy but not particularly nice location. A recommendation for beer lovers

Waren an einer Geburtstagsparty im Unser Bier. Interessante Führung und sogar Bierbrauen war möglich. Die Location ist wirklich toll, guter Service, feines BBQ.

Für das ein oder andere Bier bin ich hier vorbeigekommen. Nett hergemachtes, altes Industriegebäude, wo die Unser-Bier-Brauerei einen eigenen Barbetrieb hat. Leider nur Donnerstags und Freitags offen.

The Brauerei Unser Bier is located in an old industrial factory next to the Basel Backpacker Hostel. I stopped in for an early beverage before hitting’ the town for the evening. The complex has a high ceiling with lots of the old tools and decorations from when the place was running as an industrial factory. They have a bar with various brews on tap and the menu also includes snacks, food and mixed beverages. On Thursday and Friday after 5pm, they offer a special Degustation Set, which is a selection of five (1-dl) of their house brews ranging from pils, dark, banana and more brought out on a long paddle for only 10CHF. I thought this was the best option as you get to sample a variety of their brews. At first the service was slow, but once the waitress did come over she was friendly and also explained the selection of beers and also suggested the best tasting order in which to sample the beers.

Make sure to get a share / stock. At the Annual General Meeting you can decide how big your dividend is going to be, as they serve free beer. Always a great event!!
