Rude old man. Didn't want to pay out sports tip winnings (Swisslos) "because you didn't bet with him." Please train employees properly and explain the Swisslos rules. (social skills included)

We were first let in however after exiting the club they denied us to enter back in, saying we‘d never even paid. Even though we had the bracelets they‘d somehow forgotten. (My friends were people of color) Music is okay and the location is small. Don‘t expect getting in unless you are blond, have blue eyes with a dark blue polo shirt.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Bretzelkönig and unfortunately my experience was less than satisfactory. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by unfriendly staff who were more occupied with their cell phones than with the customers. This set the stage for a visit marked by poor service from start to finish. While I was about to place my order, the staff seemed to show little interest and asked me stupid questions that obviously suggested they didn't really want to listen to my needs. The feeling of disrespect was compounded as they continued to be engrossed in their cell phones during the ordering process. This is not only rude, but also unacceptable as it diverts attention from the customer and shows inappropriate prioritization. The entire atmosphere in the Bretzelkönig was characterized by indifference and disinterest. In addition to being unprofessional, the staff seemed unmotivated to provide adequate customer service. The fact that they were on their cell phones while I was ordering shows a lack of respect for the customers and their work. The quality of customer service is crucial for me when it comes to whether I will visit a place again or not. Unfortunately, the visit to the Bretzelkönig did not meet my expectations in any way. It's unfortunate that a company that obviously has a delicious selection of products is marred by such abysmal customer service.
