Brezelkönig Altstetten in Zürich

I wanted a cheese pretzel, it was packed with ham (which I can't eat) I also wanted a chocolate pretzel, surprisingly there was only a normal one in it. Hot dog straight into your hand, sausage ice cold! Arrived home absolutely disappointed. Janu was always happy, now I'm not coming anymore

Pretzel King Altstetten. Every time there is a smile on the face and the ladies at the service are very friendly. The young man is a very respectful person.

Luckily I noticed it. I was charged for 2 pretzels instead of 1. At least the saleswoman apologized and refunded me 1 pretzel. Caution is advised Furthermore, it is important to ensure that the sellers fill up the sausages with their hands

Hello Bretzel König altstetten!!! But I say, can every order be wrong? But just every order? A vegan sausage instead of the one with meat and a disgusting salted cheddar pretzel instead of the one with rösti I had ordered. And do I pay even more for this stuff??? But is it possible that you just can't be trusted to place an order? Incredible

I just bought the original pretzel and it wasn't fresh and crunchy as always, I discussed it with the employee and she told me "it's fresh, maybe because of the weather". Unfriendly employee. Was at Altstetten ZH train station

Good day Pretzel King ZH Altstetten If you order a chicken hot dog, you get a veggie sausage. It should be clear what a veggie sausage and chicken sausage are! We have heard this incident several times. If you ask the employee about it, she feels attacked and becomes unfriendly.

Very good fresh selection for a little hunger in between and on the go; very friendly staff

It's tedious when you can't even be understood when you order...

Delicious sandwiches, the prices are right too. The queue is also unbearable, not recommended if you are in a hurry.

The fact that you even put mayonnaise in a tomato and mozzarella sandwich is just sad and bottom drawer! Tossed my CHF 7.90 sandwich straight into the trash - thank you for ruining my lunch break.

The staff is very warm and friendly. My coffee is always ready when I come along. They ask about my daughter, how long I have to work, etc. A real stand-up in the morning. Even a rescuer in an emergency when I forgot my mask and wallet at home. Simply great.

I only knew the one at the airport and I was really happy when I saw this one in Altstetten. Both locations are super friendly and the pretzels are amazing. My friend loves the baguettes. The chocolate pretzel is super delicious!

Yesterday I picked up a very fine baguette of tomato mozzarella from Brezelkönig AG at the Zurich-Altstetten train station and I thought it was really delicious. And the seller 👨‍💼 was also very friendly with me.

I love the salami and almond pretzels. The hot dog is not without either. Everything is always fresh and delicious.

The staff is always on top of their game. I even look forward to getting my coffee in the morning. Thanks :)
