Today on July 31st, 2023 this morning I really had the worst service ever. 1 . What's the use of a Brezelkönig app if I can't use it? He can't explain why, it's just not possible. 2. Please when can you no longer pay with twint? He can't explain it to me ==it doesn't work, it doesn't work 3. I also received the wrong product. For me today will be the last time (for now). Lately the pretzels have been very dry and not very topped, especially with Mostbröckli (which is the most expensive pretzel). It's a shame I'll probably buy it somewhere else.

Unspeakable saleswoman who turns away customers willing to pay before the store closes and leaves ToGoodToGo customers without internet standing helpless in front of the store before she closes the blinds without comment. You wouldn't want such business-damaging employees in any company; the pretzel king was really unlucky here (but in these times it's really not easy to find halfway capable staff).

Yes german is the common tongue but basic English should be required if you work here. Pretzel was great But salty. But please teach your employee that sometimes the pay terminal doesn’t work, so they need to start again or wait for the pop-up on the terminal. Still, this employee doesn’t understand that the payment pop-up isn’t coming, which means my contactless will not pay until the information has been sent to the pay terminal. Making weird faces or like it’s my fault. I’ll be coming back just not to this employee.

I'm often at the train station in Dietikon because I travel a lot by train and always go to get a coffee from the Bretzelkönig, so I was there yesterday afternoon and was served very, very nicely and politely by the lady, so you're welcome to come by :)

I've been coming to this place for a long time to have a drink or something to eat. The afternoon before yesterday I was there around 4pm and the girl who served me was very polite, friendly and helpful.

I come here often, Brezelkönig is always good 👍 to take away sandwiches and a variety of fine pretzels for when you're a little hungry and in between meals. For on the go and at home too.

There's always a queue because the employees take their time and take it easy, even though the shop is in the train station and you want to get on the train quickly.

Super friendly service. We always order around 20-30 sandwiches for the employees, everyone is always happy with the quality and taste. Highly recommended!

As a customer, I was immediately noticed and welcomed by the seller. Unfortunately, at 12.30 p.m. the Wienerli for the hot dog was only just lukewarm. But due to the friendly customer contact we still get 4 stars.

November 21, 2019 we find it a shame that the bank card payment machine does not work, and when we are in a hurry for an appointment and we have to waste time going to the ATM and this was not possible, we abandoned the purchase hope that for next time it works!

My husband and I thought the selection of drinks was great! The inn is actually very nicely furnished. No cheap decoration, but most of the colors were harmoniously coordinated with each other. The waiters are always extremely friendly and extremely accommodating. This makes me and my husband really happy every time we visit. We also think the prices are completely ok.

The staff is always friendly and the food is good, just like you would expect from the Brezelkönig.

I actually went to Brezelkönig AG and bought a very fine butter pretzel there and I think it was very fine and the seller was also very friendly with me.

Great pretzels & hot dogs. But I received the wrong sauce for the hot dog 4 times in a row... I have no idea whether I'm being unhappy or the waitress (4 x different waitresses) just doesn't understand :(
