The best sandwich & pretzels in the entire canton of Lucerne, and also a very friendly team!!

Top!!!!!! I love pretzels and to be honest every time I go to the Emmencenter I don't miss my pretzel. They are very good and always very fresh, at worst you end up with the one baked an hour before. In my opinion they do an excellent service. Can't complain. The only remark is that they continue to give you the bag even if you clearly say that you will eat it immediately. Get 3 Pretzels and get three little bags.

If you want to order, you are left standing. 2 saleswomen and I'm the only person standing in line.. not nice.. I'm definitely not buying anything there, I'd rather be hungry..

I was there at lunchtime today to buy a hot dog. The bread was on the hot dog machine for too long so that the bread only consisted of the crust, almost no sauce in it and the worst thing is that they charged the wrong price (I wanted Wienerli and I paid for chicken) and They couldn't cancel it (for whatever reason)! In addition, the seller did not have an apron or a name tag. I will never shop at Brezelkönig in the Emmen Center again and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Sustainability? Every time I take a hot dog it is put in the paper bag that I don't want...according to the saleswoman she has to do that... So I get a paper bag that serves its purpose exactly 20 m from the exit. Then it ends up in the trash can... wow... certain companies still don't get it!

Great schnitzel bread, unfortunately only a couple of cocktail sauces ;) if I could fit that it would be perfect :)

Very nice bakery and helpful staff

I've had some Pretzels from this chain before, at some other locations. Never really excited me much. But not too long ago this branch here inside the Emmen Center (re-)opened. So we tried some of their Pretzels. We chose the Salami Brezel (Peperoni-Pretzel). And to our surprise it was really tasty. There was loads of butter in it...which always brings out much flavour. Not only that, it also had a fair amount of Salami inside. And: No annyoing salad or pickles....yay! The Pretzels were freshly made (baked) and tasty really good. Crispy outside and nice and soft inside. Not sure this franchise improved overall or if it's just this branch here. But something did change....to the better. A really good Brezel. Surely not the last time we grab some quick food here. They also sell plain Pretzels, other kinds of fillings/toppings, sandwiches, croissants and drinks (for fair prices), also coffee.
