I'd rather not eat anything than spend another 1.- there, it's always the same with the employee here, she's never in the area and when she is then on her cell phone strong for a sales area that you can see all the time as a customer and as a customer If that weren't enough, the good Damw is also too good to serve you and is really cheeky, which I as a customer don't find at all okay and when you ask her about being a bit more friendly, she never answers against Brezelkönig in a really cheeky way

I bought a butter pretzel and ate it at home. Unfortunately there was a long hair in there that I had in my mouth and was also chewing. Really disgusting.

I wanted to buy 3 pretzels this week. There was NEVER anyone on site and after waiting for 5 minutes I got tired of it and went to Migros... during that time many potential customers came and left... When the saleswoman shows up, she is also very unfriendly and almost feels like she is being harassed when you want to place your order...as a sales manager at this branch, I would NOT tolerate that...

I really like Brezelkönig and regularly visit different locations The visit to the Bretzelkönig in the Shoppy was my first and last visit! Extremely unfriendly staff I had a question about the pretzel, which was labeled vegetarian, whether the cheese contained vegetable or animal LAB, so it wouldn't be vegetarian. When I tried to explain it to her, she snapped at me in a very unfriendly manner and I felt ashamed and out of place. After I told my friend, she told me that it was unfortunately nothing new, that this young lady was always so unfriendly and always on the phone with her Airpods (she turned around and said what do you want!!!) which I can unfortunately confirm I read all the reviews at the same time and they all write the same thing. It's a shame that such a person still represents such a business! Extremely disappointed with this company, even though it is a chain, I would not have expected that they would hire such staff.

Food ok. Behavior in connection with to good to go borders on fraud. It is neither possible to reach the guaranteed amount nor to pay the additional costs. Depending on the remaining inventory, you can easily lose more than a franc per purchase. The saleswoman's cheeky grin does nothing to defuse the situation.

We come here often and are always served politely. The pretzels are always fresh and taste good!

Unfriendly employees! The 3 pretzels were still raw and not fully baked, when I made the complaint I was looked at like “what does he want now?”... 15 minutes later I got the new pretzels slapped on the counter, these were also in Okay, basically the pretzels taste really good, (I often buy them at the Bern train station) the rating goes solely to the staff on site at Shoppy Land…

First when I got to the counter my back was turned and then I had to make myself known twice until I was served. I wasn't greeted either. And at the end the pretzel was thrown on the counter. So for me, customer friendliness looks different.

Our 11-year-old son was hungry for a pretzel hot dog. This disappeared very quickly after he took one bite. The Viennese had a gray edge and was only slightly pink in the middle. For us it was clearly reheated several times and no longer edible. Our recommendation is to stay away and get it somewhere else.

The unfriendliest staff I have ever encountered, never again.
