So this is exactly the 3rd time I've come and Nutella has never been sold out

Best Dunkin Donuts in Bern. Very nice service. The drinks are bombastically delicious. The coffee frape is great for the lovely woman and it tastes really good.

The best Dunkin Donats far and wide!! Frappe coffee etc. always top presentation and top quality and taste. Donuts are always fresh. The employee when we go there is always the same, very competent, helpful and very friendly. I think value for money is good. I've been to a few Dunkin Donuts but they were terrible!!! Conclusion: Very highly recommended!!!

Zero stars if it were possible!! We ordered coffee and donuts which we wanted to consume in the restaurant. The service is disinterested, rude and incompetent. The coffees were ordered with various toppings and different milk. The coffees prepared in paper cups were placed on the counter without a tray and the toppings were missing. When the complaint was made, the waitress became cheeky and claimed that everything was correct. After complaining again, she looked at the order again and then saw that toppings had been ordered. She took the coffees, slapped toppings on them and mixed them both with the same spoon, despite the different milk and toppings. If you were lactose intolerant you would have had a problem! The coffees looked like they had been thrown up and didn't have all the toppings that were ordered and paid for. The donuts were also placed on the counter a little later without a tray or plate. I have never experienced such terrible and rude service here before!!

NOT even worthy of one star!!! Most unfriendly and disrespectful staff. Slow, cheeky, young snobs, the young lady doesn't even speak German! Wait 30 minutes, then get the wrong coffee shake, then the other guest asked for the shake back and gave it to me! What is that? Gastro? Have you ever heard of HCCP??! Is this how you treat locals??! 50.- for the ton. Selected donuts are also wrong. No more! It's still expensive for quality, but paying wages to such a staff... no thanks!!

Shoppyland - Found the saleswoman very rude and unmotivated, I paid 1fr extra for caramel sauce and she didn't even put it in and didn't even prepare the pumkin spice latte properly like the other employees.

The employee was very unfriendly, kept customers waiting and continued typing on the computer undisturbed, only spoke broken German and had zero motivation. I would have expected better quality.

The last few times I've had an upset stomach afterwards, I don't know whether it was from the iced coffee (unclean water for the ice cream, for example, or from the donuts). In addition, there is probably no constant when it comes to operation... Probably bad conditions or whatever, in any case it feels like there's always someone else there and with a few exceptions the service is usually very disinterested and rude...

Tastes good! But very expensive and unfriendly staff...you can't miss rolling your eyes...it's a shame...coffee for 5.90 in a paper cup/ToGo even though we ate it at the table. (It had porcelain cups)

Service 1 ⭐️ / Donuts 5 ⭐️ I was at Dunkin Donuts in Schönbühl. I bought donuts there to take away. The donuts themselves are always a treat! Really recommended! But it wasn't the first time that the friendliness of the staff fell by the wayside. It was more of an indifference on the part of the waitress who served me. There was no greeting, just a “yes please?” A smile, far from it. I was barely looked at, let alone smiled at, throughout the entire shopping experience. I paid by card and the cash register opened. During this, the waitress simply turned around and continued working on a shake. No farewell, no nice day, no thank you. The cash register was still open!!! I could have reached in at any time! The second waitress noticed it out of the corner of her eye and closed the cash register. I then wished her a nice day because the other waitress didn't even care about me anymore. Absolute NO GO! Let alone just leave the cash register open. Therefore, in terms of operation, it's a shame...

It's about the iced tea. This means there is no longer iced tea with tea, only water with mango syrup. No explanation why and the price remained the same. I won't be ordering tea at Dunkin Donuts anymore, that's just It's just a shame and doesn't reflect well on the company.

always great there! It has a little blonde (her name is Karin) who is great and spreads positive vibes! Previously it only had unmotivated grumpy people as employees. It feels good to pick something up in the store!

Today I wanted to buy 3 balls. The saleswoman told me that she only sells at least 6 pieces... Welcome food waste THEN NOT.

Atmosphere reminiscent of an American café, The prices are a little expensive, but the quality of the donuts are excellent, nothing to complain about, tender and tasty. I recommend it to you !

The donuts were very good, if not excellent, it must be admitted! There is also a large selection of donuts and drinks available. The dining area is very spacious and there is a large space between the tables. However, the price could be lowered a little, but it is not excessive... Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and cheerful. For my part, it was the first donut store I saw and I am not disappointed, I will come back and I recommend!

Very cozy place, tables where you can charge your phone, nice music, polite people working here. (A bit harder for those who don't speak German), but you can easily point what you want and she will understand)
