The saleswoman was very rude and unsympathetic.

The quality of the pretzels was outstanding. Fresh from the oven, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – a real treat. The generous portioning and the lovingly prepared toppings made my pretzel experience a culinary highlight.

Today at 4:25 p.m. I bought a baked pretzel with cheese (not a sandwich) for 4.50. So dry, I guess it was from yesterday. Otherwise I would ask you to change something.

The operator uses the sweeper to wipe all surfaces, including those on which the pretzels are prepared. comfortable without rushing, he saw us. we are waiting. then it is ready and we can order. 2 pretzels with sunflower seeds and butter please. he rolls his eyes. Goes to the process with the surface cleaned with the Bodenbäseli. another customer comes. He abandons our order and serves the new customer. When I asked why, was his answer. He only makes special requests like butter when he has time! well noticed! There was no one at the stall. We thanked him and left without a pretzel. It's a shame, service and hygiene are different!

Far too expensive for what little you get. A dry schnitzel bread with some sauce, 2 tomatoes, some lettuce and the schnitzel for almost 9.-- For me, price and quality don't match

Loved this little place at the station! Their cheese pretzel is a must try! Picked it up almost everyday back then when I was in Rapperswil! Had pretzel in a lot of other cities, but this was my favourite!

I have been getting a pretzel from this outlet practically every day for about 1-2 years. Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably decreased recently; the small pretzels are often still from the day before and are already dry by midday. Some of the sandwiches aren't quite as fresh either. Edit: The quality has increased again, thank you for the good customer service!

I ordered a schnitzel bread and got a ham sandwich. Bad… The hot dog only has sauce on the bottom… And veggie hot dogs are more expensive than the ones with meat…

Hot dog with smoked sausage is always great, unfortunately some of the employees can't tell the difference between a little spicy and a nerve-killing experience

I've been buying my little lunch there every working day for a month now and I'm very happy with the service and products. Prices could be a little lower. Addition: I thought I would have paid with a 20 note, and although the saleswoman was 99% sure that it was a 10 note, she gave me a 20 note. I didn't realize my mistake until the evening and then paid it back the next day. The team was super accommodating and even offered me a coffee! Great!!!

Sorry that I just disturbed you while you were on the phone and you had to sell me a salted pretzel and a caramel pretzel instead of being able to continue the phone call... It won't happen again, I promise... Also because I prefer salted pretzels without caramel sauce.. . And that's why I'd rather have the pretzels in two bags... But that would of course have kept you from making phone calls for longer.... ;-(

I would love to give 1 star! I work in the service sector myself, so I understand that sometimes it's not that easy with customers! But such unfriendly and arrogant staff should be replaced! I asked the employee if the offer was 3 for 5 only for the small pretzels. She understood this to mean that I wanted three pretzels and had already reached for them. When I told her I didn't want the pretzel, she immediately snapped and ignored me. About 3 minutes later I wanted to buy something & it was actually my turn and she pulled over another man who was standing behind me. Something like that is simply unprofessional.

Count your returned money. Better to check your change

When I asked the gentleman if the pretzels were still fresh and warm, he answered me, NO, 3 years old. I think such incompetent employees don't belong in the Pretzel King. never again.
