Maggots and maggots on the plate!!!! Avoid if you don’t want to eat maggots…. We had the worst experience at the restaurant. I was eating a burger, and placed 2/3 on my plate to keep my son safe. Then there were several white things moving in the burger.. I looked closely and they were maggots!!!!! I immediately went to the bathroom to vomit. The waitress was surprised and she excused me but is it just her fault?? I did not receive an explanation or apology from the cook and the boss! I must denounce it because we must not let this pass for everyone. I've had a nightmare several times and I don't want to eat out anymore. The American Diner atmosphere is respected, the decoration is friendly. However, the menu is not very elaborate and most of the foods are industrial. Lack of sauce and the burger was not good.
