Unfortunately I'm very disappointed. Dürüm (flatbread) looks different (not well wrapped) and also very weak in taste. Kebab bread sprinkled with poppy seeds (allergy??) no but please note it on the card.

Was at Buffalos on a Wednesday evening... Yawningly empty at 8:30 p.m. The salami pizza was pretty good. And anchovies cost another 3.- extra... I definitely won't go there to eat again. The only advantage is the fumoir where you can also eat.

The management and employees are so bad at what they do that I voluntarily skip this restaurant business and order from the competition.

Ordered 3 pizzas on Wednesday. I paid by card, courier lady said it's okay & asked if I wanted the receipt. 3 days later (!!!) there was a call from an employee that the amount was still outstanding. We explained the situation to him, that the courier lady confirmed everything & it was not our fault. Employee said the boss will be in touch. After another 3 days, a total of 1 week later (!!!) with nothing better to do, the “boss” writes & threatens me via WhatsApp. cheeky & disrespectful, assumed that there was no money in my account (which is not true at all). After describing the situation, another cheeky answer came: “Send the money, otherwise I have to charge for my hours too” + a ridiculous threat of debt enforcement. 😂 (Which he has no right to do either.) Just pathetic & ridiculous...

It was my first visit to this location and I got surprised positively. I went there with a friend of mine to have a drink. The staff is very friendly and chatty, even though some of them might not know all the drinks names the service was good. The washrooms (the business card of a restaurant for cleanliness) were very clean. But the killer criteria for us to go there again was definitely the closing hours. This location closes at 4am on Sunday morning. This is a huge exception for this village where most places close by 11pm.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The girls aren't particularly friendly and most of them can't give massages either.

Very bad food, not tasty at all. The same waffles you can find in migros or coop. They only make it warm and charge you 3x more money. The spare ribs had 0 taste. I don’t recommend.

You order Pizza Diavolo and only get it with salami. Without pepperoncini, it didn't happen once but several times. They make such a pure powder Ugh.

Fast and good pizzas. Their pizzas are super good. The delivery is mostly really on time and they will walk all those stairs up if u live in the last floor. Super kind people.

I ordered a rice pan with shrimps. The food arrived very quickly and hot. But unfortunately it was so salty that I couldn't eat it. The rice was a little burnt and not fully cooked. For dessert I ordered baklava, it didn't taste fresh but like it was from the day before. It had a strange consistency and was very dry.

There is a very nice and modernly furnished shisha lounge. However, in recent months the quality of shisha has declined and serving times have increased enormously. The lounge visitors are often not even 16 years old and consume tap water and smoke cigarettes and waste tables for potentially paying guests. It's a shame for the bar operators... as the conditions for a well-functioning shisha bar would be optimal.

I ordered a pizza today and was greeted very friendly and felt that the broad-built man was very suitable for his job, even if he didn't deserve a pay increase. Despite some complications, he remained very customer friendly and apologized several times. The principle applies to him: the customer is king! The pizza with kebab meat and cocktail sauce tasted very good and was filling.

It didn't live up to our expectations. The kebab pizza tasted spoiled and the baklava wasn't fresh. Don't recommend it :(

I ordered with home delivery and I found it absolutely outrageous. The 'cordon bleu' was a terrible quality deep frozen product that you can buy at every supermarket from the freezer, made from some low quality minced meat. The inside part of it was still frozen and I had to fry it for another 10 minutes to make it somewhat edible. Same goes for the tiramisu, it was still frozen, I rested it for 30 minutes and I still couldn't eat it because of the ice. The fry was soggy and tasted bad. The pizzas feel really cheap with bad spicing. Terrible quality for the price. Everything I got, I could have bought from a freezer from a random supermarket.

***** Great delivery service in Bülach. I regularly order pizza/pide/baklava and falafel there. Always very quick in Bülach / Bachenbülach - always under 30 minutes. Good kebab meat. Food always arrives hot. There are not many alternatives in Bülach that are of the same quality in the delivery service sector. When it comes to pizza, Arlecino is basically better because it's stone oven pizza, but unfortunately the pizza almost always arrives cold, so the stone oven doesn't help me much :/. So it's better to order from Buffalos now :) I'll stay loyal to the store. Many thanks to the Buffalo team! Ordering online works (almost) always :D
