Burger King in Zürich

I wait at the checkout for at least 10 minutes. There are about 6 employees and no one takes my order. I especially saw the Tamil woman with glasses looking at me 3 times but apparently her eyes or glasses aren't sharp enough. that I stand at the checkout for a long time and. Nobody takes the order and then I just never leave again

I ordered a children's menu with toys and brownie ice cream for my niece, but I only got a brownie without ice cream and the toy wasn't included either. There were a lot of employees there and there weren't many customers...still I had to wait over 10 minutes.

Good location, good food. The quality is on par or even better than the average Burger King. The staff were in a very good mood and were happy to pass it on.

The food was good. But I have never experienced such unfriendly service staff in a restaurant. Replaces this staff. We will avoid this store in the future.

Had a tight train connection. I went to checkout and wanted a Kung Fu Panda menu. At first the man at the checkout didn't understand me, he didn't know they had this menu. Then he says that he can't enter the order and that I should go to a customer terminal to type everything in myself. Thanks for nothing! P.S. There was not a single active order on the display at that time.

The Burger and fries were good, but the Coke was Luke warm. They didn't have any ice and without it, the drink was very warm. Not ideal. Very fast service though

Decent Burger King conveniently located in Zurich Hauptbahnhof. Good menu selections and the food was well prepared and tasty. Service was decent considering the rush. Prices are high but most things are in Zurich.

I ordered chicken nuggets but I got a cheeseburger.

Good place to have all meals, lunch or dinner in family or with friends. The staff is nice and service is very quick. They recently refurbished the restaurant, and added additional seats. Zurich International bus stop is just upstairs opposite the Starbucks Coffee.

This isn't fast food, it takes too long to eat and the service isn't friendly at all. I had to wait too long for two castles, over 5 minutes, which should be embarrassing for a fast food restorante.

The waiter Jumann was very rude and impolite to me 😡

Not al all as displayed in the menu. ChF 13 for a ridiculous, tasteless burger! And an attitude little being at the delivery counter.

There was no ice available, but I received an order without any indication. No explanation. When I asked about it, he said it wasn't bothersome.

The ambience could be improved. You just constantly hear the beeping of the devices and the screaming of the numbers. Chilling cheese nuggets so cold that the cheese was solid. The burger fell apart. Fries ok. Service to run away from. Tray thrown on the counter. No look, no “bon appetit” or thank you/please. I've seen better from the King ->Rothrist motorway exit.

Very crispy fries. The waiting time was short. The South Asian employee present and the more mature employee of Chinese origin showed their unfriendly side. Very unfortunate. Politeness and a smile cost nothing and are a joy.

I had a truly terrible experience at this Burger King location. The service was abysmal, with employees displaying shocking rudeness. To top it off, they conveniently "forgot" to include the nuggets in our order. But the absolute worst part was the veggie burger, which shockingly turned out to not be veggie at all. I won't be returning here ever again. One star is honestly too generous for this place.

The order was incomplete. Instead of a veggie burger we received a normal burger, which is unacceptable! The employee did pretty much everything wrong that you could do wrong. Now I'm sitting on the toilet with diarrhea. Was the last time in this Burger King!

The staff was very friendly and the manager Mr. Wagner was very open and personable.

Always get home from a long trip to find the wrong burger that tastes dry and disgusting! Avoid! Go to McDonald's!

It is not air-conditioned, and it is in a basement.... the day I was there it was spectacularly hot and it was very uncomfortable to be in its facilities, very expensive for what it offers.

Goes to another branch!! I had food poisoning from eating! Bread is never served fresh. It's old and only crumbles when you pick it up. The meat was probably not good. Lack of hygiene! Disgusting! Be careful where you order your food. Not recommended there!

A branch that really serves fast food. Waiting time under 2 minutes for freshly made burgers. That's the way it has to be. You can even make it onto the connecting train. 👍

Burger King 🍔👑 has understood that the days of meat-only restaurants will be a thing of the past in 2023. It is therefore refreshing to see that Burger King also offers around half of its burgers and sandwiches including menus in a vegetarian version. And the vegetarian alternatives taste at least as good as those with dead animals in them.

It is actually known that Burger King at HB does not accept coupons from the app. Someone has to explain to me why the large order screen advertises that you can enter coupon codes only to then reject them as invalid...

Unfortunately, the option to upgrade a Red Bull for an additional charge to menus or to generally upgrade surcharges from menus has been removed. A pity...

I order by Uber today night 25/07 Order spcial with our Mayo beacuse I’m allergic , I got tow burgers with A lot of Mayo inside ! And I can’t even contact you ! No phone number and even the website is complicated to file a complain !

It took them 1 minute and 56 seconds between my order and the delivery to prepare my vegetarian burgers without cheese. Basically they took out the cheese of already made burgers. I asked the cashier twice if it wasn't in contact with cheese (I am lactose intolerant) and they said yes, they weren't. Keep in mind that these specific burgers are including cheese if you order them how they're. I had diarrhea that night. So thank you!

The consistency in taste and quality is what keeps me coming back to this fast food chain.

It's good for a small snack but otherwise always full

Quick review, also comparing it to McDonald's and other fast food chains: Imo BK has the better food than MD, amongst the best in the fast food category, though it is more expensive. MD has the better service (bringing to the table). Restaurant was clean and looks good for dine in.

A Burger King in the station underpass, just as you would expect and want for quick meals. The well-rehearsed team guarantees super fast service. Everything works like clockwork. Therefore also ideal for commuters in a hurry.

Fast and Furious! Nicely hidden in the farthest corner of Zurich main station. From the "window seats" you have an exciting view of the escalator: Great to see the travelers running up and down the S-Bahn station... ;^) The offer: Big Mac! Of course Whopper... and co. But the onion rings and cheese nuggets are definitely unique! Simply delicious... And the fries are better here than at the other place... Chill cheese fries!

Ordered 2 burgers, the bread for both of them wasn't fresh and it was poorly garnished, everything fell apart at the first bite, the branch manager didn't seem competent to me, I also had to throw away the 2 that I got replaced, it's a shame, a shame, a pity at HB where there are so many customers. So I didn't eat anything and now I have 20fr less.

I always come back to this fast food chain for their consistently delicious food.

Burger King. What can you say? The restaurant is well located and very bright. Staff friendly and food prepared quickly. Unfortunately we did not receive the Promo Offer (COD MW2) with the order.

With the children's menu you FORGOT the cheeseburger and only filled the children's pack with dessert and toys. (I paid for it!)

Desserts and shakes are always “sold out”; when ordering, napkins, straws and the small forks for the Crazy Cheese BBQ Loaded Fries are forgotten. The food is ok.

Great for in between, but when I eat something here I always have a guilty conscience because of the stuff they put in there 20.- for a menu that costs a maximum of 4-. (Little tip Union Dinner 🍽 😋) Kind regards

Food has nothing to do with Burger King. Employees are unfriendly, especially the lady at the food counter. The order was also completely wrong.

Good staff, fast service and a quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended in the afternoon from 1 to 5 p.m. because everything is empty and there are few people

Didn't find it very hygienic that my burger was prepared without gloves. I had finger rings and it was certainly not very hygienic to work like that. I also had to wait a very long time.

The citizen was as big as it is at McDonald's and the burger as well as the fries and the salad were freshly prepared. There isn't even anything to complain about. Clean, helpful staff, everything was just right

My order was completely forgotten. I had to wait over 35 minutes for my food. After I said with a lot of emphasis that I finally wanted my food, I got some stuff, but not at all what I ordered. I wanted a double cheeseburger but only got half a hamburger. So that was just two rolls with a cold patty and a little ketchup. That is not how it works. This Burger King is underground. For these exorbitant prices, I at least expect correct orders.

Coca-Cola Zero doesn't taste good, I got a new one and it tastes the same ☹️. A colleague paid 13.- for her meal even though there was a promotion for only 10.-. We are disappointed. We'll never come back to this Burger King

You have to wait a long time to order and it is disorganized. The person who ordered at the other checkout after me got the food first than me.

Unfortunately there are no longer any fine veggie burgers in Switzerland at BurgerKing... I don't like meat or cheese and there are only these would-be meat/veggie burgers and cheese burgers... then I'll just go to McDonalds...

Today I wanted to redeem my voucher at Burger King. The lady at the service counter pointed out to me that this was not possible in this Burger King branch. The lady then sent us to a branch that was about 500m away. About 4 months ago I was in this branch and redeemed the same voucher and it worked then. I then returned to the original branch. Blopp, with a small complaint I got my menu, but it wasn't complete. I think it's a shame that the staff doesn't know the current status of the vouchers!

I ordered from this Burger King via Smood. After a lot of back and forth, we didn't get any food at all. The combo Smood and Burgerking is absolutely not recommended! Hands off.

lets just say customer service isnt the best. (not the first reviewet saying so) Not planning to visite again, any time soon.
