A very nice place to get very fine food. You can always find a place to sit and eat and the food itself is also very tasty. Very happy again and again. Preferably eating there 7 days a week.

We couldn't order from the staff. They told us we should order from the screen. We needed help and no one came. After 10 minutes we left. We tried to order over the radio and asked if I could eat inside, they said it wasn't possible.

Sundea Caramel tastes artificial and very disappointing. This really confused my taste buds and didn't please my tongue. Please change your recipe in the next few days. Regardless of the fact that the shop always seems closed from the outside and there is absolutely nothing vegan on the menu, the employees here are absolutely unfriendly. When we entered the restaurant to ask about vegan alternatives, 3 girls (including the shift manager) were standing together in a group and people were laughing loudly (which in itself would actually be positive). We were neither looked at nor greeted in any way. When I wanted to know whether veggie could also be converted into vegan if you left out the sauce (which is certainly possible in some countries), I was dismissed with an unnecessarily loud and stroppy "I don't know, it says veggie." So if you feel like you haven't had enough bad vibes for the day - you're guaranteed to get them here - for free (well at the expense of time and nerves)... Honestly, people, before you eat something and If you have to consume this energy - you'd rather starve.

Today wasn't so good. Ordered at the machine. Customer service was friendly but it was better. Medium fries are more like those of a small pack, not ok for the price. Cola was ordered without ice although ordered without it. Ordered mayonnaise and got tartare. Onion rings weren't rings but chopped onions, that's not the same thing. Even if it's just small things that are complained about and can happen, the order receipt should perhaps be read carefully. This place is usually pretty dirty, both the floor, tables and bathrooms. It's not pleasant to eat at this McDonald's. Although the staff is constantly working, there is a lack of care. It's a food company, it should be cleaner.

Was very disappointing. 3 products were forgotten when ordering. Unfortunately the burgers were unappetizing and two of us vomited in the evening. Hygiene also leaves something to be desired. The trash was full and there was no room for anything. Was our last visit there.

Usually it's soo quick but there was one time where I only ordered chips and they gave it to me in 5 minutes when it's only supposed to be a scoop and boom the chips are ready. Other than that lovely place only real downside is that they're Israel supporters. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

The temperature in the guest room in the cold months is more reminiscent of a sausage stand than a restaurant. Drafts due to doors that have been broken for months so you can hardly stand it for the duration of the meal. Other facilities have also been broken for months and, for some unknown reason, are not being repaired, such as the trash cans, the scoreboard (the employees now have to shout the numbers into the restaurant). It's a shame, it was always a valued place.

The prices for a menu of 6 p.m. are also not justified, even for the smallest menu version. In addition, the food at the table was cold. It offers no service but has prices of a normal restaurant. I would rather support traditional restaurants in the future. We were almost happy to get out of Burger King, but maybe that's the strategy.

My colleague ordered a burger, unfortunately it was cold. Where he told the checkout the burger was simply put in a microwave and was still lukewarm. A very unpleasant experience. I would revise the processes again and monitor them better.

Ordered something from Burgerking again... The burger meat was burnt, the bun was raw and the bacon fries weren't even half full. You can now say that it is up to the employees, but I see the management as being responsible! Pay these people a decent salary and guarantee a bullying-free working atmosphere! This Burger King is getting old, digital ordering is possible, the vegan stuff on the digital ordering is very pregnant and annoying. The toilets are dirty and unappetizing, the restaurant could use a renovation. The staff does the bare minimum. The food is ok. For quick hunger with a longer waiting time and happy faces... (sarcasm)

They are friendly, but unfortunately the burgers are still usually cold despite special orders. It would be even better if you got them freshly prepared so that the bag would be noticeably warm. Edit June 12, 2023: the freshness has actually improved significantly, special order was specially prepared, thank you very much for that!

Just okay, big minus because of the salad. For the second time, salads were old... and I paid 3fr extra to the menu... went straight into the trash can, would have been better off using fries, but I wanted to eat more healthily. Unfortunately, I discovered that in such fast food restaurants you just have to eat fast food and not want salads.

Be careful to check the menu ordered! Today I ordered take away with 2 menu, some sneaks including 9 pieces of King wing and the staff forgot again! I only found out when I'm home! This is my second experience they forgot something! Definitely I will open the paper bag to count the ordered item next time if I buy again!

Burger was okay, salad too. Onion rings not recommended. Rubber. Ev. they were lying around for too long. Was there in the afternoon, so nothing was going on.

It was all good. Food was hot. Fries are very fresh. Staff was ok. Appropriate for the stress. Unfortunately it was not possible to pay with twint. This could still be improved.

Super easy access with plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible entry to the restaurant. Service is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of seating outside and inside. TV in the restaurant, play equipment for the little ones outside. Toilets are clean and easy to access. The overall package of price/performance is right and so is the selection of consumer mentions.

We do like this Burger King. Accessibility from the surrounding roads is clear and easy, the food selection process is also easy, the staff are friendly and efficient and more than willing to assist if there are any issues. Generally the food that's ordered is the food that arrives. We do eat here semi-regularly, and we enjoy what we get.
