Good and warn food. Friendly and fast service. Clean tables.

My husband chose the menu of French fries, cheese burger, juice, salad🥗. Didn't add salad, money in your pocket. It’s a pity that my husband threw away the check; there was no point in arguing. It's a shame. Conclusion, don’t throw away the receipt, otherwise they won’t put the salad in again.

Usually it's great ..but at times we get really cold fries 🍟 sorry but that's not the way to go ..make hot fries and we will be back again !!

Some of it is ok, some of it is ok not. But better than Burger King.

I didn't give up 50% of my food. In 1 of 2 happy meals, 1 chicken nugget was missing and when I ordered I only got the fries without any chicken nuggets. I'll go there more!

I ordered a milk coffee at the MC Cafe. The coffee was boiling hot. After 10 minutes I asked for a cup so I could finish it on the way.

The tables and floor were very dirty. The burger had too much sauce and was very bland at the same time. The drink was also lukewarm.

Beautifully decorated McDonald’s branch with a self-service terminal. Also has a McCoffee. The employee is very nice and attentive. Always worth a visit.

Very nice food. Me and my friends got free drinks for making a review and Mc Chicken for 3CHF. Really good food quality. Highly recommended.

I made an order from my cell phone and got something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and then told the lady named Shpresa, she was cheeky and said I had to take it and then insulted me in a foreign language. It's a shame that you can't even work in McDonalds and take an order properly. But the positive thing was I got something expensive even though I said so but that's not my problem😄

The staff at McKaffe is very unfriendly and rude. I wanted to ask the gentleman something but his first reaction was "Whatssss?" I asked my question again and then he said this: what is?! How can such people work here???? Never again!!!

By far the worst McDonald's in Switzerland. And that’s been the case since the shoppi opened. The staff is just not practical enough for this restaurant, The burgers are not fine. The other McDonalds in Spreitenbach at Wigartestrasse 4 does not have this problem.

Far too many people, waiting time 30 minutes+ for a burger… Take-away order was no longer followed. Had to cancel my order. There was chaos! Never again!

Were there today and there was a hair in the burger🤢 it can happen...but I'm just reading the reviews and it's not the first time...the staff wasn't impressed and even annoyed. There was a new one.. but there was no apology nor was there any effort made about it.. The whole thing was very sad

I was eating in the restaurant (shoppi tivoli) today and I forgot to put away my tray and a lady from the staff came up to me and shouted and shouted at me that I was in the Macdonald, please provide the tray, all the customers looked at her and looked strange, that's possible Not at all and two tables were totally dirty and we had to move around

Catastrophic! Preferably 0 stars Employees are unfriendly and unsympathetic. I understand that the requirements of the certificate requirement must now always be enforced, but the two of us wanted to eat something. We were at the order box and started to order (someone didn't have a certificate so we opted out of take-away/sitting outside.) Suddenly a woman came and aggressively said we needed a certificate to be able to sit in the center at the outer seats. However, theoretically it would be stupid to set up such a rule: you can also buy something at Migros and then eat it in the center. The whole Mc was empty outside & inside then I realized why. I was in this MC for the last time

We ordered 2 happy meals, one was missing the ketchup and the other was missing the burger... such a juice shop... fries are cold and mushy. Never resist

Such a cheeky shift manager from the evening shift behaved very badly when she was told and she made rules about herself that food was true, everything on the floor was not clean, it looked like the exercise would be more pleasant otherwise no one would come and eat any more

We often go to McCafé. There is still good, affordable coffee there. The staff is also very friendly. Unfortunately the seating is very modest, but just like McDonald's.

Waited 20 minutes for food, food came cold, drinks came wrong and the 2 promised glasses didn't come either, after complaining 1 glass came!! This MC Donald is spearheading territory for us from now on!

Ordered on Monday evening at 7:06 p.m. and picked up the order at 7:24 p.m. Food was cold and the restaurant was so dirty!! On the floor are all the leftover food, pet bottles and countless cloths! Worse than in a pig's stable... sorry, this is unreasonable.

Big Taste is not good to eat too much sauce that cannot hold easily.

Never again. We went there to eat a week ago. The guy at the entrance snapped at us because I asked him how we could order. Totally overwhelmed staff. A lady shouted at a girl who was waiting because she wasn't on the marking but the people didn't come out. How the system works now you have to order inside or not. She also snapped her finger at me, stand there, I told her not in that tone. Nobody could really say how to do it because they themselves had no idea. In addition, the burgers were not completely cooked through and there were nuggets missing from the order. Really never going here again. I was so upset, I was heavily pregnant and had to listen to something like that. But I wasn't the only one. I think a lot of guests weren't happy that day. I will never come here again and will tell everyone to avoid this restaurant.

It's sad that the ketchup costs 0.20 separately for the Happy Meal. There's probably no napkin left in there either... ...This used to be a company with top service

Often forget to pack things in. We ordered 6 things and they didn't pack 3 of them with us at the drive in! Disgraceful for the price you pay.

It's a nice place, it has very fast service even on weekends, there is an area for children (indoor and outdoor) and the food is exactly the same as in any McDonald's I'm not the biggest fan of the fast food chain myself, so one star minus.

I ordered McNuggets and they were really old, really old fries, I ordered a cheeseburger, they brought me a McChikken. Be sure to avoid very dirty surroundings.

McDonald like everyone else, unfortunately McDonald didn't invent the production of French fries, French fries always have to be freshly fried, anything else is a "no go".

I think the chicken nuggets used to be better and the MC RIP is missing. But I had a chicken barbecue yesterday, hey WTF it was really delicious.

Speechless. It just can't be true that the burger bread is rock hard. My daughter's baby tooth fell out. Chicken nuggets taste like cardboard. Fries limp. I would have preferred to stay at home and eat a piece of duck bread!! hope for improvement, goodbye merci

One of the worst MC I've ever been. Worst fries ever, cold/old burger, coke tasted like it stands around for hours. There are much better restaurants in the Tivoli.

At first there was only the 'outside' - but then the second McDonald came to Spreitenbach - in the Shoppi! (and there's a McCafé just opposite!)

Cappuccino thin. Taste modest. Lots of people. Hard to get space.
