Burger King in Richterswil

Restaurant had 4 visitors, I ordered from the machine myself, fries were immediately put in the bag 👎 and then the 9min 32sec👎 lay at the back on the counter as the burger was still being prepared. In the meantime, other guests have already realized that something is wrong. Delivery comb then and the fries were lukewarm👎, the burger was cold👎 and the cola was at room temperature👎 When I complained properly, the gentleman shouted at me with a foreign dialect and glasses: "I can't do anything either."😡 I replied that this was not the customer's problem! He then gave me a Cola Zero from the cooler. I hate Coke Zero. Unfortunately I had to throw away the entire purchase (16.40). Everything was unbelievable! Hello Burger King: this is totally wrong!👎👎👎👎👎. Everything is there, from inedible to unfriendly and unhygienic. Unhygienic because the ice cream machine was also broken and the employees stood with their shoes on the preparation table without a cover and tried to repair the machine themselves. In the USA, a complaint would be filed for something like this! I won't be visiting the store any time soon.

The food is okay - it's just a standard Burger King. The atmosphere is not really inviting and cozy. It had a lot of dirty tables. It was difficult to find a clean table. The staff isn't really friendly.

Citizen was cold, thought I would get a new citizen! Got my citizen back warmed up. Reglamated again and then I got a new citizen lukewarm. Toilets are dirty, toilet paper everywhere on the floor and sink. You can see that it hasn't been cleaned for a long time Dust to be seen everywhere.Staff is overwhelmed.Once and never again....

Super long waiting time and then the food is usually even cold. What can you say about that?

Menus were good👌, you can tell by the many people eating there. The staff was busy working and despite that friendly & nice👍👍. I didn't like the decor, it was too simple like a station waiting room. Red benches belong in a Burger King!!

Burger King right at the highway exit. Ordering consoles are distributed at several locations throughout the restaurant. Our order was announced as "ready for pickup" even though it was not yet complete. The rest was delivered immediately, but that still seems quite unprofessional. The toilets are rather averagely maintained, everything is wet and full of toilet paper, door handles that hang at an angle. The toilet facilities are quite ok compared to other Burger Kings, but would be unacceptable for a real restaurant. Sufficient free parking spaces but the entrance to the parking lot is very confusing, it's a wonder that there isn't constant damage to the car.

A typical Burger King. They experiment a bit too much with food and don't leave the good things around long enough. In addition, with all Esswaten you actually have the feeling that they are artificial. More salad would be good and less chemicals. The waitresses are always ok, but never really interested in the guests. The menus definitely cost too much, but I keep coming back since they have veggie burgers.

THE MOST DISGUSTING FOOD I'VE EVER EATED. God forbid I don't get an upset stomach. Luckily I only ate one or two bites. I have ordered Taxes Lover several times from other branches and it has always been good. This time I took a bite and noticed that it had another white, strange sauce in it that didn't belong there. When I opened the burger and took it apart I saw the bacon, it looked like dog food very strange 😂😂 never had such a disgusting Bruger in SWITZERLAND from Burger King really bad!!

It's nice that there is lubricant in the toilets.

The last two times we were sick. 8 years ago we found it better than McDonald's. Now it's awful. And compared to France which gives real gifts, here it's horrible for children

I was served a completely cold tortilla. I had to ask for it to be heated up. The staff gladly reheated the food and apologized. Overall everything is ok.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of food and drink preparation. We made an order for 4 people, if there were other visitors, we found a wonderful and convenient place. Thank you. You are great!

I ordered a whooper for my daughter. She doesn't like onions so we opened the burger to take the onions out. When we opened the burger we saw that it looked like the meat had been bitten off. We called the number of the relevant store and asked what we could do about this incident. We were then called rude and disrespectful and hung up on us. Now we are convinced that the burger could cause problems (This rude response makes us convinced that this is not the first time this has happened.)

Very friendly multilingual staff. Due to my allergy (to animal products), I asked and it was confirmed to me by three competent workers. But I'm disappointed with BurgerKing.

The whole food was just lukewarm, unfortunately apart from the burgers it wasn't served fresh/kept warm. Furthermore, the toilet was dirty and the floor was sticky! We were there at 11:20 am. What was strange was that the toilet check sheet was already signed for at 12 p.m.?!?

Favorite: the (Double) Veggie Steakhouse Tip: Remove cheddar cheese - buy additional BBQ sauce Turn the burger upside down - remove the base - put BBQ sauce on it - add the base and turn it over So I have a super juicy awesome burger - almost without any animal products... ;)

In this Citizen King I had to experience the slowest and unfriendly employees that I have ever experienced in a Citizen King. Unmotivated and technically poor. The food has always been at least OK.

i ordered a crispy chicken with no mayo and added bacon, they gave me the SMALLEST piece of lettuce ever and added mayo. i do not recommended coming.

The BurgerKing is good as usual, but the prices are getting more and more expensive. Three burgers for 40Fr is a bit too expensive. And the vegi burgers are brought to the fore at Penedrant. VEGANS SHOULD NOT GO TO A BK OR MC.

Had dinner there today. Unfriendly staff, the employees smoked outside the entrance and didn't wash their hands when they handed out the food. Disgusting! They were very loud outside and really unhygienic. Never again!

Nice and attractive for a fast food restaurant. Depending on the staff, sometimes friendlier, sometimes less so. But no matter, I'm always happy to come back because I've never been disappointed with the food at this BK branch. This branch is also clean and you can usually find space. It is also practical that you can combine your visit with shopping at the Coop branch opposite or with a car wash.

Lousy and unfriendly service. Rarely have I tried such bad burgers as in this Bk. And waited 15 minutes for it! Craziness.

Ordered food from the machine, had a short wait, and apparently everything was fine. Luckily we checked in the store to make sure everything was packed. Dessert was not packed, and when I complained, the dessert was quickly handed over without a proper apology. It's a shame, I'll probably avoid this branch in the future...

Burger King - You know what you get and its fine food for fine people. I can recommend this place for a fast pickup or eating inside. Sadly there are only three self ordering machine and the cashier wasn't available all the time because they were understaffd. So you maybe have to wait until one of the machines are free. Or your lucky and not so many people are currently wanting to order. The outside has a little space for kids and enough parking. Careful between prime times. There is also a place to fill your car and a coop to buy stuff, maybe the parking will be almost full. Great access to the highway for an easy take away.

Always dirty restaurant. Unfriendly staff, smoking outside and then serving your goods with stinky hands. Tables are constantly dirty and not cleaned. Toilets a disaster! What a disgrace Burger King!

Waited 40 minutes until I got my food

Unfortunately, there is no more customer-oriented sound. It used to be much better, I didn't want to hear that saying when I was younger ;) But unfortunately it is becoming more and more difficult in all respects. But keep it up with replacing people and quality with electronics in the name of so-called environmental protection and safety. The receipt will definitely come.

Update from August 20, 2022: We went to Burger King with 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children, because our son wanted this for his 13th birthday. We had for over 100 Sfr. consumed = various menus and desserts. When we asked whether there might be a free ice cream for our birthday child (with ID as proof, of course), this was answered in the negative. Instead, a cardboard crown was offered that he could wear!!!!!! Sorry what 13 year old teenager puts on a gold cardboard crown at Burger King. I don't want to know what ends up in the trash can every day, but you can have so little customer tolerance. So, as long-time, loyal consumers, we will be taking a break for the time being. The food tasted good, there was nothing to complain about, it was nice and fresh and hot. The 3 star deduction is because, especially now during the Covid period in the canton of Zurich, there is a mask requirement but this is not taken seriously. Customers walk into Burger King WITHOUT a mask on their faces and NO employee points out the existing mask requirement!! Because the employee himself wears these as a joke item under his chin instead of in front of his mouth and nose!! As already complained about in another review!!!!! Something like that is called RESPONSIBLE and why should I leave my data when 99% don't stick to anything anyway? Who knows how they will be dealt with! Won't be coming around any time soon.

Unfortunately, this is the third time that I have received the wrong burger. I ordered a Rösti Burger and a Crazy Cheese BBQ Bacon (and other things), but I received two Crazy Cheese BBQ Bacon and the Rösti is missing.. unfortunately they are too always the more expensive burgers that are missing... that can happen once, but 3 times? Please check the employees' work more closely! I've also seen a few wrong burgers in the reviews...

The motivation of some employees *obviously* leaves a lot to be desired. I still enjoy going to this branch because the service is good despite the lack of motivation.

Unfortunately very dissatisfied. The machine spits out a meter-long receipt and we are insulted in the worst possible way by the head of the Burger King. The onion rings also had chocolate ice cream on them... How does that work?!!

Perfect establishment for acquiring food quickly at a "Swiss" low cost. Equipped to meet the standard satisfaction of Swiss people. You walk in. Order on a screen, pay electronically, collect food and never have to speak a word to anybody. Efficiency excellent.

Unfortunately one of the worst Burger King I've visited so far. Cleanliness sometimes leaves a lot to be desired, burger buns were poor, meat was burnt & very dry & they also saved on the sauce. 2 plus points for fries & dessert. As a branch manager, I would rethink the whole concept, etc.

When you come in you just get stupid looks. If you want to order at the checkout because the machines are busy, you will be instructed to order at the machine. If you want to eat your order in the so-called "restaurant", the food isn't even brought outside to the terrace. In general, you can notice that some of the staff are "anxious" about working. I avoid Burger King even though I actually like the burgers quite well.

Pretty chaotic shop. Most of the time, the self-service screens don't work. The menus also tasted better. I ordered onion rings - they were supposed to be crispy - but it was pure mush. I haven't been to Burger King in a long time and I won't be back for a very long time. I prefer to go to McDonalds - the burgers are always soggy to the point where it's no longer possible - but they don't know any different there anyway & in terms of price, McDonalds is also a bit cheaper than BK

I went there to eat with my girlfriend, ordered 2 menus, paid with a 50 note and then got a 10 note back and a few coins. After dinner we felt like dessert. They didn't accept my 10 note because it was fake, tried to tell them the whole time that the money was from them and didn't really listen to me. REALLY RUDE SERVICE! No recommendation.

We tried Vegetarian burger again and taste & look is so horrible. We were not able to eat. Its total waste of money. Can we not have vegetatian burgen as we used to few years earlier please???

Unfortunately my burger was so poorly made and dry that I couldn't even eat it. And the waitress told me that I had to be out of the restaurant at 11:55 p.m. You don't feel welcome. Don't understand that the employees only think about the end of the day, neither for the satisfaction of the guests. Will avoid this restaurant.
