The food is good nothing to say but except that it was evening it was overwhelmed there were a lot of people which is why it happened perhaps, but I missed the coke in my menu the order 78 days 'tried to call you several times no answer! There were 3 children's menus, one adult for the adult, there was no coke!

A great place. Know your own and the waiters listen to everything they say about food poisoning, they can't know for you if you can tolerate the food or not. Little tour of the super clean kitchens, of course, like everyone else, some fries fall out, but nothing dramatic. For those who are in the service a nugget then for the complainers I think that you too are sometimes in a bad mood but that's rare. Smiling, they listen so yes it can take time trying to manage 1000 orders at the same time. I really recommend it 100%

Thursday evening a waiter named Amelie is not professional at all! It is not enough just to have good purges for the customer to be satisfied with the time they spend in an establishment! They asked us to get up and literally kicked us out of the table because according to him it was reserved! Something which was not the subject of any indication. Allows himself to have a very condescending tone and does not greet his clients, he said to me in an aggressive and mean tone: “you want to work for me”, in terms of politeness, Kindness we are not there at all! It’s a shame that this person’s behavior tarnishes the name of the establishment for which he works. Tasteless and mediocre bland burger! meat full of cartilage and poor quality for Swiss meat it's disappointing! and price-wise it’s too expensive for what they offer! personally McDonald's wins! head held high

Order placed 15 minutes ago, still not being prepared. 1 person in the kitchen who comes to the service when he can (without gloves, hello hygiene), a person who prepares the trays, and 1 person who tries as best he can to bring the trays to the tables. How can we have so few staff at the time of the gunshot? Deplorable as always here. The staff is very friendly and really does what they can.

I'm not a difficult person and yet, this is exhausting... The few times I go to Burger King, there is always a problem, an oversight, something. This evening, I see the team completely lost with the man who takes care of the customers shouting at them to make things go faster. After waiting a while to receive my order, he has the audacity to tell me “you have to excuse the kitchen, haha… no, I’m just kidding”. It's not believable when the whole restaurant heard that the kitchen had to hurry. A lack of professionalism and very misplaced humor. All this so that when I arrive home, I'm missing half of my order... After a while, forgive my language, you shouldn't take people for idiots. Last time, it was the burger that was missing. I hope that next time, if there is one but I doubt it, there will be a change because I find it quite sad that, when I talk about it to those around me, I am told "it's normal, it’s burger king.”
