I would have been better off getting a 10 franc pizza from the supermarket.

I gave my sister a gift voucher for her birthday on February 22, it is March 19 and I still haven't received the voucher. No response to my emails. I called them last week to follow up with them, the voucher is supposedly gone...I paid the fees....I hope my sister can go eat there but without a voucher...it's going to be complicated .

Really beautiful, everything is great

Spacious pizza with a traditional look and a view of the alley. Very friendly service. Child-friendly with a special children's menu. Horse steak with garlic sauce and vegetables, both rather boring. Raw ham plate without decoration, but well stocked. Nice children's pizza and nice children's pasta. More imaginative seasoning please!

Good Italian cuisine but without much originality

Portions were too big and lacked flavour with their Aubergine Parmagiano. The service was nice and price reasonable.

It's simply brilliant. I was employed between 2011 and 2017, providing customers with service satisfaction and maintaining the standard required by employers. Now as a customer, in addition to tasting the best that is made, I receive the service I previously provided! One of the best restaurants in Neuch. The meat is delicious, the pasta and the rice, the same. The servers are very welcoming and funny, we feel like home! Oh and the Tiramisu is killer! I highly recommend it and it's not the last time I go there! Grazie!

Never been disappointed! A very good restaurant according to quality and price. The pasta in the cheese wheel is exceptional and the pizzas are really good. Rather warm atmosphere, ideal in autumn/winter for me! It's just a shame that they don't have a terrace for the summer, but it's still nice in the evening in summer!

I am a minor (i.e. a child) they refused to allow me to take a children's menu (children's pizza) because I am not old enough to take a children's menu!!!

This restaurant is a sure bet. The pizzas are very good and the waiter is uniquely friendly, always smiling and very funny. It makes you want to come back. The atmosphere is pretty good, it feels a little tight because it's not super spacious but that's not really a problem. The service is very fast and the prices are within the norm in my opinion. Bravo to this establishment for their work.

Very good pizza and good service

An essential classic when I'm in Neuchâtel. Some employees have worked there for more than 20 years and their kindness has never failed. For me the beef steak with vegetable fries and the salad from the buffet or the penne arrabiata. And their bread, made on the spot in the pizza oven, is a pure delight. The open wines should be reviewed in my opinion (too little choice) and one star less for the premises without terrace/balcony. But hey, we know that :)

We came to spend a nice evening with friends (8 of us). With a friend we decided to share a dish even though we weren't hungry (Plus, the last time I came, I hadn't managed to finish my dish and didn't want to waste). The waiter seemed annoyed and was quick to point out that if he had customers like us, they would go bankrupt. (Although the other 6 people all ordered something). When the restaurant is almost empty, it seems to me that we don't treat the few customers we have that way, but anyway... The time comes to order drinks and we ask for water, which greatly displeased the waiter who spoke to us in a very unpleasant tone, telling us that we had to order something to drink. These remarks would not have bothered me if they had been said in a correct and professional tone, which unfortunately was not the case. This server was absolutely not professional at all and I would even add that if we only had servers like him, there would be no more customers. Finally, the dishes are more than mediocre and way too expensive for what they are. I strongly advise against it.

I used to go there as a child and went back with my mother; The food has maintained its quality. This place is known in Neuchâtel for its pizzas, although their french fries were good as well. The restaurant is family friendly. It's located in the city center, near parkings and bus stops. Tables have a view on the outside. Only downside is the length of their menu. Otherwise the service was top tier, the food was good and the atmosphere agreable.

A little noisy and some servers are more relaxed if there are fewer people.

I would say I felt like I was in any Italian pizzeria, without pretentions but I found spaghetti and pizza "to our taste". The service peppered with smiles and courtesy. It deserves it

I only tasted the pizzas which were very good. On the first floor, I don't know if it's accessible otherwise. Sunday lunchtime, there are a lot of people, which doesn't bother you, but don't try to be quiet 😉

Very disapointed ! there were 5 of us, one person took “carbonara pasta” it was simple spaghetti with ham cream.. I took a medium-rare horse steak and my friend had a rare beef steak, she had horse even though she doesn’t eat it no way !! the cooking was not good at all, the server we had was very unpleasant and not a single gesture for all that.

Shrimp festival! Still frozen shrimp festival with undercooked fries. The pizzas are either good or terrible, it's a matter of chance. The servers are not particularly exceptional.

Catastrophic, We ordered a vegetable pizza and a bolognese. The staff was pleasant but the room was much too small for the number of people in the room. The vegetables on the pizza were tasteless and the bolognese was not real bolognese. My friend complained about the meal and we didn't have to pay for the bolognese. That said, we still don't recommend this place.

Typical Italian cuisine of excellent quality. Excellent service! Affordable price. I really love it and recommend it!

Vide variety of pastas and pizzas available for a reasonable swiss price. As close as you can get to as Italian restaurant, suited for swiss taste. Portion was too big for us, but the staff were kind enough to help us package it to go.

Friendly setting and top service. The pizzas on the other hand are not there. I had the seafood pizza and I wasn't convinced. Price a little above average compared to what is available in Neuchâtel.

What can I say about this emblematic restaurant in Neuchâtel other than “Thank you”? Go there with your eyes closed! It's a safe bet, I've never been disappointed. The owners have changed, but the team in the dining room remains the same. The welcome is always great, even when the restaurant is full! The service is excellent and the dishes delicious... pizza, pasta galore, meats, salads, fish and desserts, enjoy. We always have a good time there and we will come back again and again...
