I wait 40 min in weekend After 20 min i ask the worker what about my order After another 20 min they say they forget it I like Burger King but the people who work in this place is 0.0 (sorry)

Use this channel to contribute to improvements as tips do not seem to be passed on to employees. *Salad hygiene:* I've been here a lot lately. Salad in cardboard containers replaced with plastic containers. On January 18, 2024 I received salad in which germs had probably already formed gases. (See attached photo). The salad container was under high pressure. The film was stretched extremely tight. Salad was dated 1/19/24. All of the salad containers that were still on the shelves also had the curvature. Unsure whether it's manufacturing related, I can say today, no, not manufacturing related. Because on the last two visits this was no longer the case, all the plastic salad containers were no longer under pressure, there was no fermentation... I hope this continues to be the case!! *Software problems*: I keep having software problems when ordering, please get this under control. I don't have the time to give a detailed description of the error. I can't remember ever experiencing ordering difficulties with M*ald in the last 30 years. *King Junior Meal*: Why are you now excluding the “salad” option from the King JR Meal? You can only choose between fries and onion rings as a side dish. Especially with the King JR Meal, a salad option makes more than sense.

We stopped for dinner on our way back from a short holiday. I didn't expect to spend 45 francs for two simple sandwiches. We even paid to use the toilets!

Yesterday I redeemed various vouchers, when I got home and unpacked the food a burger was missing, the salad in the chicken burger was brown and various king wings were still raw inside. We were really looking forward to a cool Burger King food movie evening, but we were very disappointed with the food.

Nothing special and the staff was VERY unfriendly, we wanted to clean the table and chairs outside from the rain for ourselves and asked for a cloth. Answer: "Not mine"

Why 3 stars purely for the Price ! That is very exaggerated: 50 euros for 2 large hamburgers, 2 small fries and 2 lemonade = (unlimited) So 2 menus

Good food good infrastructure and everything is very osm. I liked each item in the restaurant what the staff is. I mean how they can entertain. The purpose of staff is just to make the customers entertaining and I am feeling so happy by lookin at them they are doing a great work. A lot of space for people to sit. At one time 100 people can sit there is a large lot of infrastructure available in the restaurant. The infrastructure was good. Everyone can come with families and enjoy good food and good meals. I would like to thank all the staff and manager of the restaurant for such a osm food and entertainment.

Ordered 3 menus, all 3 menus were cold and the bread was dry, only the fries were fresh. For the price you pay you should get fresh burgers, not burgers that give you a stomach ache!

Employees should become more efficient (faster). The order must also be executed correctly. As always, do not hand over incorrect or limited goods!!

Chips and sandwich lukewarm as soon as it's Italian... well very expensive even for being in Switzerland (always getting similar in a very similar fast food restaurant we spent €20 less

Very clean but the burger was almost cold.

My friend was there last night and wanted to get something to eat, but he had to wait at least 5 minutes even though no one was queuing and the cashiers were there and looked at him. After waiting, he was finally served and wanted to fill his cup with Fanta, but only water came out. When he asked the cashier for help, she tried in vain and then left the cup without saying a word and went to serve the other customers without further comment (pretty unfriendly). What annoyed him the most, however, was the food because 1. it was handled without gloves, 2. it was dry and unpalatable and 3. he had to deal with stomach pains afterwards. First and last time visited.

Burger was cold. Sevice don't care about it.

It's a burger king inside a service station with several restaurants and a shop. Big and very good. Recommended if you want to have lunch.

The only thing I find wrong with this location is that you have to pay to use the restroom after spending money on food. Customers should not have to pay to use the restroom if they eat at a restaurant.

It's a Burger King. Eseen was equivalent (good). Drinks for free refills. (hence the 5*). Nice and clean.

Spacious interior area with terrace.

3 pizzas, 3 half glasses of water, 1 croissant and 1 cappuccino €70! Furthermore, if you have to use the bathroom, in addition to the queue and a latent cleaning, you pay €1. If you don't have them, exchange banknotes for Swiss francs. They can fail even tomorrow which I won't mind.

A price scam. the products are indeed Burger King but with prices 2 to 3 times more expensive than elsewhere in France or Italy... move on or go get a plate elsewhere...

Were at the Burgerking Neuenkirch the day before yesterday. Unfortunately the burger was cold and some of the meat was very cold. I've been there a few times but it's never been like it was on the Wednesday before the ascension in the evening at 6 p.m. I hope there will be a warm burger next time.

My favorite burguer king restaurant in the area!

I ordered a menu (burger + fries + drink) and then a salad with onion rings and 2x chili cheese sauce. The employee at BK then said they didn't have any salads, so I agreed to have another fries. It's a shame if you can order it on the order tablet and then don't receive it... I took it to go, then when I got home I noticed that the 2 chili cheese sauces were missing... It's a shame because I paid 8.90 for the salad (French fries are never 8.90?) and for the sauces also 0.50 each. It's not much, but for me it's about the principle!

Burger King employee one of the unfriendly employees I have ever encountered. Discrimination and refusal of food to customers who can pay.

Prices are exaggeratedly expensive. And what the hell, you're always a fast food restaurant on the motorway. A glass of carbonated water costs 4 francs and something. Come on. Not even at the restaurant in the center of Lugano can I pay that amount.

Makes a modern impression. The permanently installed benches at the windows have a power connection. One normal socket and one USB-A and USB-C per bank. Food as you would expect from a Burger King.

For me personally it is the best BK in Lucerne. 🍔👑 But only fast food, so only 4x⭐ 😅

Nice terrace despite the Aitobahn cool atmosphere

King fries were very nice. Nice terrace. However, they would not be prepared as shown, but in a burger packaging. In general, I find the prices at Burger King rather expensive, and for that money I can often get a "fresh", not frozen burger in a restaurant, some of which is even made with meat from the region. With a burger like this, the bread usually comes from the bakery and that's a huge difference that makes the product significantly more valuable.

A Burger King as they are. Nothing special. But the prices... they are more like particularly high. Ordinary coffee for 5.50 sFr, that's usury! This “American Embassy” saw me last.

For some time now you have had to type in your order at BK on the monitor yourself and are no longer served at the checkout. OK, it's still possible. But now you have to bottle your own drinks!?! Fast service, few people, right off the highway

Nothing special. A Burger King like any other. HOWEVER: The staff very rudely pointed out to me that you have to place the order at the order terminals. When I asked why I couldn't place the order directly with a person at the checkout, I was immediately yelled at by two employees. Such a reaction from the employees was not exactly appropriate. Therefore, incompetent employees who cannot deal with stressful situations. This is what happened on Sunday July 4th, 21.

The burger was cold as always, a shame.

Everything was great as always, I drive by every now and then when I'm near Lucerne, an advantage is that when I come from Lucerne I can drive to the other side and drive back to Lucerne after eating.

It took real long for the food and the Burger was cold. This is the worst Burger King in Switzerland.

Hello dear Burger King team Thank you for the delicious, grilled burgers. Everything was very well cooked. Unfortunately I have to deduct a star because the ice cream was too cold. I had brain freeze and a toothache.

Went here again today on the way home and it was delicious. The service was very friendly, there wasn't much going on and so it was ready quickly. And looking back on most visits, this can be said: the staff is great and the food is great too. The new (?) Cheese & Bacon loaded fries are awesome...!

Natuurlijk ligt het ook aan ons zelf, op weg naar, of terug van vakantie, snel op de snelweg een vette hap. Omdat we moesten plassen stopten we hier. Zag er allemaal netjes uit! Weet je wat, we eten hier snel en burger King menu. Via een bord bestellen (was voor ons al nieuw) en toen betalen. 23,20 euro, voor 2 personen. Genoeg voor fastfood, maar och ja, was vakantie. Bij ophalen bleek dat ik verkeerd besteld had, was maar 1 menu voor 1 persoon. Toen nog voor 19 euro voor mezelf bijbesteld. Smaakte zoals jee van Burger King gewend bent, maar waar en prijzen!!!! 42 euro voor fastfood voor 2 personen!!!! In Italië aten we voor 45 euro in restaurant met wijn!!! Dure les voor ons geweest, maar dit nooit meer.

Neuenkirch (LU): on this Monday, 07.13.2020, leaving Romont (FR) in the morning and then Matran (FR), we took the motorway to Ticino where we have to meet friends! And at midday, we stopped at this nice Burger King for something to eat! We enjoyed our meal and especially the setting where we found ourselves with this representation of the famous Chapel Bridge from 1333 in Lucerne!
