Hotel Villaggio Hellbühl-Luzern in Neuenkirch

Room not equipped with anything, smells of cigarette smoke (most likely ventilation), heating doesn't work, warm water at the sink is cold, location is noisy because of the main road, but good transport connections.

Total absence of services. Upon arrival, the room keys are placed on a table with your name. Very dirty room: hair, hair and much more in the bed. Bathroom also dirty. Persistent smell of mold and cigarette smoke. We left without even opening our suitcase. Dump

Went there with a colleague, at first we just had a drink and then spontaneously decided to eat. The young gentleman was always friendly and very accommodating. The atmosphere was also very cool and nicely decorated, but replacing a few bulbs wouldn't be a bad idea. The food was good.

Hot stone is highly recommended. Were there for the third time. Friendly staff, nice dining room. Happy to come back!

Location is nice...unfortunately that's the only thing I can praise. Bad service, Price-performance is not right at all.

1- The price was very attractive and not to be missed 2- When we arrived, we did not find a reception desk, but fortunately we found guests and asked them about the reception. They said that the keys are placed on a table next to the door! Anyone can enter the room without us knowing or steal the key!! 3- There is no air conditioning. It is better for you to bring a personal fan to sleep, or open the windows and endure mosquito bites. 4- The mattresses are not clean and have a bad smell 5- There is a church near the hostel, and every hour or half an hour its bells ring. I do not know if it falls on a religious day or if it is annoying throughout the year. 6- There is no room cleaning service 7- When we left, we waited for approximately 2 hours to deliver the key, but the owner did not show up, so we placed the key on the same table from which we took the key. There is free parking for guests Good for those who just want to save money There is a drinking water source near the church Next to the residence there is a grocery store that we did not know about until the last day of our stay The residents of the city are isolated and watching from the windows. As we were walking and filming some scenes, a woman came out of the window and shouted, “Don’t film,” even though we didn’t film her house, so I don’t know if she was racist or mentally ill 😅

Excellent stay! The hotel was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The restaurant offered excellent food and great service. An all-round successful experience that I would be happy to repeat.
