Burger King in Lausanne

Broken terminals..Not really “fast” during peak hours or even off-peak hours, there is “enormous potential for progression” here..too bad the management is not more square with the staff… (staff who qd they wear a mask and wear it under their noses..) in the end they complement each other well in mediocrity.. What about broadcasting a radio with ads promoting shopping tourism with a fairly high volume (at 1st) it's not crazy...

I ordered at 22h15 from burger King Lausanne on uber eats. Do not do !!! There is no way to track your order as it says it's delivered by the shop itself. I received a notification saying they are on there way, waited outside in the cold for 45 minutes trying to call the restaurant to no response. Have still recieved nothing. Unacceptable and terrible service!! I will never be ordering from you again and I do not recommend it to anyone either.

Nice to have the Uber order canceled after 3 hours of waiting, on a Sunday evening at 10:45 p.m.… And obviously no one answers the phone. Top service, change nothing.

A standard branch, no surprises. The burgers are satisfactory, always better than the competition at an equivalent budget. The sauces in and out of the sandwiches remain the weak point of this franchise. In terms of atmosphere, it is almost non-existent and I a little miss the fast food restaurants of the 80s which had more character in the decoration. The staff is not very cheerful, but they are helpful and efficient. I appreciate the efforts made to avoid wasting food (the sandwiches are made on the spot) and resources (no straws given automatically, no plastic lid on the drink, and only one napkin per person). The fast terminals are too slow (sic). Efforts still need to be made on the origin of the meats.

More than 10 minutes of waiting for a takeaway menu, the list on the board which does not follow, I order a double wooper and I subsequently discover that I only received a normal wooper, the fries poorly cooked . I had been used to better from Burger King. The service in this restaurant in Lausanne is not up to par, I do not recommend it.

No soap nor handsanitizers in the restrooms? Unacceptable, especially for a restaurant where you eat with your hands. Seems to be a common issue for fast food chains...

An hour wait for a menu, this is a scandal

Unfortunately the three hamburgers we had were cold, the meat very dry, usually it's really the Burger King that I prefer over McDonald's but this is a failure!

It’s slow, it’s dirty, it’s ugly, the staff is unpleasant and completely out of control during the shooting.

Never again! the service is very very very long in the end there are no more than 5 people in the restaurant there is nothing out the menus are cold and the people are very arrogant on top of that!

I paid 5.90.- for a takeaway cheese & bacon fries when leaving the fast food restaurant, I opened my order and I had a small portion of fries with almost no cheddar and bacon!!! Very surprised and disappointed with my order. 😑 Photo below!!!

We cant get our food while waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes. The burger king is very understaffed and they don't answer questions about orders. It's a shame that this place became like this because a year ago I posted a 5 star review

A burger king that couldn't be more standard, but well kept and clean. Positive point for the fries which were particularly well cooked and good during my meal. On the downside, we ordered two menus with fries but we only received one fries. However, this was quickly and efficiently resolved by the staff!

Meat often spoils at home! Never seen a Burger King where the meat is spoiled and even less so often! ! You taste it straight away and make you want to vomit right away! Half the time I don't eat my menu and finally after a while I come back in the hope of finding the taste I came for! And no need to vomit! I suggest that you increase the surveillance of employees who perhaps, and I weigh my words, do not respect the hygiene measures and the procedures essential to respect. This is clearly intolerable and not being the type to leave reviews I will nevertheless do so for every future bad experience! So thank you for the money lost at home and hope you get back on track before you kill someone!

Bad experience, our 2 burgers were dry so we only ate the inside. The toilets really dirty, And surprise visit inside the establishment of several children who were moving from table to table...so not very pleasant to be solicited when you are eating in an establishment... Sad for these children

There you go, there I find Burger King like in France, an endless wait, the delivery men served as a priority, the entrance which fills up with customers because they send less than 1 order per minute. Obviously it's a hassle everywhere whatever the country, Afterwards the products are better finished than in France, Please a little less salt on the fries

They have no more coke 0, it's a shame that zakarya didn't want to give me another drink 0 just because it costs 1.- plus they didn't want to give me a commercial test, they gave me an ice cream instead something extra sugar, Ines and the Renoise are better than their chef.

Abusive price increase. For the price of a menu (21.90chf) even though it's fast food, I can have one in a homemade restaurant such as zoo burger or Inglewood, the same price! It's fast food, made up of mediocre products from Brazil or Germany. Stop abusing!! Following the answer: It's not about the quantity made available but rather the fact that for fast food the price is exorbitant!! We pay the same price for a menu as for homemade!! Additionally, the low prices available with the app were definitely increased by 20-40%!! Steakhouse+cheeseburger menu before 15.90chf now 18:90chf. Same for the two steakhouse menu before 21.90ch now 25.90chf and again, all this for fast food where the meat comes from Brazil as well as Germany, there is not even any effort to work with products from of the country, simply those as cheap as possible. We call that an abusive increase! If I could give zero stars I would. Update: Double steakhouse menu go to 27.90chf. Increase of 6chf in 2 years! Scandalous!

A Nutella sundae, you’re afraid! You would have to ask the manager if the objective is to scare away customers but in any case with this “abundant” quantity of Nutella it’s successful!

After ordering, I see someone in the kitchen preparing burgers without gloves, I find it disgusting. We don't know if the person is washing their hands properly or just washing their hands 🤢

The Burger King on Place Bel Air in Lausanne. It is the only Burger King in Lausanne. It's much better than McDonald's. The counter is located on the ground floor and the dining room is located on the first floor. The Whopper is always good. A big sandwich on the go for lunch.

They don't sell Mustard ?! Very little toppings and sauces, it's mostly meat and bread. I can't put mustard on my burger and fries? You get 0 stars. BTW cheese sauce is disgusting compared to other countries. That's why they use a different one on the burgers and fries
