Fries were really the freshest fries I've ever eaten. The employee was very friendly. I recommend further.

Had a good meal today and the food was served by a very cheerful, friendly and cheerful young man. You have a lot of joy and have a positive effect when you receive your food with a smile. And, as always, the order was prepared flawlessly. What I think is a shame that water costs something extra in the menu and is not already “included” when choosing the drinks. Sure, you eat rather unhealthy food anyway, but at least there should be water in it.

We ordered two bacon king menus and 6 chicken strips. After the burger our mouths were parched. Fries still almost raw. And the chicken strips?! Flabby, sometimes not even fully cooked (i.e. almost raw). Sorry, but I'm used to much better from Burger King in Marche Glarnerland!!!! But you could drink the drinks 🤣.

Great building, complicated ordering process.

The takeaway order was a disappointment. The food was cold, the burger was ice cold, the "milkshake" turned out to be ice cream, and the quality of the waffle with Nutella and the fries with cheese and hot peppers was poor. Only the chilli cheese nuggets were acceptable. We definitely won't eat there again.

On December 20th, 2023 my wife's water broke on the toilet at 2 p.m. and our daughter was born at 6:29 p.m. We will never forget this Burger King in a positive way.

Disaster on a Sunday at 1:00 p.m. only two people work in this store. The poor employees. This results in eternal waiting times. The operator should change this and employ enough people.

Standard BK nothing special, was there again today July 5th, the onion rings taste like nothing unfortunately, addendum August 21st, 2023 7 p.m., the service is =0 you have to wait 15 minutes for a cola that was forgotten and ask 3 times and the staff doesn't understand you and the fries and burgers don't taste like usual, I won't visit this restaurant again, you just lost 2 customers

The burgers are very small and expensive. Without refill. I suppose they are norms of these countries.

From a hygienic point of view, it's miserable, 6 free tables are all totally dirty, the employees have no interest in it, I had to be told that I should just choose another seat, unfortunately you can see that no management staff teaches the employees something like this, it should clearly always be clean, Someone always has to do a run-through to make sure everything stays clean.

At 3 p.m. I wanted to quickly consume a buger and was the only customer in the store. After waiting for 5 minutes, I was informed that I would no longer be served at the counter because a pilot project was taking place. I either order at the machine or walk to the drive-in counter. I wish this pilot a good flight. In the future I will dine at McDonalds, where I will still receive friendly service despite the machine.

Of my last 5 orders at the drive-thru, I got the wrong burger 4 times!!! And even before that, there was only about a 75% chance of getting the right burger. All orders were taken correctly and displayed on the screen. It can't be that difficult to prepare and pack the right one... Luckily there is an MC opposite, I'll go there from now on. Even if I like Burger King's burgers better, at least I get what I order at MC!

Absolute disaster! We ordered a Big King to take away at 10:53 p.m. today. When we got home I saw that the patties were completely raw and soft. I couldn't eat anything and had to throw everything away. Very inattentive and dangerous you can get food poisoning so quickly.

Waiting 40 minutes for the food is underground. Every normal restaurant is faster. If you watch the two ladies preparing burgers, it's no wonder that they work completely unmotivated and, above all, slowly! With an hour break...BK never again at lunchtime!

Best Burger King far and wide! Great branch: Top friendly employees, kept very clean, orders have always been put together correctly and received in good quality. There is a 0.5 star deduction each for: A) Unfortunately, burgers are often lukewarm by the time you sit down and receive them - they probably need to be kept hotter so that the core temperature is right when you take the first bite! B) the very high prices for fast food! A menu quickly costs 20.- but I can get a lunch menu including a drink in almost every real restaurant, here the ratio is not right at all.

Very nice new Burger King branch. The shop was tidy and the staff was very friendly.

Evening 11:00 p.m., drive in. Order 1 burger with fries. Was sent to the waiting area to wait for the order. After a little over 8 minutes the paper bag with the order was brought to me. The fries had acceptable worminess, but the burger was only lukewarm. If you are already sent to the waiting area at a drive-in, then the order should also be fresh or hot. At this time there is not much going on at the location and not too much can be prepared. But then as the only drive in customer, you wait 8 minutes and then the burger isn't hot, this shouldn't be the case.

I'm almost a little sorry that the McDonalds across the street always has more guests than the Burgerking, but I've never had anything wrong and I often go to the Burgerking Mels. Plus, the service is top and the staff is more than just friendly! Not like in most McDonald's branches, keep it up!

-the box of fries is only half full (in the large menu) - Instead of cheese sauce, jalapenos sauce was used and when they realized that it was the wrong sauce, they simply added twice the amount of cheese sauce over it I don't want to know what's wrong with the employees (I think brain was optional for them)

Had dinner at the restaurant today with a family of 4. At the counter, order checked and the burger was missing. When eating with a junior, onion rings were on the menu instead of chicken nuggets. Was replaced without any problems when a complaint was made. The double wopper was just a wopper and it was cold. When I complained again I was asked if she should warm it up in the microwave or if I wanted a fresh one. Are you serious? Since I said no, I got a double wopper warm this time.

Forgot the coffee and waited a long time

Was there 4 times, 3 of which were missing products. Ordered three menus this afternoon (3 p.m.), waiting time 30 minutes despite hardly any customers, when we got home we noticed that a complete menu worth 18.90 was missing🙁. Unfortunately, that wasn't all. I also ordered chicken nuggets but unfortunately the sauces were also missing. I really hope that these things change in the near future otherwise I'll visit the shop across the street.😐 I recommend everyone to check whether everything is there before leaving the store...

It's a hassle when paying and having to turn the car on and off 5 times every time to get something back to the front... It would also be great if you didn't fry the fresh onion rings again with the old ones, they were rock hard and browned (3.9.22)
