Was there at lunchtime today and ordered take away. A good 20 minute wait... but that can happen. However, I noticed at home that only a quarter of my food was packed. Fries loose in the bag, nuggets crushed and the burger only half wrapped. Plus it's almost inedible... I don't know what exactly went wrong...

Ordered home delivery, everything was great

Delivery was very quick compared to usual, the delivery person was very friendly and the quality of the food is as usual and expected from Burger King. What is NOT possible, however, is that due to my intolerance to onions, I explicitly and CLEARLY wrote that onions were avoided, but my clear note was ignored, there were onions in it and therefore my food was not edible. If customers point out allergies and intolerances, this should be taken very seriously, otherwise there could be serious consequences for the customer and Burger King! I can't judge the ambience, I haven't seen the branch yet.

Modern, clean burger king with a tasty food. Almost empty on Sunday afternoon, then we got our order really quick

I was in this BRANCH yesterday and saw the only employee holding my food without wearing gloves. I asked if that wasn't mandatory! she said NO IT IS NOT compulsory! I'LL NEVER COME BACK! I find it disgusting!

I ordered a fancy burger. Let's be honest, 14.90, a coke, a bit of fries and a small burger where you had to look for the salad and the rest. Now the opposite lunch for 15.90 where I eat soup, dessert, fries and chicken fillet and a bowl every day Salad and cola. I know everything has become more expensive. What can I say, the portions are getting smaller and smaller in BurgerKing, it's a shame and yes, it's cold here in Weinstr and it's not comfortable

The food was amazingly good. I ordered a vegan burger and it tasted exactly like meat. The staff was very friendly as I needed help to get a pen and charge my phone. However the only negative remark is that the staff wasn't using gloves to prepare the burgers so I think it was a bit unhygienic.

Ordered takeaway food! At home I noticed that two (!) things were missing!! Checked the receipt: I ordered it and paid for it!! A pity! The employees also looked a bit unmotivated! The taste of the food was ok - that's almost one star more.

nice decor but cool temperatures. no children's playground, so the children kept themselves busy and banged their heads on the deep ordering machines. Extremely long waiting time for fast food! Burger surprisingly warm.

I loved the experience and it was so good!

The food is mostly freshly prepared. You have very little contact with the staff because you order everything via a screen. So far the restaurant has always been clean.

I come by every now and then to eat because I like it. Unfortunately, the burgers get cold very quickly and often only come out lukewarm, even though I never eat out during peak hours. I prefer to wait longer for the food, but it's hot. Maybe the heating time and/or temperature of the burgers were corrected downwards. I hope that changes, because I enjoy eating here.

Here German Burger King should get inspiration on the topic of cleanliness, quality and quantity... were totally surprised by the great restaurant...

The longest waiting time I have ever experienced. 40 minutes for 2 burgers. These were cold too... This place is a far cry from fast food. Otherwise friendly people.

Nothing for children, the "playground" is a dark, empty room, the toys in the children's menu were out and the ice cream machine was broken.

Everything was super tidy, the staff was super nice. Buy the King Shake Oreo, McSunday is a fart against it.

Long waiting time (approx. 10 minutes) at lunchtime. The burger (bun) was cold, the cheese wasn't even remotely melted. If I hadn't already waited 10 minutes, I would have taken the replacement offered.

Basically, Burger King looks inviting. The waiting times during peak times, i.e. lunchtime, are sometimes excessively long. For me it's more of an emergency to eat there. In terms of taste, you can't fault it. Friendly. Well, I think a lot of customer contact is lost due to automation. Welcome to 2022 where there are no more conversations.

The worst Burger King there is. I waited 90 minutes for my delivery and the food was almost cold when it arrived. And then there were onion rings instead of chilli cheese bites. It would be great if you could finally hire capable staff. It's the same every time for you. I was also at Burger King and had to wait 30 minutes even though only 3 other orders were open and the food there was only lukewarm. Just miserable.

Nice Burger King branch with lots of space. Beautifully designed, very clean, many different seats for 2 or 4 people, very friendly staff AND (the most important thing) - the food came quickly, was hot and everything was great 👍🏻 Parking spaces are available on site. Petrol station and e-charging station as well. Only the entrance is a bit special if you don't know it ^^ Thank you 👍🏻

Update: The store has looked a bit more professional since it opened (OMG). Depending on the line-up, it can take longer, but overall it's within reasonable time. Food is good and consistent. Meat is much better than the competitor McD.

Employees with no desire or mood. Order ready, forget napkin, forget straw, forget children's toys. It can't be that you have to get up x times and run to the counter to get stuff.

The Burger King was empty at 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening. We were the only customers, which gives me something to think about. The staff is friendly, the toilets are clean and the restaurant is nicely decorated. Unfortunately you don't even get a salad. I'm aware that Burgerking is a fast food chain but unfortunately it doesn't bother me if everything is really full of fat. You won't even find a salad or anything else remotely healthy on the menu as a side dish. Very unfortunate. I think the machines with the pictures are good so you can look through them at your leisure and order that way. You can park for free directly in front of the entrance. The prices are just incredibly expensive. A menu burger, fries with ketchup, drink costs around 20-26 Fr depending on the burger, which in my opinion is just too much. I won't come back.

If you wait more than 20 minutes after ordering for your takeaway food, it has nothing to do with fast food. Burger itself was still warm, but the bun was fridge cold. I was hoping to have really warm food by picking it up. It's always cold when it's delivered anyway. The ordering process on the screen is also complicated and annoying, not least because of the suggestions about what else you should buy. It's a shame because the burgers taste great.

There were 6 people. All burgers were cold. Preparation time of 25 minutes. You could watch the staff working at a snail's pace as they put things together.

This was the second time I've been there and I won't be coming back. The first time the burgers were drowned in the sauce and the second time the buns tasted stale. The atmosphere is nice though

It's a shame there's no drive-in. When you order something inside, the screen changes to advertising the new burgers every minute. Quite a shame. The two stars are only there because the employee was very friendly and accommodating.

Firstly, since there was no battery on the phone and I didn't have proof of vaccination on the phone, but I had the card to prove vaccination but was still allowed to eat there, I had to bring the food out and it was of very poor quality.

Would give fewer stars if possible. Delivery service is ABNORMALLY bad. Have already ordered 3 times. Every time something wasn't good (either no one came, missing burgers,...) Yesterday but now the BEST: We order PLANT BASED NUGGETS - since they didn't have any left, they thought, "Let's just put regular ones in." .. You only notice it after the first bite! NOT WORKING AT ALL. NEVER AGAIN.

You could have really done without Burger King and kept Chickeria instead. But some Migros manager thought it was better to sell. Although it was popular and always well attended. There is nothing to say about Burger King. You know that. Maybe for interior design: loveless and sober. Any better canteen has more ambience.

I was there to eat on July 7th, 2021. Unfortunately, the staff only spoke broken German, but they were friendly, some of the tables were unfortunately dirty, but there were only two of them. The food is absolute horror. The meat was cold, the cheese didn't melt and the bacon wasn't crispy, so it wasn't what it should be and it was really too expensive. Never again, so if you're in Kreuzlingen then it's better to go to McDonalds or go straight to Burger King in Konstanz. The 3 kilometers more are worth it. The quality of the food is good if you can call the fast food good. And the price is right too. Never again Burger King in Kreuzlingen
