Nice restaurant with good food in a beautiful location!

Very friendly staff, you feel at home. The design of the rooms is also very pleasant and the view of the lake is priceless. A huge selection of good wines, highly recommended for wine lovers. The food was also good, but there is still a bit of room for improvement. There are little things - the pulp is a bit too al dente, the perch is a bit too greasy and the spice lacks that last little kick. But that's complaining at a high level 😉

Have been to this great restaurant several times. Kitchen, staff always friendly and competent 😉👍 just as it should be 👍 Good location right on the lakeshore. It's definitely worth one or more visits, be it at lunchtime or in the evening!

The location is really worth seeing with a view over the Bodenseh and is definitely worth a detour. The food is excellent and the service is very friendly. The place where this restaurant is located is amazing the Bodensee is an amazing lake with a breathtaking view. The food is amazing and the people who work there are very friendly. We went for dinner and had pasta in parmesan, it tasted great and highly recommended.

Very nice beer garden 🌳 with chestnut trees right by the lake 🛥️ with Feldschlösschen beers - almost like in the Bavarian homeland. Only - the pretzels are a disaster. Doughy, soft, without taste and without salt……. 🙈 brrrrr. We urgently need to find a baker who knows how to make pretzels!! PLEASE 🙏

The food in the Fischerhaus is actually very tasty, but unfortunately the food was often lukewarm and not hot. The view and the ambience make up for it 😄

The service was attentive and friendly. The food was very tasty and beautifully prepared. We had to be patient for the desert, but we weren't charged for the coffee, which we found to be courteous. We would definitely like to come back!

The beer garden is a very nice place to linger. The food was fine and rich Service friendly but I have to say something: Take the order cell phone away from the unkempt redhead!!!! And teach him the basics of service! It was almost unbearable!!! The kitchen/buffet could always say “Service, Service, Seerviiiiice!” call. The food was piling up at the buffet to be served. But that only affected the chef de service, the other employees and guests. A quick look over the young man's shoulder at the food being served, then quickly changing the direction of his gaze to go to tables that had probably already ordered but hadn't received anything yet in order to take any orders or, unknown to him (wasn't our waiter), try to make small talk. If there hadn't been so much food waiting, it would have been highly amusing Dear redhead, a free tip from 40 years of gastronomy experience: 1. Priority in service is the prepared food must be delivered to the hungry waiting guest as quickly as possible and if the chef de service tells them in front of the guests, run now! Is the law. That's why only 4 stars for the service. The rest of the staff was really very friendly and always on the ball.

This internet ordering method, not bad, I think it should change with the times. But then delivery should be quicker. INVOICE WITH TIPS was estimated and collected in advance. Coffee took 15 minutes. Food was only lukewarm, would recommend a plate warmer. Then the map does not match the Internet map. Prices aside.

A must when you are in Kreuzlingen!

A beer garden located directly on Lake Constance. Unfortunately, we were ignored by the service in the first ten minutes. The food was good but nothing special. The burger was hardly seasoned, which made it taste a bit bland. A big plus point is the very well-stocked wine list and the fair wine prices.

We spent a perfect evening in the restaurant (not the beer garden!) with 6 people. The quality, timing, plate presentation, ambience, waiters, etc. was “top quality”. Absolute recommendation

Unfortunately we weren't so lucky in the fisherman's house. The place would actually be wonderful, right on the lake. The view of Lake Constance, Meersburg and the Austrian Alps is unique. There weren't that many guests, even though it was a wonderful summer evening. We ordered 3x fries, 2x chicken nuggets and water: cost 62.80. Way too much for regular french fries and dry, fried nuggets from the freezer. Unfortunately, the service wasn't all that professional either: the blasé head chef answered us in an ironic and overly polite tone when we asked whether the beer garden was self-service or served, saying we would get everything if we sat down... then he turned to his subordinates and told them: "You always have to be nice to customers, even if you actually want to say: 'Sit down, you idiot, and eat your fill.'" At the table next to them they complained that a burger had been forgotten and they We've been waiting for 20 minutes now. Things weren't going too smoothly two tables further ahead, because the customers were arguing violently with the waitress. The older couple were quite angry. A waiter dropped a glass, which broke in the gravel, and for a few minutes Later he lost an entire ketchup bottle. The waitresses chatted and whispered among themselves...weren't concentrating at all. Quite embarrassing for a restaurant that wants to be more than it actually is.

Recommendation of the day, fresh taglatelle with mushroom, cream sauce. It was a culinary delight. You can definitely enjoy it with a glass of wine at the wonderful sunset and definitely justify the slightly higher price.

Service and food were upscale. To recommend.

The electronic payment device will feature the “applied display” for contactless payment. Be vigilant and have the amount shown to you before paying!!! Two stars deducted! Beautifully located, very attentive staff, a cozy beer garden, a really great view over the lake, very knowledgeable about new media, pleasant audience, well-kept and clean - really Switzerland. My sweetheart and I enjoy “beautiful moments” here from time to time. But it's best to try it out yourself. ;-)

The food, I should have read the reviews beforehand, was really not good! The prices are way too expensive for the quality that is served. A sausage cheese salad, there was no garnish, it came out of the bag on a soggy leaf lettuce!!! The bread was also from yesterday, definitely not fresh! After the service asked if it was good, I replied "I think the leftovers speak for themselves". Afterwards a woman came and said the old lettuce leaves had slipped down and it was difficult to keep the lettuce fresh in this heat. Hmmm... It's a restaurant, I assume they have a refrigerated counter 🤔 and a fridge in the kitchen... Well, she asked me an espresso or a scoop of ice cream. I politely declined. Conclusion: Great location but poor quality and price.

Great location in a beautiful place with a direct view of Lake Constance. The food always tastes very good. We love the creamy burrata & the pistachio variation here! The service is always very friendly. When there is a lot going on, it can be quite uncoordinated and hectic. Price/performance is pretty fair depending on the dish.

I was really impressed with the food today. It tasted excellent. The restaurant is very well located and there is parking directly in front of the restaurant. The service staff were excellent and we were greeted and served very politely. However, we personally found the portions on the plate to be a bit small. This could possibly be improved. All in all just great.

The Fischerhaus beer garden has a wonderful location, right on the lake, with a beautiful view. I used to enjoy going there, but am increasingly disappointed with the service, offerings and presentation. I was there for the last time on Sunday June 11th! The service was friendly but completely inflexible. From then on, the waiter ignored us when we politely asked something that we couldn't immediately implement. We had to wait for our food and watch as the guests who arrived later than ourselves got their drinks and food much earlier. The tacos were a joke: under 5 whole taco pieces there was a mountain of crushed leftovers from the bag that you couldn't handle. OK, after a complaint at least it was exchanged. But something like that shouldn’t even be on the table! The layered salad was an almost pure green salad with a very "clear" addition of some grated carrots and radicchio; the salad certainly did not live up to its name. The sauce that came with it, which is always served in bottles, was almost empty and wasn't even enough for one salad, let alone two. And it didn't go well with the layered salad at all. Well, maybe the staff was having a particularly bad day. - but all together, cook and waitress? The menu seems a bit unimaginative to me now. The portions are difficult: the portions for small hungers are small and expensive, the portions for big hungers are actually large and too expensive. There is no intermediate size and no exceptions are made, for example a small portion of a large one if you don't like the dishes for a small appetite. There were too many bad experiences that day. This WAS once my favorite beer garden in the Kreuzlingen region. No more effort is being made there. A pity.

The beer garden at Restaurant Fischerhaus is a great place to have something delicious to eat in the evening or simply enjoy a beer right by the lake. The service is mostly carried out by young people in traditional costumes. They are usually very friendly and attentive. The salads are served in a glass and are incredibly tasty, as are the burgers 🍔

Very bad service, long waiting time for a beer 🍺 constantly different waitresses 1. Service = order 2. brings drinks 3. takes a new order and passes it on to 4 waiters, 5 waiters do the bill, we got to know almost the entire staff. And the one at the tap takes forever to let out the beer. New operators, bad concept. No more Itinger beer and no more Weisswurst and that in an Erdinger beer garden. Nogo We'll only come back when it's self-service, the strongest Swiss can't stand that. Greetings F.K.

In the summer of 2022 we were able to hold our wedding dinner in the Fischerhaus restaurant and we are absolutely thrilled. The food was simply delicious. Our guests and we could hardly stop raving. The team and Mr. Hansbauer delivered 100% and exceeded our expectations. Even when there were delays, the team reacted very professionally. In short, everything was just perfect. We are incredibly grateful and happy with the choice to have our wedding dinner at the Fischerhaus. The restaurant is absolutely recommended, even for occasions of this kind. THANK YOU dear Fischerhaus team - you are the best.

This restaurant with garden restaurant is wonderfully located directly on Lake Constance. Unfortunately, the ice cream is served in cardboard cups with a plastic spoon and the price per scoop is CHF 3.50.

The place by the water is very nice. However, the mood is dampened when there is a lot of activity. It has something of “factory farming” about it. So was our food. Salad with poultry totally seasoned and too spicy, dessert mediocre. Service was nice but unfortunately inattentive. Lots of young people who couldn't see the trees because of the forest. Overall impression: mass business - not suitable for a really nice dining experience. It's a shame, we had imagined the evening differently...

Had our annual customer event there on the evening of the Fantastical annual event. Brilliant venue, brilliant view.

We had a table at the front on the terrace. Beautifully located. The children could go straight to the small stone beach and relax. Food was great. Kids ate tartare and ghackets with croissants. Very fine. We ate homemade casarecce with strips of beef fillet. All highly recommended. Be sure to reserve early.
