Burger King Gare Cornavin in Genève

For some reason this is the best Burger King I've been to. The selection and variety is great, and all so far I've tried taste fantastic! Especially the Swiss themed items, really good! Staff are also nice, even gave us free onion rings when it was wrongly given to us (though from a food service perspective that would be the best thing to do). It's also clean despite being a fast food joint, with an easy casual family friendly vibe of course. Excellent location too being in the Cornavin train station.

There are NO toilets, you have to walk to the other end of the station and pay 1.50.-!!! in addition it does not accept the coupons offered in the burger king app, why? My big king extra cheese was almost cold, otherwise the fries and onion rings were good. Not a good place...

Bad atmosphere, poorly received.

Cold fries, cold burger bun all for 20 bucks 😂... And what's more, I got herpes, certainly linked to the fact that the employees didn't wash their hands when preparing the food. I will definitely never go back there.

Glad there is no more Pepsi but Coke now for some time. Glad the fries are better and the chocolate is real chocolate. However, if you hire cross-border workers, ask them to adapt to Switzerland and speak Swiss. Horrible to hear seventy-seven instead of seventy-seven or ninety-one instead of ninety-one. Adapt! We are in Switzerland. As for the atmosphere, no atmosphere and noise from the machines which beep all the time. Even the employees jump when a machine squeaks like crazy.

The service is terrible. Food is thrown onto the tray like it is for dogs. And at the end they take napkins, crumple them and put them on top in a mound. The food is also so-so.

Friday February 2, 2024 ~ 1 p.m. order number 870. Infamous quality of the "meal", bread crumbles while being soft, the steaks are crumbly and have no taste, the fries with bacon and cheddar are served cold. The tables are dirty. I would have preferred to be in my cat's place, at least my food has a minimum of texture The King burger in Eauvive is much better and has never disappointed me... the one at the station is disgusting. You might as well put everything in a blender and make a smoothie; the texture will be more interesting. Might as well go to McDonald's at least there are no bad surprises. Advantage: emergency exits are well located

The worst and most expensive burger I have ever had IN MY LIFE! I might as well have put the sole from a tramp’s shoe in a bap it probably would have been better seasoned! I ordered 2 double Swiss Burger meals and they were abysmal! Plus they cost me nearly 60 pounds…STERLING! Pah!

Overpriced for poor quality food that made me sick the next day. Very slow service for a “fast food”, and the employees think they are in a bar laughing among themselves, causing them to make a lot of mistakes in their orders. In addition, the meal was cold when I arrived at the hotel to eat it (even though the hotel is 50m from Burgerking). First and last time I go there.

Very disappointing restaurant, whose exorbitant prices only seem to be justified by its prime location. At this price point, you at least expect the staff to be friendly and respectful. Which is not the case when I was told that the drink ordered (and paid for) at the terminal was no longer available, and that the only possibility was to obtain a cheaper drink, without refunding me the cost. price difference ! Luckily the burgers were ordinary but ok. Last but not least, the restaurant does not have toilets.

Clearly, in France, fast food products are,... let's say,... tasteless. Badly spicy. Poorly prepared. Not appetizing. But as soon as you cross the border like when I went to Germany and now Switzerland, everything changes. The burgers are meaty and the toppings provide a visual and taste quality that does not deceive the consumer. In short, once again, I am not disappointed to have gone to a fast food restaurant outside France.

Basic burger king but very good. Kind staff

In Switzerland we are taught respect for others and courtesy is quite natural for us. We grew up with it. Others, who grew up on the other side of the border (not very difficult to guess, hearing them yell seventy, fifty-ten, stupid-ten), unfortunately keep very bad habits. Disrespectful tone with customers, both on the part of the bobet of Asian ethnic origin (the one in manufacturing) and the one I was told was responsible, not even capable of apologizing for the problems encountered by their terminal, no good evening, nothing, 0 consideration for the interlocutor, on this Tuesday, December 19 evening. Although an arrangement was able to be reached, I remain impressed by the totally uninhibited and natural rudeness. To be paid 23 bucks an hour instead of the French 7€, there is absolutely no excuse! People are looking for work and are much more deserving!

Wrong orders, dirty floors. Interesting only with coupons.

Every time I've gone to this Burger King there have been a multitude of issues. In essence, my negative experiences from my past 3 visits include: poor management, dirty tables, witnessed a manager yelling at the employees in front of costumers, served incorrect order, food served cold, trash cans always filled to the brim and spilling over, order screens malfunctioning, etc. Considering this all occurred over a mere 3 experiences... it's just bad. By the way, your staff is announcing order numbers the french way instead of the swiss, and could not even spell "espèce" properly on their own sign.

I need a refund please. I ordered an hour ago chicken strips and steakhouse burger. As i didn’t have time to check before i left, the crew erroneously gave me a different order. I couldn’t reach your customer service, i will surely come back to get a refund.

They always have the wrong menu

Abused.. not many people 3 orders approx prepared and they managed to distribute an unsold sandwich, cold and barely out of the packaging I couldn't even bite into it it was broken down on all sides. Thanks to the price of the menu I won't come back that's for sure!! 👿

I have never seen a manager so unpleasant and haughty with customers and her employees, if you cannot manage her moods in her workplace please do not come. I really don't advise you to bk. It really pleases the employees to have a manager like Lindsey.

Located inside the station building, convenient to access.

Nothing more classic than a Burger King... minus the cleanliness. Given the crowds we can understand, but a little effort could be made. On the kitchen side, everything is correct.

This is the closets burger king in our hotel in cornavin! Worst experience the blonde girl is so rude!!!!!! She should be nice to all tourist since its our first day in swiss and we expect a good environment the we really heard about Switzerland but this girl the blonde girl who are preparing the food in the counter is so rude!!! She is shouting clients because of a tissue request??? My god we ordered a lot because we are big group but that all we get! So rude!!! She should not be a frontliner or not compatible to work on a food service or what! Worst!!!! Burger king ever

the madness of breaded chicken. Imitation of KFC. Not very good, a little disgusting, everything looks the same. Everything tastes the same. I found it a bit expensive. Plump as can be.

I think I had the worst burger king experience of my life. Super slow service even though there was almost no one in the fast food restaurant. The sauces were missing from my order. Lousy and unpleasant staff. And above all, you don't have access to any toilets!! I've never seen this in a restaurant before. If it were possible to give a place 0 stars, I would have given this rating without hesitation.

Pay 30chf for a king size menu and finally receive the wrong burger, small fries and an average coke. Especially since there were 3 of them to manage my order but it was impossible to do it correctly. Ridiculous. Really ridiculous. And ok there was a wait because there were a lot of people, but that doesn't take away from the damn ability to read an order that's not even huge. There were 4 articles only one was good and again they crashed at the beginning I had to correct them. Damn illiterates.

I had some Free time in Geneva, but I had no possibly to go aut of the main train station so I decided to have a meel in the burger king, No wifi, no WC, the food like never again. Sorry for them.

The table we sat at to have our meal was not clean. It had a food stain on it. It was not very appetizing, if you get what I mean ...

Quality: Good Honestly the fries were hot and crispy and the crispy chicken burger was more than adequate with a pretty nice sauce. Quantity: Insufficient A meager bag of half fries (half the size of a "normal" fries) accompanied by a really small burger is far too little for a meal, for a snack, maybe, it's okay. Price: absurdly high I still can't believe I paid almost 20.- for the quantity I received (we're still getting mid-range fast food anyway). Coming from Lausanne, I am deeply disappointed by the burger king of Geneva. Especially when we see the proximity to the prices of certain competitors considered high-end, such as Inglewood or BlackTap for example, which for approximately the same price are among the best burgers I have eaten in my life (in Switzerland) . I don't recommend. Unless you have extra money perhaps.

There is definitely a problem regarding the verification of orders... it's been several times that I order a double whooper menu which is supposed to not have cheese and I systematically end up with a slice of cheddar in it and I'm there allergic and I obviously notice it too late to complain again so I do it in the Google comments! Burger King please train your employees better

Ate here with friends 12.09.2023 at 21:30 Horrible experience, the place is crawling with drug addicts asking for cash and food. The staff did nothing to intervene. While we ate outside we were asked for money 3 times and were offered drugs once. One guy was tweaking and moving ashtrays from table to table, knocking some over in the process. Will never return.

Very long wait + as a bonus a lot of food poisoning which lasted more than a week. Hygiene standards are questionable. There aren't even toilets inside. I certainly don't recommend it.

I can't believe how much of a joke this is... Burgers come with only a hint of sauce, half the ingredients of the pictures, and are extremely expensive. Honestly, such things should not be allowed. In the pictures, so that it shows a bit, you see the difference between what I got and what I'm sold....

Overall enjoyed the meal, especially the fries with garlic dip, which were really tasty. However, the experience was somewhat marred by frequent interruptions from homeless individuals asking for food. While I understand the situation, it made the dining experience a bit uncomfortable.

The menu prices are overpriced compared to those found in France. It’s almost double… at least 40% more expensive than in France… For a quality that is not doubled… The positive point is the large room.

A gentleman who worked there complained by voice message about these hours. He made a speech that was not very pleasant from the customer's point of view. The lights in the restaurant suddenly went out in the middle of my meal, luckily a friendly staff member noticed and had the lights turned back on. I point out that it was around 11 p.m. but still.... it also disturbed another table in the restaurant. I think with fewer voicemails sent, this person might have left sooner. Pay attention to the image sent.
