it was great they have like a happy meal which costs only 6 fr and the food was really good but i had to wait about 20 min for my food but overall i rate it 4.0

Disastrous to order food via the screens. Staff at their limit, guests stressed. It should be forbidden to work there under such unworthy conditions. We left the restaurant immediately and bought hot dogs from Coop.

Small burger, dirty and expensive

I can't remember the last time I ever had a cheeseburger this dry. It was really inedible.

I ordered a bacon burger, unfortunately it looked very sad when I unpacked it, not at all like the advertising picture, not even close. unfortunately not good to eat either. soggy and the salad etc. was missing.. Eat good. Unfortunately the selection of food is smaller than in Rheineck or Lugano. Food must be picked up at the counter yourself. There are enough seats.

The food was cold when I complained and they put the Börger in the microwave and it was really soggy and nasty and that was the last time I was there!!!

Avoid this BurgerKing! It's better to drive on to the next town and get a kebab, pizza or something similar. Rip-off prices straight out of a picture book!!! For a menu of around 20 euros you don't even get ketchup for the fries, which is very sad. Service unfortunately unfriendly in my experience. As you know, the food was nothing special at all, it's just bad intentions that drive you to BurgerKing😅. Also be careful with the drinks. With light-colored drinks such as water or Sprite it is clearly visible, the drink comes out yellowish, not clean at all. Does the health department come by here??? The ambience in BurgerKing is nothing new, but the rest of Heidiland is nicely laid out.

Everything was delicious and fresh

Had a vegan, long bun with salad. It was very greasy, a maximum of two lettuce leaves (no tomato or cucumber, nothing) and the bread was also maximum airy. 10.90 CHF, immediately regretted it

I got a burger that was cold and asked the lady to give me a new warm one. The lady warmed the burger in the microwave, or rather heated it up so that I burned my tongue on the tomato!!!! I'll never go there again!!!

Once just barely lukewarm. Just completely cold. In both cases we are talking about a Whopper.

Without a doubt they are understaffed in this place. They can’t cope with the amount of people eating at the place. We had to wait for 30 minutes for our food. (Should be FAST food right?)

The burger was made too long ago. The coke machine did not work. I ate a bad burger without a coke to wash it down with.

**EDIT***02/25/2022 I had to eat at this Burger King again today and was disappointed again. I ordered 2 King Sundae plus Chili Cheese Bites + 4 small sauces; I received everything except a caramel sundae and instead received a milkshake natural, which I didn't order. When I immediately pointed out the receipt and showed it (+ about 5 minutes of waiting time and being ignored at the counter), I was told that I had ordered a milkshake, even though there wasn't one on the receipt and the caramel sundae was missing. I had to do this three times!!!! Repeat until they finally gave me a Sundae Caramel. No apologies again. I find it an absolute disgrace that such a service is offered and I can say with absolute certainty that I will avoid this BK in the future, even if I have someone with me. I have never experienced such poor service before. ***Original*** This was the second time that I received the Extra Long Chili Cheese Burger half-cold with an extra portion of cheddar and jalapenos (February 4th). In addition, the jalapenos were forgotten at first and one had to be made again, which was half cold again. There was no real sincere apology. I'd rather eat something more substantial at the Heidiland Restaurant than go to this place again.

No certificate control! I asked the checkout clerk if she would like to see my certificate. She then replied: “No, not today”! Incomprehensible in the current Corona situation.

The employees were friendly and the food was good. However, the waiting times were a bit long. In addition, the Higjene concept is not that sophisticated in my opinion, as the tables are never cleaned.

They are hosts and do something uncomplicated for the guests. Of course it's system catering, but if you look at other Burger King, they can't even serve fries. Here, what you order tastes good and, as far as fast food can go, is well made.

Fast snack bar on the motorway, with enough parking spaces

The cash registers were empty, the staff were too busy entertaining each other instead of serving customers. You will be spoken to in Albanian. (I didn't know we were in Albania) The staff did everything except take the order correctly. We didn't want apple slices but we got some. Burger with extra cheese means burger with extra cheese. Why should I pay 1.5 chf extra for something if I can't get it anyway? In my opinion: The worst Burger King in Switzerland

Normally I don't think Burger King is bad. But here, hygiene Covid is zero. Almost all employees had hygiene masks under their chins. Tables not clean. Waste disposal overflowing.

Burgers are fine, it's just a fast food chain, the staff is really nice

4 burgers were served practically cold. After asking if it could be warmed up, it came back at most lukewarm. Not really friendly but nicely decorated.

Very quick preparation and nice staff. Burgers were delicious as they should be. The places next to the Coop Pronto were clean and even when we only got up briefly to refill drinks, the place was cleaned.

I prefer to write positive things. But that doesn't work here at all. The tables were dirty or the floor was full of leftovers. Not acceptable in Corona times. I chose a spot with only 4 flies. I noticed the onion rings after 4 hours. I give everyone a second chance, but here... I'd rather not.

Opening hours were incorrect. I drove the truck all day. At 10:30 p.m. I parked at the rest stop and didn't eat all day. According to information on the internet, Burger King is open until 11 p.m. but it has been closed for a long time! Countless people have come and could leave again. It's really incomprehensible.

Lowering my rating as on my 2nd visit, there was no ice cream deserts at all (machine broken), my BBQ sauce was forgotten and the toilet coupon could not be deducted at the ordering screen. Otherwise a wide selection of burgers. Too many for me as I'm not a regular customer.

Thursday evening, holidays, the restaurant is full. Three ladies behind the counter! Totally understaffed for this time! Wait 30 minutes in the fast food restaurant. Every pizzeria is faster. The burger and fries were cold. Thank you....never again!

If you're lucky, you'll receive friendly service. But most of the time you have to wait a long time to order. But the quality is always excellent.

Saturday evening hopelessly under (wrong?) occupied. While the younger blonde lady is almost running her lungs out, the second one is watching calmly. A third person would rather empty the waste bins than take the goods that are not there from the warehouse. After a good 30 minutes. After waiting, we finally had our food, although the fries were cold. Even if you don't have to win regular guests at the rest stop, actively stealing time from unsuspecting visitors is highly questionable

Once or twice a year that's a nice thing! Five minutes walk from my home.

Problems redeeming vouchers. The staff initially refused to give a voucher and a discounted product because the cash register couldn't do this, even though it was legitimate.

Prices are significantly higher than at MacDonalds, but the burgers are much larger. Meat is very tasty. The “bread” falls apart when you eat it because everything is too big and the bread is too thin compared to the size of the burger. All in all, I think the price is excessive despite the size. Many menus are around CHF 20 or even more. But there are also slightly cheaper menus.

Food was like always at Burger King, you either love it or hate it. I love it.

I just wanted to eat something quickly. The two women at the checkout and the two women in preparation were visibly overwhelmed. 13 minutes wait for a crispy chicken menu. And apparently people no longer ask you whether you want to avoid the ice in your drink.

The waitress didn't understand us and gave out the wrong food. A colleague of ours is allergic to cucumbers and asked for "without cucumber" when ordering. When he opened the checkout, there were cucumbers on it. When we asked them to please make mine, the two women spoke quite loudly to each other and the woman preparing the burgers tore open the burgers and took down the cucumbers with her bare fingers. Disgusted, he asked again for a new burger without pickle. When he didn't get it again, we left everything we ordered and left. Never again....

A completely normal BurgerKing, but very friendly staff and good service. Beautifully maintained rooms and enough space for family. As well as a cozy terrace outside for sunny days and a playground. With numerous parking spaces, everyone can find space in the marché and can be pampered throughout the entire Aareal!

Order was freshly prepared at 3 p.m. so there was some waiting time, quality was good
