Burger King Wiggispark in Glarus

Never eaten...as bad as today...you can't serve something like that

Good evening I was in this Burger King earlier (February 13th, 2024, around 7:30 p.m.). I find it sad that I was misunderstood when ordering the KingDeal. I had to pay for the CrispyChicken separately (outside of the deal) when I reported the error I got the answer "I can't cancel it" She took the CrispyChicken away from me and gave me a Cheeseburger that I wanted and thought it was the same price as the Crispy?! Please inform the staff that the prices are different and that the cheaper one cannot be collected like the more expensive one! The friendliness was very limited.

I always enjoy coming back, the staff is super friendly. The food is delicious, the shop is always clean.

Far too often something is missing or simply wrong. If you bring something with you for several work colleagues, it's not possible to check everything every time at the drive in. And it's doubly annoying when the missing products appear cheekily on the receipt and have been paid for. The quality in general isn't the same as what I know from Richterswil, for example, a lot of it is soggy and dripping with mayo or sauce and then it's really annoying that this messy giant baby is always, really always too lazy to bring a few napkins to pack up. I think he eats them or takes them home with him to save on other paper, which is what he always did before at McDonald's in Glarus.

The only Burger King I go to. Food is usually warm and the staff cannot be compared to the many other Burger Kings. Courteous and polite

The bathroom is 100 m away and when we get there we have to go back to get the key. There is no place to wash your hands in the restaurant.

Was there for the 3rd time now and it just doesn't get any better. Hygiene is a foreign word and the burger (long chicken) doesn't taste good. The salad is already soggy, as if the burger had been warmed up in the microwave. I always have stomach cramps after eating (even with other burgers). That was my last visit to this burger king. Ps: I don't normally give reviews but with this disaster I unfortunately have to leave a review.

Everything is actually ok. The food was warmer than usual on our last visit, which I personally don't like that the food is prepared without gloves. Everything is handled and prepared with bare hands. I don't think it's hygienic. Who knows where they were🤔 otherwise that's it team very helpful friendly

Unfortunately "just" one of many Burger Kings. Burger almost cold, bun rather limp. I know better... W'thur and Pfäffikon ZH

The welcome from the whole team was very warm. Because we don't go to Burger King often, Salih Maliqi helped us enter everything correctly. The food was delicious and hot so the stop in Nestal was more than worth it. We'll definitely come back when we're nearby.

Unfortunately, burgers and fries are often cold. In addition, ingredients that are often left out are still present, the same with the extra ingredients.

Unfortunately the worst Burger King in Switzerland so far. Vegi-Whopper was burnt!! and had an unpleasant aftertaste, ingredients not particularly fresh and tables quite dirty in places. In addition, the music there was unpleasantly loud and bass-heavy. I definitely can't recommend it so far.

I always go to Burger King when I'm in Wiggis Park. I really enjoy the food there and enjoy it very much. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Great, big Burger King. The staff is super friendly and uncomplicated. This is how you really enjoy being served. The food has always been good so far. I really appreciate the fact that you can refill the drinks. It has various seating options and a small play area for children. Always happy.

I don't know how incompetent you can be, the BK is empty and they manage to serve a cold burger. No more! That's great that you forward this to the store manager immediately. The problem has existed since this branch opened, I thought after a few months I would give this BK another chance, every time the burgers were cold. Maybe it's time for a new store manager...

Simply good and quick, friendly staff

We have been there several times in the last 2 months - were very satisfied - I ordered the Whopper extra hot! Everything is always ok!!!! We were there today at 12 p.m.... A snippy, rather unkempt person took our order because the terminals weren't working - we would have had to print it out and come to the checkout... Hello ???? Then the food - the Whopper was only lukewarm, the Chillyceese fries were a joke 🙈way too little sauce way too little ☹️ My wife's steakhouse burger had a strange taste! Conclusion - when something becomes stressful you are completely overwhelmed!!!! It's a shame the Whopper is a good burger - but unfortunately not always there!!!!

Very unfriendly staff Intentionally forgetting half of the order. Despite advertising, items ordered were forgotten. Last purchase at this Burgerking. The staff should urgently work on their professionalism.

My last time ordering from this Burger King. The staff deliberately forgot to give half of our order (amount was over 90.-). After we pointed this out to the staff, they handed over the rest of the order with a smile. At home we noticed that part of our order was still missing. Very unprofessional...

Very unfriendly staff. Bottom drawer. We paid 90.70 CHF and initially only got half. When we complained about it, we got part of it back, but we were still missing other things (Sprite, 3 fries, etc...) That was my last order from Burger King Netstal.

I was always there at off-peak times and don't know what it's like there when the store is full. But I can only report positive things, very good burgers and fries. Good ice cream and fine coffee. And the most important thing: friendly employees who you can talk to.

Yesterday, March 6, 2022, around 10 p.m. while I was eating, a Burger King employee stood in front of the checkout with his private cell phone at full volume. A very arrogant attitude and a disrespectful manner towards customers.

Ok for a short break to satisfy your hunger. But otherwise very loud, as there is a kind of play tower/playground inside the Bürger King for the children...

The food was cold. For the price you expect more. However, the lady at the drive in was very friendly.

The food is decent but the staff is not very friendly. Ate there on several occasions. You are not asked to show your corona certificate in a very friendly manner. We have complied with this every time without any problems. When you show it you are asked to update it several times... which is annoying because it does it automatically every time you open the app. My wife still has the old certificate in paper form - recovered and vaccinated, so that's where you go straight to the stop... The ID check is then also carried out... They don't know any please or thank you there... BETTER BUY YOUR BURGERS ELSEWHERE.

Newly opened restaurant in the Wiggispark shopping center. Very clean, modern and spacious. Eating via drive-in, take away or eating in the restaurant. Food fresh, hot, delicious. Friendly staff. Large children's playground. Lots of free parking spaces. Drinks bar with free refills. No own toilet...the walk to the center toilet is a bit annoying. Addendum: Lots of customers today. All employees wear the mask under their nose or even under their chin.

Burger King itself is great, modern and very uncomplicated. However, the drive-thru is a scratch trap for drivers who are not saddle-steady

I've been there 5 or 6 times and every time there was something. Either there was no ice cream, then the screens didn't work, and there were no napkins either. Complaints are answered cheekily. But you shot the bird when you warmed up cold burgers in the microphone, I left everything and complained to BK Switzerland and International, that doesn't correspond to the franchise concept, it's terrible, because the license should be urgently revoked...

I've been there three times and I have to say I'm very disappointed. The burgers are not really warm and the employees are very unfriendly when there are complaints. The drinks machine was broken and there was no ice (on 2 visits) The employees use the serving areas as seats and play with their cell phones. I was shocked as I watched my order being prepared on the counter where the employee was sitting a few moments ago. The cell phone quickly disappeared into the pocket and neither hands nor gloves were worn. Unhygienic and an absolute no go! The onion rings I ordered were dry and felt like they were days old. This BK doesn't see me anymore, I'm very shocked.

So far I haven't had an order where at least something was wrong or forgotten! Great playground for children and of course the typical Burger King food, which is also the reason why I will still go there again. But the service really needs to be worked on.

Finally a competitor for the bad MC Donald in Glarus.... Was there for the first time... but the concept and citizens have already convinced me... my daughter too... she was always an MC fan... I'll be back... Greetings Marcel
