McDonald's in Glarus

So actually everything is nice, including the food. BUT, turn the piping of the deep fryers and grills a little louder and wait even longer until the piping device is turned off. It's just terribly annoying when eating. This piping is constant in all types and lengths. I'm in different MCs from time to time, but I've never experienced it as annoying as this.

Like other McDonald's, everything is good.

After I was warmly welcomed by the staff, my meal was prepared very quickly with love and I was able to enjoy it outside with a scenic view. No other Mc offers an experience like this, it was worth the visit, I'll be happy to come back in the future, you feel like you're at home. 10/10.

The lady from the service noticed that I was sitting at a used table and came over and cleaned it, very attentively!

We would have liked to rate the food, unfortunately this was not possible. Pre-ordering in the app wasn't possible because the debit didn't work. When we wanted to order in the restaurant, all 8 computers for ordering ourselves were broken. The return of the CBO is being celebrated with great celebration, but you couldn't order it. As the icing on the cake, the drinks machine was broken, which is why there was only a small selection of PET drinks. We then went on to the BurgerKing in Netstal.

McDonald's offers quick meals with well-known classics in an uncomplicated atmosphere. Burger looked good and fries were fresh. Staff slightly confused today.

Beware of rip-offs. Received the wrong burger for the umpteenth time. A Cheeseburger Royal was ordered and a Big Mc was given. When asked more specifically and asked several times, it was then revealed that old burgers that had been prepared incorrectly were mixed in with the drive-in orders so that they didn't have too much "waste".

We have been here to stop over for a snack. Restaurant was clean and modern. Ordered at self service terminals. Table service was quick and efficient. Not many people in the restaurant.

Good childhood memories. After the renovation a little less exciting and interesting. Previously: PS game console indoors. Two slides outside, the larger one multi-story with a viewing tower. Today: Square something that is safe for children but brings less excitement than a child (thrill).

Today I went to a McDonald's here in Switzerland for the first time and it was great! I really recommend it! Very good and tasty food 😋😋😋

Mc Donald isn't Mc Donald 🤔😓. I was asking for a 50/50 Cola/Fanta, which is in every McDonald's never a question. But bere in the beautiful Glanerland this is NOT possible, I shall order one cola and one Fanta 🤔🫣 Sorry, this is the most unfriendly McDonald's I have ever bin. Would understand it if they only have bottles, but it's open. First and last time

I don't have the receipt anymore and I can't prove it anymore, but I was at the mcdrive and 1 BigMac and 3 double cheeseburgers were forgotten. First of all, I think it's a shame and considering that it's more than 20 francs anyway. I would like to give a better rating but what can you do? Maybe you won't forget anything in the future?

Things have been forgotten too often lately. It seems like the staff has a hard time dealing with stress, as once you get to the MC at rush hour you only get half of what you ordered. Sometimes the fries are missing, sometimes the burgers etc. and the sauces anyway... I wonder what's so difficult about it to look at the order properly before you bring it to the table? I'd rather wait 2' longer for my food instead of going to the checkout every time to get the leftovers.

As always, a standard visit. What can you say, the corner drives it in, hunger keeps it in! Of course, as always, the burgers look great in the Mäg and exactly like in the pictures! The chicken nuggets are a culinary delight. Cardboard has never been so nutritious!

Really always a great experience with you. Especially when Marc and Sai greet us, my heart opens and you feel welcome. We ordered through the drive-thru and were greeted by a cheerful and motivated voice. Marc greeted us really well at the second window and put the order together with Sai and served us really well. Always polite and you can really feel the hard work and passion for the job in both of them. The kitchen also prepared the menu really well today and how delicious it was, thank you very much.

Super well maintained McDonald's restaurant. The fries were hot and crispy and the burgers were well topped. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Really an extremely positive experience. The view is also wonderful. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to come by again. Keep it up!

The quality of the McDolands glarus has been very negative for a few months! The workers are cheeky! The quality of the burgers has decreased a lot! These young employees have forgotten one thing: customer is king. There are still employees who are very loud while working where you think you are here to have fun or to work. The music is very loud. I've been eating since the McDolands opened in Glarus, but there's never been such bad service and poor quality as in the last few months!

It's a shame that there are no minus stars, I would have loved to rate it like that! It's hard to believe that with every order in the Mc Drive later in the evening something is always given incorrectly. When we spoke on the phone, the customers were told to check the bags, as if it were the customer's job to check the work of the workers in McDonald's! Very unfriendly lady on the phone when I called. I avoided a recession for a long time because I always thought it could happen, but now it has happened so often that it just needs a bad review. I hope that something changes in the near future.

There are enough parking spaces available. Tables reasonably clean, staff very friendly. Order machine display clean. At this place you can personalize straight away and don't have to add the dish first. Waiting time within the usual range. Unfortunately the fries were a bit cold, otherwise the food was as expected. I had dinner with my family this evening. Everything was great and the staff was very, very friendly. We accidentally spilled another cola and someone immediately came to clean it and it wasn't a problem! I have to honestly admit that I was pleasantly surprised. There was a time before Corona and the renovation when I really avoided going to McDonalds Glarus. Unfriendly staff, food was bad and there were many mistakes when ordering. But today everything was great despite the restaurant being full. It's really great how you're doing it now! Keep it up👌

It would be relatively easy to clean the tables a little more often, which in my opinion should also be guaranteed in a McDonalds. Otherwise the well-known program.

I'm still generous with 3 stars. I refer to August 28th, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. 1. Gianluca should become more conscious of his appearance. Because his patience, friendliness, etiquette and memory really leave a lot to be desired. (putting it in a friendly way) 2. If you release the same burgers “new” every year. Please please! Take the time to make the Mc Raclette look even a little bit like it is presented in the advertising. 3. Otherwise, the little young lady with the dark hair does an incredibly good job. She copes really well with the stress that is put on her. She was very friendly, accommodating and patient.

Absolutely super clean, badass looking, without a doubt one of the best Mac I have seen in Switzerland, ok isn’t cheap compared with other countries but i gladly pay a bit more for clean restrooms, service for children, no import meat, recycling, free WLAN, free save parking, gorgeous views, beautiful interior, friendly staff!! This Sunday you gave me maximum support in my decision to eat healthier! Since I'm not allowed to write everything that was negative, I would like to limit myself to the culinary facts: - Waiting time for 2 BigMac's (including 1 menu) & 2 Mc Flurry: 20 minutes. - The burgers & fries sat around for at least 5 minutes - The McFlurry's were probably already standing around beforehand, but it took another few minutes for someone to take pity on packing the ordered food (takeaway). -> The result was: McFlurry liquid, BigMac's and fries cold. Then received the fries new, noticed at home that they were not salted. My objections were a) not heard and b) not understood. Since I had already paid and we were hungry, I took the food and left. But we immediately regretted this while eating. Thank you very much, this extremely negative experience will not be repeated any time soon. PS: Actually I was only there for the McRaclette. I was then informed that this burger doesn't even exist in Glarus (if I understood that correctly).?.?

Their gluten-free burger was the worst thing I have ever eaten. They have balls to ask money for it. Update from 2022, they upgraded their gluten-free burger. I'll upgrade my rating to four stars if they maintain their quality for a year. I visited a few times now and it is consistently ok. Quality of service has a lot of variance, but that needs to be accepted at this price point.

The mc is ok in itself but the best employees where I see them are very friendly and nice. Great work done and earned the title of worker of the month. From now on I'm only going to your mc because of mert abi. Please increase his salary and give him more vacation

Nice new McDonald's with nice service

The food is good and it is a better choice for residents close to the area and a beautiful view of the mountain, especially with rain. Its location is special 🇨🇭

The employee who was at the drive-in counter today around 6 p.m. was the friendliest and most motivated McDonald's employee I have ever encountered, of all the McDonald's I have ever been to. Lonely class!

Cheeky service, never everything available: Me and my girlfriend went to McDonald's before closing time on the 20th. Waited 20 minutes until 12 o'clock for nothing, they said the muffin burger was no longer available because the machine was broken. Stressed that we should order something else without knowing what else was available.

Since the renovation, the service, speed and quality have fallen massively. Friendliness varies greatly, sometimes I have an extremely friendly person at the drive-thru, other times I have someone who is unfocused and cheeky. At any time of the day you are asked to go to one of the waiting places, which wouldn't be a problem if the order at least arrived correctly. I've had someone else give me the bag three times already, which is very bad at a drive-thru. Since the first time I noticed it at home, I've been checking the package straight away and so far it's never fit. I hope that the old quality and friendliness will soon be evident again.

This is the second time I've received a chicken burger instead of a veggie burger. It should be possible to get the correct menu without having to check the order each time. 🙃

They've never heard of the AHA rules! They actually wanted to check my certificate without the slightest distance, and even wanted to take the certificate into their own hands without gloves or disinfecting it beforehand.

Heute 19.45 uhr bestellt. 6 nuggets classic, 9 Nuggets Spicey, 1x mc raclett menue und 1 mal big mac menue. gut 42 franken bezahlt. bekommen : 6 nuggets Spicey, 1 mal mc raclett menue und 1x big mac menue. leider erst zuhause bemerkt. war nicht das erste mal das was vergessen ging aber heute war nicht viel los und dann sowas schade. Und wenn man Anrufen will und nachfragen nimmt nimand ab und in der box mit den hot und spicey waren 6 normale nuggeta also gar nichts stimmte

Sorry aber das war definitiv das letzte Mal. Letztes mal schon was vergessen in die Tüte zu tun was ich bestellt habe und heute sowas von unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Musste drei Mal meine Bestellung duechgeben und es kam nur immer hässiges Hä?? Sorry aber so nicht.

Sehr Sehr lange warte Zeit am Drive-In ca. 25 Min. Bedienung fast schon Aggressiv kann man sagen und leider nur die Hälfte der Bestellung bekommen. Leider gab es viel Stau darum konnte ich nicht nochmals zurück.

Bemühte Mitarbeiter und häufig ziemlich freche, respektlose Kundschaft, welche überfordert ist anständig zu bestellen und es dann an den Mitarbeitern auslassen.
