We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel nestled in a serene green location with a stunning lake view and majestic mountains in sight. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the ambiance was tranquil. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. Moreover, the manager Dennis was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for! It was a business team meeting and we had the whole place for us. Beautifuly located by the lake, in a secluded location, surrounded by the mountains. Best view ever. The manager, Dennis, is absolutely the best! Addressing our needs before we even expressed the out loud. We could all learn his excellent customer services skills from him. Delicious meals, best coffee and home made cakes. I could not imagine a better stay. Thank you once again for making us feel at home!!

We went here for food only. View is great and staff is nice. Service was just terrible. We ordered 2 soups and 2 drinks and after 1 hour we received the wrong soups and after we finished eating they told us they dont have the drinks we ordered…

We didn't stay overnight but rented 2 SUPs. The rental agreement was very straightforward and simple. But when we went out on the water with the SUPs, we noticed that the boards were not inflated enough. The fin was also missing on one board. The restaurants here in Switzerland had been closed for quite a long time and they just opened up recently. Our waiter, Flavio, was very friendly and accommodating, the food was great (a pretty standard seasonal local fare), and the views were absolutely outstanding. The restaurant has a lovely patio and hosts groups for lunch and dinner. The menu is standard for the area and I cannot recommend any particular meals. The bottled water is very expensive, but other drinks are average for Switzerland. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are small, but are very modern with a very nice bathroom with a walk in shower. The beds are the best we encountered in just over 2 weeks of travel. The breakfast was just average for the area. One morning it was buffet and one morning it was served at the table. If you are looking for accommodation a little off the beaten track this is perfect. Television is very limited with no English stations provided.
