We ordered food. Unfortunately, the food arrived 90 minutes late (a total waiting time of 2 hours and 30 minutes). Unfortunately, the food was no longer warm and therefore not really easy to enjoy. (We didn't even receive a notification until we asked and they said it would come in 10 minutes... which, however, wasn't 10 minutes but rather 30 minutes Unfortunately a very bad experience

Incredible. Having to wait more than 2 hours (delivery) for two objectively bad burgers: (almost) no sauce, meat an absolute lack, no structure, just minced meat without egg and bread, country fries without taste and soft and the salad plate was a box of dry and tough chicken with fries and a small Böxli salad. A dessert was promised as consolation and we were given a 1.5l bottle of Coca Cola.

Quality is very questionable... Hard (old) bread, meat very cheap/low quality and heavily overcooked, fries hard and old… The price is also completely exaggerated, at 39.9 CHF for a bad burger. Probably an Uber-Eats scam, where only orders with an Uber-Eats discount are taken, with Uber Eats paying the rest of the abnormally high price. The supplier was nice as a positive point.. Not recommended, even if you have an Uber-eats voucher, whereby the burger only costs 5 CHF…

For these prices sry the burgers could be 10 times better. I'd rather get 500g of mince for 8.- and make it 100 times tastier. 28.- for 300 grams with a few vegetables. Pure rip-off🤣🤣🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ little tip, it's better to sell cheaper and more than that.never again

Recently ordered 2 burgers. Abnormally long waiting times and cold food. In terms of taste, the burger wasn't worth its price either. The burger patty was hard, tasteless and cold and it was like biting into a flip flop. The rolls were untoasted and soggy. The rest filled with raw onions that make your mouth smell nice.

I did not experience a full taste Because I came here very hungry and my only concern was to simply fill my stomach.

The citizens' meat is extremely cheap and tastes like it. I even kept finding pieces of bones in cheap meat. Definitely not recommended

After 1 1/2 hours I received the wrong food. It was not warm and so spicy that not even a Thai or Indian could eat it. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!

We ordered at 1:15 a.m., after waiting 1.5 hours, we called, but no one picked up the phone. The food arrived at 3:30 a.m., apart from not even apologizing, the delivery person was very unfriendly.

Something always comes wrong and delivery times are very long. Not recommendable!

We ordered a Pizza Margherita and Potato Fries, and it was the single worst thing ive ever eaten in my life, the Pizza was cold, soggy and sad, it felt like rubber. The potato fries were also cold, soggy and sad. They seemed like three day old fries, all that for 20 Francs. I would definetly not recommend this place, as it was a waste of money, time (the order took an hour to arrive), happiness and health, as mine and my girfriend's stomachs hurt. Horrible.

unfortunately very bad service. often delivered incorrectly and always too late. We were also told on the phone that it was delivered correctly and we didn't get the money back either. Wasted money... won't order here again. I'm still waiting for my money!!!
