k kiosk Neumarkt 1 in St. Gallen

I didn't know that part of your job was to let my husband touch his tattoos to see if he could buy cigarettes. I work in retail and I would never touch customers like that. I ask the woman with the ugly blonde bob cut for a refresher on dealing with male customers.

Friendly service. The lady didn't greet me, but then said that she was coming. (I was taking stock.) When I pointed out that she was very friendly, she then complained that the kiosk had a lot of negative reviews. I received unfriendliness and said you can't always have a good day. Understandable. Now I hope that the MA will continue to be nice to customers in the future, as they are to me.😸 Maybe someone should also bother to reply to the comments. P.S. The kKiosk app is a horror. I was never able to log in, even though I had the phone number. and double authentication and email address entered.

Very unfriendly and disinterested staff. Wanted to return empty e-cigarettes, which you can do at any Kkiosk according to the website. Employees didn't know and said they would clarify it. 2 weeks later they still didn't have a plan. When she pointed this out, the employee became cheeky and came up with a thousand excuses. Will avoid this kiosk in the future!

There is a k kiosk in every building in Neumarkt. The one on St. Leonhard-Strasse has the unfriendly staff. The opening times are currently shortened. The one on Vadianstrasse is hidden, but has everything and friendly staff. The one on Kornhausstrasse has the largest selection. Here you can buy postcards (postcards of St. Gallen). There are reluctant staff here too, but at least they are friendly.

I've been there a few times to buy something. The location is good and very convenient. However, the sales staff is very disinterested and probably has the worst customers to serve. I'm just referring to a certain young lady. It's a shame, you work with customers so you should be a little more customer friendly!
