Be careful, never order via Smood or eat! Doesn't deliver and just hangs up the phone even though it's already been paid for. Fraud!

Unfortunately I can't judge the food for the following reason... only the service. Ordered 2 main courses and a starter via Smood.ch at 6:24 p.m. Delivery should be there at around 7:00 p.m. Since the food still wasn't there shortly before 8 p.m., I contacted the restaurant by phone. The first gentleman I spoke to on the phone said that the food was on the way... but in the middle of the sentence a discussion started in a foreign language, whereupon a second gentleman explained to me that they had only just seen the order and were now dealing with it Preparation can begin. Since I have a 3-year-old son, this was not an option for us, which is why I asked for the payment I had made in advance via credit card to be refunded. He said that I should contact Smood.ch and hung up. Afterwards we turned on the good old oven and prepared frozen spring rolls and pizza from Migros for ourselves. The food from the restaurant would probably have been tastier, but our meal didn't last nearly as long. One further amendment: At 9:35 p.m. the food was actually delivered despite the cancellation. (3 hours after ordering, despite cancellation) The supplier explained to me that they had just received the order. Since I personally spoke to his colleagues on the phone, I certainly don't believe that. I could imagine that this was supposed to be some kind of apology, since he also showed up at my front door with drinks (which I hadn't ordered). We sent it back with everything. The fact that my son didn't wake up was all.
