Dogs are allowed but I felt that animals were not welcome, even though it is an alpine pasture. We were informed to come with 2 horses, on the phone it was ok. On site, when we found someone to welcome us, very coldly, we asked to tie up the horses.....But if there are spaces for bicycles... nothing for the horses, that's all even shocking knowing that it is an alpine pasture! which, moreover, connects many horseback rides, and would therefore have a nice clientele for this purpose... The exterior is beautiful but the terrace was seriously lacking in cleanliness, a few pretty flowers and a trash can. We had nowhere to put bags of dog excrement for example. The interior is very beautiful, we had requested evening-morning accommodation. When we asked for the evening meal, the manager said: "for the vegetarian it will be a salad." 1 week, we have plenty of room to apply a little more, by offering spaghetti, roestis, an omelette, anything, in fact. the manager got angry at the remark and accused my friend that someone had said vegan on the phone... while we were having an aperitif with cheese (and sausage for her). Even if this were the case, vegan, intolerance etc., we adapt and prepare something, especially by reservation 1 week in advance. We felt very unwelcome, and we felt that we had to leave quickly in the morning. It's too bad. I have traveled a lot with my horse in Valais, Vaud, Fribourg, I have always been very well received, me, my mare and my little dog. For prices much more affordable than 120.- for the night. For an impeccable welcome, it's ok, but for what we experienced, it's theft. There we were in a mountain pasture (place where there are animals) and we felt very bad, I had the impression of disturbing, I had the impression that my animals were disturbing and I have never wanted so much to leave the Morning. I understand that not everyone likes animals and vegetarians but in this case, we say on the phone: sorry, we are full, or we only accept electric bikes.
