Small downside: Last week we went with friends from Jura to show them this beautiful place. We had the Sattels menu. One person kindly asked if they could have another dessert (identical price) than the one provided on the menu. The first time we were refused and at the insistence of the waitress, the owner gave in but made a remark that we didn't like. And we definitely heard it from our table.
